This rom is nothing to do with me. I have not installed it, and will not vouch for its credibility. It is the rom that was originally uploaded here
The author of this particular compilation is still unknown AFAIK.

Let the server hammering commence
Now it's out, I can stop biting my tongue and tell everyone how great Crossbow is on the Universal
Just a note about themes, the base hue method works on Crossbow too, but obviously uses a glass effect with dark edges, and a lighter middle.
iLauncher and PocketPlus are the best plugins if you want icons AND battery meters.
There is a MAJOR issue I have found with most of the free battery meter/memory meter plugins, batti works, but most of the others will hang on reboot, even if you have safe mode apps, so hard reset is the easiest fix.
Much appreciated!
(Why, oh why do I have meetings to go to for the next 4 hours )
Ah, great
Thanx
Thanks
Thanks for this.
So i'm assuming..someone with an MDA can't install this right? I just realized it was for the universal after getting a no country id error..i see there might be a fix with it..but im scared of bricking. I just got my 8125 on 3.2 aku from molski...
It is for the Universal.

wrong rom for that device..you will have to wait like every one else.
Ah, midget, now I understand re RealVGA. I'll try to work on your app in the next few days if that's ok.
V
Thank you! Thank you!
You definately saved my day!
So far everything that I use works ok; utms, directpush, a2dp. A bit slow startup compared to most AKU3.5 builds.
Thanks again!
im so keen to try this lol, but i think ill wait for a more stable fully working version!
anyone any ideas when / if we will get a final build?
Can somebody check me if storage card encryption is working in this version ?
Thanks
I saw an other version and I couldn't make that thing work
* Native HTML e-mail is nice, no need for FlexMail
* Remote Desktop Connection works superb, save username/pw, fullscreen, specify port.
Eelco
Downloaded and installed midget's cab file for vga and it looks great! Will install my apps and see how stable this ROM is.
This ROM is the BuuuuuuuM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I love it. 99% of the applications I use work 100%. Its a bit slow but it works thats what matters. I also miss MMS.
This absolutely rocks... so much faster than the stock T-Mo ROM, Pocket Word flies, bluetooth stereo by application, html mail, etc., etc.,
MMS
just updated my rom, great but does anyone know how to set up MMS, (does sound like a stupid question to me) I've added all the other O2 grps connections...

Hi,,
Profiles Seriously 7.0 was a great software, which allows you to configure your profiles for a low cost.
Now that the Windows Mobile 2003 SE version is ready, I updated this program finally today. Still you can download but I stopped to write it more.
Just because I made a new program MY|PROFILES VGA which now has a great new user interface that completely fits the VGA mode.
It is only 34$ and believe me it is worth the money!!
It's here myprofilesvga, and this program is a shareware with 7 days trial.
Here's brief descriptions:
MY|PROFILES VGA !!
This program displays on Today Screen, the same information as Profiles Seriously 7.0. No new features but the great advantage for you is now to have those nice VGA screens !!!
Your friends wont believe your screen is so large! And I can guarantee that it is completely compatible with all XDA.
The Trial Version works 7 days without limits. Red message "shareware" will display every 5 minutes. Then it will automatically remove itself from today page and hard reset your XDA.
So, don't wait anymore, go to pocketgear and buy that wonderfull piece of software !!
JGUI
I know you want to protect your investment but I don't think an automatic hardreset coded into the trial application is appropriate.
Just my 2 cents
Ed
from a programmer to a programmer
I think you should test deeply your apps. Too may horrible bugs
hi JGUI, the link is leading me to Pocketgear MY|MESSAGES

What? is that a punishment for installing it?.. A hardreset?!..
What the hell is this ****?
Yeah, agreed. WTF? A hard reset? I'd rather keep all my data than try out this software ...
Seems like this guy can´t do anything right..
The link is wrong to!
This seems like a superhighrisk investement
As a previous user of Phone profile seriously, I have to say this software, while admitedly eye-appealing, is too buggy to use. It is full of nice ideas, but badly executed. I now switch to pocketzenphone which is perfect, AND IS FREE.
And I hate to say that it is true that JGUI just doesn't listen to customers! I once sent mail to him and got the reply telling me to update. WTF!
If found a piece of review on phone profiles seriously which is fair. During the short use of the 'software', the reviewer identified 7 problems.
'While none of these issues are particularly serious they have a large impact on the feel of the software. To me this software feels like it should be in beta testing and not publicly released. After completing this review Phone Profiles Seriously has been removed. This is a real shame as this software has so much to offer. ' is a very very fair comment on this piece of 'software'.
Mr.JGUI, listen up. I'm an previous beta-tester of your software. I regret paying $30 to you and If you want to laugh at my silliness for 'You are so stupid. I provided trial version and you yet still pay it' , please do so as I have to admit I was being silly for placing trust on you.
I hate be rude but rudeness truly reflects my feeling.
I would like Update 7.1 to VGA. Can that be done?
This thread is a prank!
Yes, like so many others also I had some bad experience with JGUI's software. But this goes too far - this is no longer funny. This thread is a prank!. If you look at the first post, you'll see that the author's name is not "JGUI", but "JGUI." - note the dot behind the name. This was that user's first post ever, so it cannot possibly be JGUI himself. And not even JGUI would create a software that hard-resets your XDA after a few minutes.
The whole intention of that pranker is to further ruin JGUIs reputation. Well, JGUI has done that quite effectively himself already, so I don't see why this "joke" is necessary. But this is not fair, and this is not the way to treat people. Not even programmers that write buggy software and don't listen to user's complaints.
Cheers
Daniel
It's the customers' right to complain .
Morever , $34 is quite over priced for this fuction limited software.
Many great PPC software is selling at a cheaper price.
ADMIN: Please delete this thread!
-edited-
JGUI, I'm sorry. This tread seems to be posted by someone who wants to ruin your reputation even more than you already did yourself... Thinking of it, it is not possible to programmatically hard-reset a device, so this is only a bad joke...

Hi all
i'm an engineer doing R&D for Leaf Wireless in South Africa. We supply wireless solutions and HTC phones to Africa.
i'm going to Taiwan to meet and recieve training from the HTC engineers from monday the 12th. And since i've received so much help from XDA developers in the past i thought i'd offer.
if there are any customisation questions you have or HTC issues that are proving difficult to solve post them here. i'll ask the guys when i get there and try get some answers.
cheers,

hmm this thread sounds like it could take off.
i dont think you know what you got yourself into supaspud. i know lots of people are going to have questions and suggestions for htc.
i for one would like to see them implement a wheel mouse not unlike the one in the danger sidekick 3. that would make wm experience 100 times better.
also ask if crossbow will officially be released as an upgrade for the wizard.
when i think of more questions or suggestions ill reply again
?Why don't they make a full size (3.5" or whatever) screen in a cdma with more memory. Hell it doesn't even have to be vga. I use mine as a pda, if I wanted a tiny screen, I'd just get a damn phone.

Save yourself the bother. It would be up to the telco's to decide on releasing an official update and they would then pay HTC to build the rom. Expect that to happen about the same time as the telco's decide to donate all their profits to third world charities.
It's not a telco thing. If you are refering to the companies who re-brand the HTC machines (most of whom are not telcos) the decision will be based mostly on whether HTC will actually supply the ROM and at what cost if any. They would have a fairly good idea about what they are going to do for some machines as they own one such company that retails their machines (Dopod). Find out about possibility of Artemis crossbow ROM if you can
Linux
It would be interesting to get their opinion on Linux on the HTC platform, and whether they would consider contributing to the development of a well rounded Linux based phone environment.
Yes, their opinion on linux would be good to know
Ask if they have any future plans to support it officially.
Ask them what (apart from soldering the chips on and editing the rom file for memory alocation) needs to be done to make 128mb of ram work on UNIVERSAL (it origionally had it, so the motherboard supports it and it can work
Hello Leaf Wireless
Well, well Greg, I thought that Leaf would not come out of the closet.
I have been the source of information till now, but now please take the stage.
A few months back I introduced a few of your staff to the XDA site.
I am now and then fed tit bits of information which I share on the forum. The ROM 1.35 update is a good example.
There are some clever guys here and we can all all learn together.
The problems I raised with Renier was:
1. Storage card getting lost in Media Player
2. Windows 5 is full of unresloved problems, with the BT stack poor.
3. Battery life on 3G is shocking. I have upgraded to 1.27 to see if things improve.
4. I have an Email from Dan Mackie @HTC Eupope stating that an Major ROM upgrade would be released at the end of January 2007, "to resolve all known issues on the TyTN". Nothing has happened yet!
The issue with the storage card was a known issue and I was informed at the end of September that it would be sorted with the next upgrade.
It hasn't happened yet but I have noticed that the TyTN's that you have received do not have this problem.
Please feel free to contact me should you wish.
Enjoy the trip and let me have a copy of the new ROM before you leave.
Regards
A wish list would be for the keyboard have some kind of a lock to prevent it opening when retrieving from the pouch. I find that I often drop call on closing the keyboard.
The magnets in the pouch are also troublesome and cause screen rotation and also dropped calls at times when rotating back.
GPS in the Hermes
What component of software (hardware??) is missing in the Tytn compared to the Trinity to make the GPS work.
Thanks
Francisco
PS. My first post, and I would like to thanks all the excellent XDA-developers community for this great forum.
@SupaSpud: Tell them to produce a Hermes with VGA screen and GPS and 256Mb ROM, RAM....

Several people have already asked this question:
- How can we install 128Mb RAM on Universal?
HTC never replied.
sheesh...
wow... looks like I opened up pandora's box. i'm making a list of all the queries and i'll ask them on monday. keep em coming...
ps: i'll find out bout the rom now.
Hey SSpud - gr8 offer !
1. I''d like you to ask why they dont set the default Bluetooth (a2dp) to Stereo (and the bit rate / max bit rate to 40+) ... and generally fix stereo BT.
2. How do they acvtually work with customers (eg BT in the UK) .... I get the inpression they are extremely slow and unresponsive.
2. Camera - if even cheap sony ericons can have autofocus and macro settings why cant HTC ?
3. Stereo Jacks (3.5 or 2.5mm)
4. Direct access to microSD card
5. When will they update their FAQ's and trouble shooting guides beyond the patronising " check that it is turned on type " answers.
Thanks for this oportunity !!
(I'm especially intersted efor Artemis/ XDA orbit)
Hello 'Spud,
Apart from sorting/mentioning the listed problems here - especially the poor bluetooth stack IMO - please do bump the question regarding their future GPS roadmap for TyTN/Hermes series of phones.
Now that will make a true convergence of technologies.
Kind regards,
Mine is a small and trivial request... could they please please please fix the battery meter on the hermes... the [email protected] +/- 10% drives me nuts... wish we could get the +/- 1% like the other devices.

Tell the guys at HTC to watch the XDA-Developers site to find out what's wrong with their phones and what features are needed to turn them into great devices - remember the IPhone is comming!
Basil
Tell them not to save cents in devices that cost hundred of dollars. For instance they use cheap and weak cpus like samsung (which has only ARMv4T) ot OMAP with it's low clock frequencies. Or they save memory and instead of using 128MB or more RAM! RAM is cheap! I'd like to see smaller touchscreen displays with VGA resolution! Look at the size and resolution of some nokias: E60 or E70. I'd like to see hermes (device with foldable keyboard) with gps, 624MHz intel cpu, 128MB RAM and 2.2 inch touchscreen in the near future!
YES! Tell them about this forum! Tell them not to do stupid things in locking their devices - this simply reduces their markets!
And tell them that maybe it is about time to see their x86 UMPC! Look at the sony vaio UX180P or UX280P!

As for crossbow going onto the Wizard... i don't think that'll happen. But i'll double check.

Is anyone else experiencing very slow running of this website & forums?
For the last 3 days, it has been taking a really long time for any page to load up (3-5mins). Often they just time out with server not responding. Occasionally however, pages load instantly like they should, but this is very rare!
Last night I was getting "500 - Server Error" pages when trying to view any page in the forum.
I am not getting these problems on any other website, only xda-developers. I need to work out if it is an anomaly with my ISP, or if it is a problem with xda-developers.
I am running on 5.5Mbit ADSL connection in UK with F9 (part of PlusNet). I use OpenDNS as my DNS servers. I've tried multiple computers from two different houses (both F9 though).
Thanks
Mike
Yes in the last couple of days, it is really slow
slow
same here i read somewhere else it maybe because a lot of people are downloading all the roms before they get taken off
it is slow indeed
i noticed the same here.
it is very very slow
Same here from Germany, but perhaps it's just because everyone tries to mirror the FTP-Server with all the ROMs ;-)
Nah, the slowdown started before the MS warning.
True, but sometimes is fast as usual. Especially in the evening (GMT+1)
it's not fast now...
Slow as f***
Slow Site
I agree with the other posts, this site has been running slow since I found out about it about a month ago.
It is really annoying waiting all that time for the pages to load!!
But the information on this site is brilliant and well worth the wait!!
I am not an expert on site speeds but I would put the slow speeds down to the site needing a bigger and faster server.
The Pocket PC market is really taking off now and so more and more people are seeking help and advice about their devices, so the site is bound to run slower than it was set up for.
I would be willing to donate to help speed up the site if the owners purchased a new server, presuming that is the cause of course!
Other great sites to visit are :
coolsmartphone.co.uk
modaco.com
Keep up the good work, but please make the pages load faster!
Snails pace
Here in South Africa it is virtually impossible to get onto the site.
IS THE SITE NOT BEING THROTTLED?
This has only been for the past 3 to 4 days.
Moderators please let us know what's happening
I think is time to dump my HTC products!
one of the server drives died so it has been running solo....plus all the people dowloading.....drive is been replaced.
The fact that the Inquirer.net linked to the forum post about the ROM dump being shut down by MS doesn't help our forum speeds either.. however I've noticed that the number of votes on the petition DOUBLED in just one day -- the response from the community has been quite impressive thus far. Whether or not the petition has had any benefits so far remains to be seen, however I hope for our sake that all this traffic helps out in the long run.
Time will tell.
Sir Lancealot
It's not the "time to drop HTC products".
It's time to find a more sophisticated way to store and share the ROMs, so that stupid crybabies who would call Mommy (Operator) for bleedin' warranty (!) when their XDA gets bricked won't get another chance to screw it up for everybody.
Long live HTC products. Looking for the next Universal like - VGA, WM6 Professional (Phone), GPS, lots of internal Storage so never again "9MB free" on it -- and of course "the King is dead, long live the King" -- you can't stop good work floating around.
Blame HTC not XDA

I don't think you will ever stop people bricking their devices. As long as they understand the risks it's their problem. I do feel that users with bricked devices are stupid to check in for warrantee repairs - Operators should just reject their claims.
I feel that the threat to XDA to remove ROMS will only drive the practise underground and they will loose control forever. I quote the example of the "unlocker" that was removed after a complaint about infringement of rights issue. Well this fix floats around on many sites on the internet and cannot be stopped.
I think that MS and the operators are going to loose their greatest test and development site.
I purchased my TyTn in September in the UK and right from the start it had issues that HTC knew about but continued to sell the devices. THIS TO ME IS THE UNETHICAL AND THE BLAME MUST REST SQUARELY ON THE SHOULDERS OF HTC.
Why can individuals not attemt to correct these faults?
I have waited from end September 2006 for a promised upgrade to correct the problems. I have the correspondence with HTC Europe as proof.

I realize that this is off topic, but I'm with Basil 100%. The bottom line is that XDA Developers is starting to make HTC and M$ look like fools, because this excellent site and its supporters are fixing issues that HTC and M$ should be fixing -- Voice Command 1.6 and BT A2DP are two that are at the top of my list. So rather than welcome this group of brilliant users (what better beta testing can you find anywhere else) and work with us, they'd rather ignore us and get into bed with the carriers/operators who are just as bad.
It shouldn't matter where we bought our devices (I purchased mine in the US from an HTC "distributor") -- these are HTC-designed and manufactured devices running the M$ OS. Therefore they should be fully supported by HTC and M$. As for "bricking" a device, most (all?) warranties state that they only cover incidental damages or issues caused by "normal" use. An operator should return a "bricked" device to the user unrepaired (if it is found to be running a "non-standard" version of the ROM firmware), with a quote for repair/replacement should the user wish to persue the matter further.
I for one hope that the iPhone turns out to be half as good as Steve Jobs says it is/will be, because I think that Apple will make M$ and its OEMs finally wake up and smell the coffee. At least Apple listen to their users and fix their problems (as few as there are) in a timely fashion. On the other hand, maybe I am living in Wonderland with Alice... ;^)

Re: This Place Goes to Dogs Because of Microsoft
Now no more cooking up Roms and OS's and no place to go.
I'm upset to see this.
There has got to be a way to carry on?
What were these guys afraid of? Oh if you want the new OS and it's capabilities you got to go to carrier and get ripped off!
I wonder who complained the most? I bet i-Mate was at the top of the list. HTC?
I want to run the newest OS without purchasing a new unit period and if I can't I will not be purchasing any more from the likes of Cingular, T-Mobile.
You know here in the good old USA you can't even get a decent phone from T-Mobile they are in the Stone Age. Cingular is a little better you can get a stripped down Tytn as the 8525 that of course is locked to their network and they almost always strong arm you into a 2 year contract! What are these guys Dictators?
You know why cant we develop our own like Sony's UX Micro series?
These thing would put these guys out of business. After all I always build my own PC's b uy the operating system. I can build these to suit me.
Well the End is near the Commies are taking over, lets hug a tree and sing some Kumbaiya.
Ok Ranted
amen brother
Me too! Tired of buying $650 phones with crummy ROMS and no support. It's absurd!! I left the board for a week and a half and came back today to upgrade to the Dopod ROM with GPS (I have the p3600) - whoops! - it's gone - Screwed!
Everyone can pat microsoft on the back for being so lenient for so long but I've been doing Windows since the first version and have watched them illegally put Netscape, Ecco Pro, Wordperfect (almost), Firefox (soon) and hundreds of other great software companies out of business through bullying and bribing - this makes me not give a flying you know what about respecting their rights. They even bullied the feds - more power there than the Vanderbilts and the Rockerfellers (sp?) ever had!!
I have spent a fortune on their products, and I have done almost everything totally legally (which is why I have spent a fortune). But they are not satisfied with that. They have to run all the experimenters and the innovators out of business, and when theirown products suck, they have to buy the competition out of business. I will buy and use the first good open source OS that comes along for these excellent PDA phones - I am so tired of throwing dollar after dollar on systems that don't work (don't get me started on Active sync, duplicates everywhere, increasingly limited abilities to sync, Outlook and the inability to have one PIM on more than one computer at home without 3rd party software at home, and so on).
It makes a good man want to cry. At least Apple is up front about it. And, altho there is no opportunity for innovation there, at least their products work. Microsoft is in business just to blow everybody else out of the water. Tiring to say the least. Deserving of a consumer revolt at best!
Yes they are within their legal rights. Legal rights these days are like political rights in the past MIGHT MAKES RIGHT. Thank you again, Bill Gates.
We're still cooking up ROMs. In fact I posted one just today. The location has simply changed. FTTB everything's on RapidShare. We no longer host this location however, so the care we took in ensuring that pre-production ROMs not yet sent to Operators were removed is now gone.
What has m$ really done here other than just make a lot of people really mad (the petition has around 6,000 signatures currently)? Oh, I know. They've hurt their sales.
... go figure...
as if MSFT cares much about sales they would only care if their $$$ go to competitors like Apple iPhone for example... then Bill would go bananas but a few billion less in sales that's peanuts for him ))
on another point, rapidshare is not searchable (for obvious reasons)... will then the sharing and testing be done through PM only???
I have been told (smile) that emule has a search function.
Yeah but really, would you install a rom that came from e-mule?
Exactly. Did anyone 'mirrored' the ftp before it was taken down?
I can't believe, BTW, that xdad being scared by M$FT -without any reason, let me add - did not give us some time to mirror it. This is clearly pathetic, I think.
there is a mirror!!,,, search this forum carefully for the word "gurus"

So are we not meant to tell anyone the web address?
:gulp:
There may already be several threads in other sections discussing this anticipated update, but I thought why not. Happy New Years Ladies and Gentlemen.
Microsoft has stuck to their slogan "Early 2011".
The little blue birdy however flew a little closer to sources and overheard "January".
As of now, the update has not yet been released obviously so this gives us all the opportunity to discuss some of our individual expectations from this upcoming update. You may have heard, there may be several updates, not only one.
Let's try not to get too loony but in all seriousness, when I first purchased my HTC MOZART with WP7 I did so without much research and maybe too much faith in Microsoft.
I thought MAC - PC, IPhone - WP7
I can tell you all now, I was severely traumatized by my experience when I first discovered I couldn't customise my ring-tone. With tears still pouring down my face, and Chevron still non existent, I went to Copy and Paste something. It was then that I learnt that the World had already ended.
Now like I said, we can't expect too much but I just want to state what I personally believe and after some scrutiny of my opinion wisely believe I'm in the position to state several of the most 'CRUCIAL' changes that need to take place ASAP on WP7. The severity of leaving these features out has already taken on another dimension. Some features were intentionally left out for future profiteering and others simply because the potential of such features could be exploited in unexpected ways.
Taking this path however has led some of Microsoft's most loyal customers questioning the developmental plans and reasoning's behind a number of decisions.
You have to think, these phones aren't toys. These phones (due to the mandatory specifications Microsoft has set) pack quite a powerful punch in terms of processing capabilities. The true capabilities of these technologies seriously can be quite dazzling. For one reason or another, unfortunately such open technology will probably never fall into the hands of the masses.
However, they seem to have gone a bit too far with the intentional tampering of functionality and the unprecedented level of scrutiny has left Microsoft scrambling to find the excuses, and forced them to re-think their relationship with their customers.
Julian Assange is here questioning which governments are responsible for all these dead civilians and we need to seriously point exactly at the people in charge (Governments - Developers all the same) and demand why, with the level of power they hold, the technology, funds and potential they have access too, are there basic features missing on these GOD DAM PHONES!?
One might state, "If you don't like it, then go somewhere else!"
Well "NO!" is what I would say. Why am I being forced to use outdated technology just to enable me to change my ring-tone! It seems the more we human beings accomplish technologically, the less we are able to utilize it with some common sense. One step forward, two steps back!
It is these corporations that hold the responsibility and have the obligation to set a standard with technological advancements. They are the leading manufacturers, researchers and developers enabling the wonderful standard of life we all possess today. BUT, you have to remember, the people at the front end of these achievements need to be held accountable when a phone shows up on the market that doesn't allow one to change their ring-tone! We as a group of human beings are able to discuss and elaborate. If we are standing here in 2011 with a phone that doesn't allow one to change their ring-tone, we need to stop and start wondering what the hell is going on.
"Yes, I just payed top dollar for one of the most advanced phones out there! So advanced you don't need to change your ring-tone, you just select one out of a list! HOW INGENIUS! "
"Yes, I just payed two million pounds for a luxurious house! It's so freakin high class and luxurious it doesn't even have any DOORS OR WINDOWS!"
See the similarity?
Please Microsoft, give me my Ring-tone back. Give me the Flash Player I deserve. Give me my Landscape Address Bar in MIE. Give me my Multitasking. Give me my Copy/Cut & Paste. Give me my Media player that allows me to Fast Forward/Rewind with my own fingers. YOUTUBE BY HTC DID! Give my USB storage functionality! After all, there is a memory card in there! Give me a voice on my Maps to let me know when I have to turn. Do something about this 'SEARCH' button please. It keeps interrupting me on practically everything I try to do on the phone. At least create a locking mechanism or even give me the option to use it for something more USEFUL! BING IT OFF. Get it?
Anybody else with any realistic functions they believe is a basic requirement? If so please name them.
When the Update is finally released, we can further elaborate on the improvements. I'm sure there will be improvements. WP7 can do better!
Best Regards, Dontworry
Man if only Bluetooth file transfers could be added in the update..
I have a samsung i780 for 2 years already
I lost my mind and bought one HTC HD7 without researching
Please microsoft, do not make me regret more than I already am
it's sad that I feel better with my old i780 with a fake copy of WM6.5
listen to this man, makes us happy.
Guys you must not compare it with the win 6.x phones. Please jsut think about the potential and look at what you do with this phone instead of what it can't.
I jumped from my beloved pimped qtek 9000 to HD7 and i must say.....even if the qtek is so yesterday .... but the WM 6,5 with working bluetooth-Garmin XT and other cool features was untill today way better than WM7.
I Understand that the 7 software is still in developement, but it is not yet worth the money, the time that i invested just to find out why the bluetooth wouldnt work and so on and so on.
I honestly believed that it would be a realy woooooow phone but it is not. So far it is an overpriced not so usefull dissapoitement.

Well 4 starters........it would be very usefull if it "could" establish a bluetooth connection with my qtek or for that mater with my hp laptop. That would be wooooooow. On the other hand it cant do much more than a HD2 with a pimped WM 6,5.
Search key really annoy my Mozart
Double click or confirm or somethings for HOME (Start) key in running applications
I want Proximity sensor to disable all key when cover with somethings else
(in running applications)
sorry for my poor ENGLISH
guys u are wasting time and space on XDA by creating those use less threads.... there are so many out there...
i feel so sorry for those ppl who buy things with out knowing what they are getting and then B#%@& about it like a girl... no one put a gun to your head to buy a WP7, u did it with the free will...
and come on i gave up on the Samsung i780 in 6 months as it was a mistake i made buying, which i corrected by getting a HTC Touch Pro. the screen was crap as the touch penal never work... the screen size did not allow me to run so many apps, it was so slow... so if u have used i780 for 2 years u should be glad that u bought a WP7 device as its smooth and fast..
CES is around the corner and i think the update will be launched there....

come on u want to compare WP7 devices with your qtek..... u must be kidding me... is that company still making PDA???
i am using HD7 since the frist week of its launch... and as i have unlimited data plan i can send all the files by email, so no need to file transfer, my photos are sent to my sky drive so any one with access can view or download it.
a house so luxurious it has no windows..... wow great place to throw stones huh... just sayin... plus i agree nobody twisted anyones arm to buy one.... the fanboys need to stop cryin like girls... and i can say that... im a girl...

I dont want to compare anything and it wouldnt be fair, but on the qtek the bluetooth worked and with WIMO 6,5 by Tomal it was fast.
Oh and i dont need a phone for sending some pics to a sky drive to show them to other people. A working bluetooth would be fine.
Oh and changing ringtones too.
Get the point?
Adobe reader also.....more for a job thing than sending photos. The qtek made a hell of a job there regarding my buisiness.
So the post with the lux house....is not so far fetched after all :-D:-D:-D
cut it off guys
if you dont like it, you can just find more suitable phone for you
but be sure that you do some research on that phone before you buy
and stop whinning about this is not good compare to that...blah blah

Yeah, you are right. And it seems that soon many people will do so as downgrading mobile computer (which was any WM6.x device) to just fancy phone is not what the people doing real job with the phone are expecting. I'm just waiting for the WP7 update and if it does not contain the mandatory tethering ... bye-bye WP7. Too expensive toy ... that does nothing

Well it does everything a Phone should.... your expectations are obviously higher then this.
Mine does everything I need, after coming from iPhone 4 and Desire HD there isn't anything in particular that I miss. Yes, it doesn't have all the same features but that's the same with any platform you choose.
