just downloaded this Dutch rom, but I don't have the guts to run it
It looks good tough...... perhaps when i'm a bit more confidend.
(i'm a noob when it's about hardSPL, CID unluck en flashing roms)
I will try it, I'm Dutch anyway so I'm a bit obliged to test it. But I like WWE ROM's better for sure since all my software is UK based. I will post some info and screenshots here as soon as I can download again from rapidshare and flashed it.

Funny to spot a thread here about my NLD ROM. I am still thinking of creating an official thread here (about the NLD-ROM), but i have spare time next two weeks.
I have created a Dutch and WWE version. Both have the same additional software installed. I tried to translate as much as possible to Dutch.

Must say, the ROM was flashed without radio 1.46.30.11 but that must be because of my 1.30 Hard-SPL. Flashed it later using 1.20.
You should update http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Trinity_Upgrades , this is the first Dutch WM6. Good work!

The games are not included.
I am going to create a CAB for the standard games (BubbleBreaker and Solitare). I made some changes to BubbleBreaker to improve usability. I changed the New game button to undo and the undo button to new game.
I will upload the game pack within a hour.

Aha, I see it now! Only Midlet Manager is in there.
BTW: you should edit the first post and put all information in there as you did in the Dutch forum. I updated Wiki for you so now you have an "official" release on XDA!

I created a CAB-file for the games. Included games are BubbleBreaker and Solitare. You can find the CAB here: http://rapidshare.com/files/54398210/Standard_Games.CAB
I made a little modification in BubbleBreaker. The "New Game" left softkey is now "Undo" and "New Game" is moved to the right softkey menu. The CAB file has Dutch and English language included. On a NLD device the games are Dutch, on a WWE device English.

The Dutch version is the first Dutch version. The ROM itself is stable, but not everything is translated or done. For example Live Messenger is in English and the Dutch dictionary isn't activated.
I decided to put on AllAboutPhones.nl, to prevent myself for getting to much reactions at once. The forum has less users then XDA-Developers. This make it easier for me to provide support. Another problem is my English, it is worse .
As soon as the ROM reaches RC-status (Release Candidate) I will create a topic here and provide support here too. Until that time I only provide support on AllAboutPhones.nl.

Ok here are some test results. The ROM itself is fine, this is good news for Dutch Trinity owners. The theme looks a bit like PDAVIET theme, so no remarks there. Battery life could be better, tried it with 1.46.xx.11 AND 1.50.08.11 and the results I get from bepe's ROM are better.
Pro's:
- Dutch
- Look and feel
- No real problems found. Connection GSM/HSDPA and Wifi all worked good. TomTom 6.03 worked fine.
- No major memory leaks like some other ROM's
Todo's in my opinion:
- More translating of running applications
- Some registry tweaking of big font and performance
- Some missing apps like Games or HTCTweakUI
- PLEASE CHANGE THE SPLASH SCREEN!

WIFI not working
Well first of all excellent work on the rom. I totally love it.
But i can't connect with wifi. I have two routers, a fritzbox and a netgear both won't connect. I tried other radio roms but it still wouldn't connect so i think it might be the rom version, but i'll have to do some more testing.
I have only tested wpa-psk tkip, but not wpa-aes or wep or no encryption.
And there are different modes on both routers, G-only, B-only and mixed mode. I'll test them in the morning and see what happens

Can you put chronos and soft key in this rom. I would like to change the keys on the today screen.

I know about the power button. Thought I changed it, but maybe the registry key exists in two files. Not a very hard problem to solve I guess...
What is chronos? You can change the softkey with a registry editor. At this stage it is more important for me to provide a stable ROM then a ROM with a lot of programs. As soon as the ROM is stable I am willing to create serveral version (lite, standard, medium etc).

In the build are the relevant drivers for SDHC support, but cannot test because I do not have a SDHC card.

Use any extended rom (ms_.nbf) and Radio Rom (Radio.nbf) you like. You can even use the existing ones in the phone already.

Sorry, i don´t understand! How can i do that? I´m using WM6. can i use the WM6 files, where do i get them? I have several roms for my Universal, but they are in "exe", and when i try to install them i get the error "Coutry id error" is there any way i can extract the files that i need "ms_.nbf" for the EXT ROM and the radio.nbf and even the Windows file?

in rom is integrated sdconfig tool: if you want install all cabs, at rom flashing, create a folder called sdconfig in your storage card, insert into all cabs, provxml, tsk you want, and at customizing, allc abs will be installed automatically, if you want make all after rom installing, prepare the sdconfig folder with cabs etc.... ang goto "impostazioni->sistema->sdconfig tool", the ppc will reset, and then install all cabs automatically....
WARNING:
don't use "pocketcm keyboard" as external keyboard, it causes fast increase in size into "device.exe"m until you don't have anymore free memory on device....
I hope someone can post to the author about this bug, becouse I liked it but have this bug....
there are others goods keyboard, I can suggest "touchpal" in italian version, is shareware, but works very well, and add new, and unknown for it, words in dictionary!!!
if you want is better first of all (but not necessary!) install DES Hard SPL:

the cube is sleeping into rom until you enable it... but maybe I'll release a more essential rom!

goto: start->programmi->imp. FtouchFLO->General and flag: "Enable FTouchFLO" and finally press "Done" button...
now to show cube: with a finger, from the down to up, on today screen and it appear, from left to right ar viceversa to rotate it and from up to down to close cube!

This new rom is a good news for me!
Your last rom was affected by a known well bug: email account, bluetooth pairing and wifi password disappears after a soft reset. The only rom not affected by this bug is (for now) ausdim 6.1 3.0.
I'm test ausdim rom by a week and is ok, but I want an italian rom, naturally a Ervius ROM!!!
This bug is resolved?

I notece that I don't have theese kind of problem with this rom build and also with last 19199 build.

I hardresetted and create a new mail account, only to check, and after softreset, the mails are still there, like the account, so the bugs aren't.
alf hour of testing seems litle bit faster no bug's stable and free memory ram

there were a lot of discussions about it, also in italian forum... I don't know.
I dumped a Dutch ROM that came with the Dutch Diamond. After that I reconstructed it. I do not have the time to test it now, but if someone dares to try I have checked it with a ROM edit tool and it gave no errors.
PLEASE remember to flash HardSPL (Developer) from Olinex on your phone FIRST! Do NOT flash this ROM without HardSPL!
Please let me know if there any problems with this ROM, flashing is at your own RISK and I will and can not be held responsible for any damage you bring to your phone...

There is none I only put the OS part in it, the rest is widely available so for me the OS part was the only thing of importance..

there is already another thread with somebody who is trying to reconstruct the dutch ROM. I also tried it(with kaiser kitchen), but at my try, touchflo3D was not in the ROM....and the guy in the other thread has the same problem

Very strange indeed, there seems to be something wrong with the manilla package...
hmm, bummer. i still need the dutch rom to restore my touch diamond. it's going in for repair , because of the batteryproblem and a sound and speaker problem.. anyone experience with the support of HTC?

Yeah, the TouchFlo 3D program have been found!!!!
Het zit in de folder Windows onder de naam PT_Manila_REG. Installeren en je kunt in Vandaag-Item de TouchFlo 3D aanvinken. Er zitten nog meer cab-bestanden in de Windows folder, zoals de NL-versie Opera 9 voor WM6. Zoek en gij zult het vinden

I was just trying to download the new Dutch rom from the HTC site. But the download does not start, I just get an error message.

When I go to www.htc.com login and look if there's a new rom it shows only 30/6 which is the 1.37 version.
Must I look somewhere else?

I also saw that but decided to download it anyway. And to my surprise it was the new one.
This is the old one 30/6 RUU_Diamond_HTC_NLD_1.37.404.3_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.26a.25.09_1.00.25.03_Ship.exe and this is the new one: RUU_Diamond_HTC_NLD_1.93.404.1_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.29.25.12_1.00.25.05_Ship.exe
They removed some 3D animations from the Flo3D to speed things up
Isn't that not just the same as removing all graphic features out of XP and then telling XP is faster than Vista ?

It seems that HTC have released the 1.93 Rom for major countries in Europe.
The french one is working very well (boot and TF3D really fast but no more animation when switching between tabs).
As now, 2 errors have been detected on french ROM :
- the keyboard is not all translated (Shift and Space keys)
- the check box for SMS visual notification is not available (gray).
Have NLD ROM the same "errors" ?

I haven't noticed the keyboard thing yet, as it's working great for me. The visual notification is working, I just enabled it.
But when I was setting the visual notifications, and setting notifications for other types I got an shell32.exe errored However, all settings were saved and it still functions...

I downloaded the update, but i think i'll wait for a few days. I just want to know what the differences are for TF3D, what kind of effects there are still available and which ones are deleted. For me the 1.37 works pretty good now..
You can always switch back to an older TF3D!!

Advanced Configuration could be directly in Programs. I have moved it to Applications for myself.
Ringing disparate. I only have clue for Alarm and Reminder.
I don't know where to find it.
In fact, I upload a MP3 in "Sonnerie" directory of "My Documents" under Storage or Card inside. And I select it for my Ring they work fine
I don't use over ring.

No I don't taste Bepe Elite yet ...
I have test TLR and Diamond Project.
TLR is based on an older version of Windows Mobile. I think high speed of interface come from this.
So of course DiamondProject use the latest version. I will probably test the SwiftBL, they use a near last version, probably with less bugs ? don't know
If I have a few time to test, and if I love it, I will create the same kind of tuto of course

Oh I have seen that beLite rom is base on 1.94 ROM ... on the opposite of DiamondProject which is base on the last 1.93 ...
Do you see any bug on it ?

Ok I have added a trick to win more batterie and to allow process like mail, rsshub (any long process) to be run properly even in sleeping mode.
Ok I have tried beLite
Comparing to DiamondProject it's a little bit great
First : ROM 1.94 ... so less bug detected
Sec : better translation for french
At the end, I do the same kind of tweak, for all rom I install, increase the speed elsewhere nothing really usable without waiting few second between any action (borying)
so ... I really like beLite, I will keep it for a week for testing.
I just can't get mail with POP3 on bouguestel but I think it's a bouyguestel issue cause I have install the official ship rom, and it's the same think.
By the way this official is really buggy !!! I have hard crash the mail system by just adding my email account !!! I switch to duttyV1.5 ... and it's not good at all !!!
No translation, nothing good for french, issue with photo (can't see \Internal Storage\My Documents\My Pictures) ... so to see a pic in TF3D I need to copy it in Internal Memory ... it's bad !
so switch back to beLite ... now with all tools (+ spb screenshot) it's great !
