Hey guys, it appears that my device takes about a few seconds to wake up from sleep. Does anyone else have this problem as well? Are there any fixes to this? I know on the Wizard that I used to have, the device woke up almost immediately when pressing the power button.

Hi, my blueangel has been acting up, everytime i turn it on the start button and message buttons keep getting pressed constantly (being activated) however when i turn the backlight off, by pressing the power button for 5 secs, the problem is solved, but when i turn on the backlight it gives me the same problem..
Any ideas how i can solve this problem, since my blueangel is not in warranty.

For me it sounds like a hardware problem, but can you share with us which rom do you use ?
my rom version is PDA2k_Arabic_14000_169_11200
I too think that it might be a hardware error, however, is there any way to fix it.. ???
After installing TomTom7, my quick list screen, activated by holding down the end-call button, takes about 5-10 seconds before it appears. Before installing TomTom it came up pretty much instantly.
It's a bit annoying as I like using it to lock the device or set vibrate quickly.
Has anyone else had the same issue, and managed to fix it?

Recently I saw a recommendation to get the Blackjelly ROM V. 08 LIH so I flashed it on my phone and it's been working great. However I am noticing one particular problem with this ROM and need help with fixing the issue.
Occasionally when I lock the phone via the power button, the menu button and back button both light up but the screen doesn't. It's almost like it doesn't want to wake up from sleep except that the phone is functioning in the background. This has happened when I've received a text message while the phone was locked and I couldn't see what my message said because the screen wasn't turning on.
The temporary solution I've found with this has been to hard reset the phone by holding down the home button until the menu and back buttons turn off.
Then turning back on.
I don't want to have to keep doing this if the phone is acting up but I also don't know if this is a ROM-based issue or something else I'm not aware of. Please help? Thanks in advance.

My power button seemed to have become very unresponsive overnight. Not sure what happened.
When clicked, the screen would not react to either switching on or off. This would continue for sometime before it starts reacting again.
Only noticed this problem today.
The phone is rooted, but no tweaks or other things done.
I would appreciate any assistance and suggestions on this. Thank you!

If it doesn't work itself out, try doing a hard reset on your phone if you can. (it may not work because you need to use the power button to do it) If its a software issue I'm sure re-flashing the firmware should fix it.
Hi guys, having some trouble with my tablet. Started out of nowhere, but the screen doesn't light up until the device has been fully restarted, in which case once you lock the screen, the problem starts all over again and I have to restart it again. It also lights up when the device is off and the power cord is plugged in, but only briefly. Once it goes away, I can't use the power button or anything else to check the status of charging, only thing that works is unplugging it and plugging back in. It's still sensitive to the touch, there's haptic feedback, capacitive buttons work, it just stays black most of the time. Has anybody else had this issue and knows how to fix it? It came out of nowhere, the device is not rooted, haven't dropped it or anything. Thanks in advance
