Alltel Touch Help

I am a noob when it come to unlocking the phones and I want to make sure I know what im doing before I try anything. I hace ROM Version 3.04.671.2 which is the latest rom on htc website my radio is 3.37.10. I really want gps to work ( get a consitent lock in under two years iif it locks at all) I'm not to clear on what these IMCoker unlockers and a vogue kitchens are. Where do I go to get the alltel specific info ( it seems everyone has the sprint ones, or does it not matter). I also want windows mobile 6.1. I am not asking anyone to hold my hand although that would be totallly awesome if someone would be my obi wan, but at least someone show me where I can get elaborate alltel specific info. I really want to get into this stuff but i need a starting point. SOMEONE SHOW ME THE LIGHT CAUSE I NEED A TUTOR. thanks in advance

You need to do a lot of reading before you do anything! There is far to much info to be given as a response. Check PPCGeeks, there is a really great set of instructions on flashing.
Basically,
ImCokeMan's Unlocker v2.31 will unlock your phone, allowing you to make the ROM change, very important step, otherwise you may brick youe phone.
Since you already have the newest ROM/Radio, I'm not sure what you need to do to flash.
To sum it up, make sure you are VERY knowledgable in ROM flashing before you attempt this.

Upgrade ROM without hardspl..a possible solution..can it works?

he said that upgrading a rom can be done by modifying the upgrader, DefaultLCID and SystemLCID..which means we can upgrade without hardspl, but i cant confirm it as i haven't tried it yet..
anyone have tried or willing to take a shot?

Will someone please help, all I want to do is get 2.2 on my phone and a different rom of some sort. And I cant seem to get it. I have tried everyone of these I've watched I don't know how many youtube videos and I still don't know russian or any other language there are speaking. Will someone please HELP

i assume your not rooted? ok first thing you need to do is look in the android development section, READ the sticky on how to root, make sure you understand everything before trying, once rooted you can flash a custom recovery and custom rom, but take one step at a time, and make sure you understand each step before doing anything, or you are gunna end up with an expensive brick.

I was able to figure out the whole root thing its just the roms and radios and all that other crap

[Q] please developers, I need help with upgrading

hi guys,
after lots of suffering i finally got a Touch Pro 2 from tmobile, its unlocked and supposed to be international version. the problem is that I dont like the tmobile at all, I dont want it to be used as a tmobile phone, but everytime I try to upgrade it it doesnt work even hard-spl doesnt work too, most of the applications (cabs) dont work at all, I just want it to be like a normal windows mobile 6.5 phone, I dont want it to be a tmobile phone.
Im pretty sure you guys can help somehow.

[Q] noob looking for help

i unlocked my bootloader when i first got my hox without any probs this gave me a false sense of confidence. so i thought i would try to root my phone and put on a custom rom only thing is i didnt really follow any of the guides properly so made a complete hash of it and ended up with my phone stuck in boot loop. i panicked i put my phone in the shop and they couldnt fix (didnt seem too interested to be fair) so im now trying on my own i have no rom or recovery or much of a clue but i do learn quickly and are really stubbon and wont let tech beat me lol. i know my cid is voda p001 so i belive i need to flash RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_ICS_40_Vodafone_UK_1.28.161.9_Radio _1.1204.103.14_release_256488_signed.exe but cant seem to find it exept from payed links is there any free places to get them as i dont really know if this is correct opr wheather it will work any help will be humbly excepted
