[Q] Quick Toggles?

So after the Chevron crack I wanted to ask if anyone is programming a quick toggle for 3G, Wifi etc...?
Is it even possible?
Just wanted to know as this would give me a good reason to use chevron!

Same thought here

on the device there is a wlanutil.dll, and a wlanapi.dll. Probably one of those will do what you want.

[Q] Changing the Banner on the Lock Screen and Notification Shade on our Epics

Does anyone think this would work on the Epic? It works on the Evo...I don't want to try it if it is specific to the Evo though. If it doesn't work, is there any way to be able to change the banner on the lock screen and notification shade?

EDIT: Wow, that is all WAY over my head! I'm assuming there isn't a more simple way to do right?

[Q] Remap Search Key To Recent Apps?

Does anyone know how to remap the Search hardware key so that when it is pressed the recent apps pop up instead? I have searched, but all of the "fixes" I have found have either not done anything or been phone specific. An easy to follow guide would be a big help and surely someone else is curious too. A flashable zip rewards you extra points.
P.S. I am on AOKP build 36 and the flashable zip I have seen floating around does not work for our phone.

This is exactly what I was talking about. I found this thread but it seems phone-specific as I couldn't find that java file. :/ Thanks for your help though! Wait, do I have to open up the ROM file to find this? Im soooo confused. More help would be magnificent! thanks!

Not trying to be rude or condescending or anything like that, but out of true curiosity, in what context do you use it the most? I'm curious that I might be missing out in how useful it potentially may be. Thanks for your insight.

[Q] Disable swipe to go back/forward

I really like reading ebooks on my phone but when I'm scrolling down it keeps going back or forward a page. it drives me nuts. I already have motion turned off and it doesn't seem to be the app (ezpdf)..
Any way to disable this annoying "feature"?

Hi all,
I've looked everywhere and I can't be the only one who wants this.....
Is there not a way to swap the placement of the back key ala LG G2? It's driving me nuts and is the only thing that is keeping this phone from being perfect (for me) can ANYONE please lend a helping hand?

This was the first thing I noticed coming form the LG G2 as well, and haven't found a way yet. Why would they put the back button all the way to the left, it is driving me crazy as it is the most used button!

auto hide soft key's works, but is there any way to use it without the auto-hide/quick bar stuff?

I can't believe there isn't a way to create the same thing that LG has done for this phone. All manufactures should offer this. It's not like HTC didn't "borrow" the knock feature so this shouldn't be a stretch....

I don't get it. I've used Android for years and this is how it is on every device other than Samsung phones. I would just get used to it. Odds are you'll have to anyway in the future.

Never!!!! Lol, I hate that its on the left side. I hold my phone mostly in my right hand and hate how I now need to stretch my hand across to back arrow. This is one area I really do believe Samsung got it right. It's more natural on the right side of the phone. Even if you strongly disagree , at least do what LG has done and give me the option to make it how I want it. If I want to be told how something should be without the option to change it I may as well have a iPhone!

I don't think this app allows you to change the placement of the soft keys does it? I don't see anything in the description that implies that, more meant to just hide the keys.

Yeah, it replaces the nav bar and let's you choose between a bunch of other different themed nav bars. I just can't get it to work without its quickbar feature/autohide.
