Hello,
Could anyone help me? I keep getting a SIM card memory is full message although I have removed all of my contacts from there as well as deleted all of the messages. Also, how could I get my emails to be stored in the SD card? Just one more question, Everytime I try to access the phone stttings, I get a "phone not ready, retry in 15 seconds". does anyone know what this is about???
Looks like your SIM card is defect. If possible try if your SIM card works on an other phone properly.
G.
No problems
I have tried to use my SIM card in another phone and it worked just fine. Could it be that it is automatically storing all of the emails and messages into the SIM card? How could i configure the phone to store those things into the Storage card instead???

Is there anyone can help me how to configure text message so i can save text message and contact in my SD or my UIM Card ?
ok, please don't tell me, you really have a UIM card, meaning, that you are on a CDMA network, then the entire other thread you opened was redundant, BECAUSE:
cdma devices of the general shape and outlooks of the blueangel are called harrier, meaning they cannot be upgraded with wm6 anyways.
but to come to your actual question. there is no way to store your contacts or sms on the sd card directly. they need to be stored in the phone. if however you are planning on making backup copies of your pim data to the sd card, to not lose the data in case of a hard reset, download -=PIM backup by DotFred=- and put the app on your sd card and make backups to the sd card, that way you always have all your data save in case you somehow should lose the device's storage's contents.
Hi,
Done a quick search but couldnt find anything.
Ive had a problem for awhile now where i randomly get the message, something like, sd card damaged, format now. Even though the card is not damaged - or im quite sure its not. I think its a known problem.
Ive formatted the card and still had the problems. it seemed to choose when it threw these msgs at me. So i didnt use my sd card for awhile and it has just stopped giving me the error msgs now.
Btw - its a samsung 8gb class 2 sd card that came with the device from new. Ive heard that there are some problems with samsung sd cards. can anyone confirm? Im about to buy a 16gb kingston card.
The problem i wanted to ask about is that ive just checked my settings>more>storage and at the bottom there is a greyed out section that says "Mount SD card"
"Insert SD card"
so its like its not even recognising there is a card inserted. Im sure that i used to get a few more sections - even if they are greyed out when a card is inserted.
Ive removed the card and gave the device a reboot but still the same.
Can anyone help? i dont want to buy a new SD card if i cant use it.
Thanks

because i was having mms problems while using wifi calling, the tmobile tech guy told me that i was using the old 3g sim card and should update to the newer 3gg card to resolve my problem. well after installing and activating the new sim card my phone no longer seems to recognize my external card.. for example, the swift keyboard app i use asks me to update the language pack whenever, and when i do it complains that it can't be saved to storage. when i launch google camera it alerts me to install a sd card. when i go to gallery i get "unknown error (code 14): could not open database" which i assume is because my photos are store on my external card. the thing is, when i go into tsettings / storage my external card is shown with accurate space usage.and when i use rom tool box root browser i can esily navigate to my external card.
t-mobile tech suggested that i clear each problem app's cache and data but that didn't work. they then suggested that i boot into recovery and a wipe, which didn't work either. any suggestions?

There is an app in the Play Store called SDFix: KitKat Writable MicroSD... I only mention that one because I've used it with success in the past. Try that app and see if it works out.
Hello everyone so i have around 3 months since my phone stopped recognizing my SD card I've tried numerous file explorers on that play store and none recognize my SD card, and when i go to TWRP it says i dont have an external storage. Ive also tried other SD cards of good quality so i do not think that my phone is being picky with SD cards, it just stopped reading it out of the blue. I am running on Bliss Pop rom and did a factory reset but my SD card is still not being read, the rom shouldnt be a problem, right?
Recently, maybe in the past 2 weeks i started getting problems with my sim card and getting a message that says something along the lines of "No sim card inserted" message. i sometimes fix this by rebooting my phone but today the reboots did nothing for me in a span of 3-5 hours.
Since the SD card slot is above the sim card slot, is it possible that i have a hardware issue on my phone?
Any ideas as to what may be wrong with my phone?
I have an secondary battery and i got in the habit of doing battery pulls could that have had anything to do with my problems?(Seems dumb but i am just throwing this out there)
Thanks for any input i get
I updated Note 4(SM-N910P) to marshmallow and I cant access my contacts on my SIM card. Its really strange the network and data works but cant access my contacts. I can't see the SIM card whenever I try to save a contact, so I only have to save on the device or my gmail account. I have tried other SIM cards and they have the same problem. The network works alright but I just cant have access to the contacts on them. Please help
