Hi,
I have bought a P3300 and made a Rom Update with TOM_3.7_GER.nbh.
Now everything is German until the Time is in 12 Format with AM/PM and the days are in English.
I searched everywhere (i think so) and didnt find where i can change the Time. Can anybody help me please. Thanks

Surely you can go into the Clocks and alarms applet in the System control panel and just alter it?
No there is not possible.. I can change time, Date, GMT and Signales only but not the Time Format.

Hi,
Do yoy try this ?
Start /Setting/System tab/Regional Setting : change regional settings
Cheers!
In the region settings delete the AM symbol entry and the PM symbol entry. You should now have two blank spaces selected in those boxes. The clock should now be 24 HR format.
I don't know why this works but it did for me, feedback please!

The date settings are fun, your correct you need to change your regional settings, then do a reboot, go back to the time settings and make sure you have chosen H/mm/ss/tt
this will give you the 12 hour clock.

Just go to the regional settings and change your region. Like for 12 hrs format, jus change to English(US) and for 24 Hrs change to English (UK)
SIMPLY GOTO REGIONAL SETTINGS & CHANGE REGION TO 'English (United Kingdom)'
No reset needed
(as reply above)
12-24
There is no such option on the P 3300
Only to use AM/PM
This you can do in International settings-time format

Hi,there...im done with the help u all provided.tkz! 4 your help...
Problem: After installing language support whenever you get a new number and want to add it. As soon as you click on the add screen the following screen comes up:
Up to this point every thing is Ok. The problem when you click on the Name to add data [First or Last] the background is white and the font color is white. This makes impossible to read what you wrote
Suggested Solution:
1- Develop a Cab to change font color.
2- Or Change a back ground color.
I really appreciate help in this issue. Kindly help:
If there is any other developed themes or
any one can help on changing the background color or
any one can help on changing font color at this specific location.
Thank you

Hello,
First, thank you very much for the response and attention:
Second the issue is with many languages support you can see the following links:
a) with Hebrew :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3776778&postcount=1462
b) with Chinese "they solved the problem; by changing font color"...their solution does not apply to other language
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3787892&postcount=1522
c) Kwbr knew about this issue but due to time shortage said could not fix it, however, he is willing to add it to his Rom if some one found solution [Paragraph 3 on the following link]:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3787819&postcount=1521
d) Many members on various forum with the same issue.
Last, I am using Arabic support with same problem. I am willing to give a copy of any files you request to find a solution.
Sounds to me like a font issue, not a graphic problem. I suspect the font you've installed to get Arabic or Hebrew and right to left write/read has a white background to it, or the file controlling it does. I wouldn't have the faintest idea how to fix such a problem. Try messaging the creator of the language support file?
Hi,
I always forget my own Phone-Number, so I have to search it when somebody asks me.
Is there a Way to show my own Phone-Number in my Home-Tab(Manila2.5).
Perhabs in the small Bar which shows your Provider(e.g. "T-Mobile") right above the Clock.
I would be thankfull for all sugestions.

Solution..
Hi Nemesis,
Go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=625483 and download
Co0kie.HomeTab_v1.6.1.cab
After instalation, open a registry editor on the phone and go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila\
In this folder look for "Co0kie.CustomOperatorName", open this item and enter your phone number in the "string" box.
P.S. Make sure you answer with yes, when asked for save confirmation.
Reboot your phone..
Voila..now you have you're phone number displayed in manila's home screen, where you would normally find your operator name.
P.S.
If you really miss your operator name..just go back to the regeistry and re-edit the values to look like this: "Your operator name" - "phone number"
Hi,
Or you can use personalizer from thread 359563. App changes operator name to whatever you like.

Hi,
what changes do I need to register to change the date format?
"Sat, September 18"
at
"Sat, sept 18"
Thanks a lot
mic
I'm not sure for the values, but the paths for date format are:
(Long format)
HKLM\\nls\overrides\SLDte
(Short format)
HKLM\\nls\overrides\SSDte

Basically, I want the same result as the first post.
"Sat, sept 18"
I just didn't understand what do I need to change and where?
Thanks.
You don't send the values, you already have.

Thank you,
but I do not have the strings "SSDte" and "SLDte"
I only:
"ITime"
"ITLZr"
"ITMPN"
"STFmt"
"STime"
I've tried to create them:
SSDte = dd MM yyyy
SLDte = dd MMM yyyy
but does not work.
I do not know how,
my ROM is "Tom.Photon.v1.2 WWE"
I think that you can't do anything with registry.
Maybe the solution is by changing some manila file.

yes, but i don`t find where
Someone, who knows, must make the new one, which will replace the old one.
I have change the regional setting
"menu/setting/system/regional setting"
and i have modify manila-language with "BsB"
then it`s ok, but i don`t know really why...
