Rom Update Failed

Hello there,
I wanted to update my ROM voor my Qtek 9090 T-Mobile with (BA_TMNL_14200_119_11300_Ship.exe) when it starts I have a problem with USB connection, and now my Qtek does not reboot , and when I connect via USB via hotsync I do not see that it charges and I see only grey background with the text above Serial and below V 2.05 , can someone tell me ?

Have you got any solution to your problem ? I am at the same place as yours. My PPC showing SERIAL at top & V 1.02 at bottom of the ppc screen, but there is no display light & nothing. While connecting through usb it showing USB at top of the screen without light & Battery is not charging. What should i check for.. plz advice..

Did you try removing the battery for about 15 minutes and reboot...?

I have the same problem. I updated from a universal 6.1 rar. Now om the qtek screen is only serial v 2.05. Reset does not help also reset and on/off button at the same time. What to do?

Qtek 9090 killed after update
Hi,I flashed my old Qtek 9090 and now i'm stuck on "USB" or "Serial" v2.08 screen. I guess, the PDA is alive a little bit, when placeing in the cradle "serial " turns to "USB", but nothing else happens. I tried to remove the battery even for a week, no Hard or Soft reset helps
When flashing again the program says, there is no connection with the PDA
Please help getting my old Qtek to life!

Updating Qtek

I have done the upgrade of my qtek 9090 but in middle of the process the electricity fail and my qtek stays whith scren gray and have write in dysplay serial / usb v2.06 and i cant do anything.i tried to done the upgrade again but doesen't work message says device is disconnected.

My O2 zinc hang after ROM update to WM6,,Please help!

Hi guys,
I've upgraded my O2 zinc form WM5 to WM6 but in next restart after the upgarde the device hang during the booting and only shows the splash screen of Windows Mobile 6 ,,Now is there any way to recover form that?
can i delete the current ROM which i guess it's the main cause for killing my PDA ,i want to reinstall WM5 but ofcourse Microsoft ActiveSync can't connect to my O2 since it didn't log to the PDA didn't start windows .
Guys please help,,i'm very sad because of this.

first, be sure that you have the active sync 4.5. and try to reinstall it again to windows 6.

Thanks for the reply,,but the thing is Activesync 4.5 can't connect to my O2 since the O2 rebooted after the installation of WM6 .
Is there a way to remove compelety the installed version of WM6 "i.e Format my PDA" ?

Upgrading Qtek 9090

Hy!
I've downgraded my qtek from WM6 to WM2003SE and have some problems:
I have lots of stuff on storage (windows, program files...).
I want to delete everething on qtek and install WM2003SE.
Other problem is with bluetooth. When I want to connect via bluetooth, error message appears that license is expired.
I want my qtek to be like when I bought it, please help!

if you've just flashed WM2003. hard reset is your solution.

there is still problem with bluetooth, it says that licence key has expired and I cant use any of bluetooth applications.
what to do?

My QTEK 9000 IS DEAD, PLSSSSS HELP ME

Hello,
I connect my qtek with pc. I tried to install wwe rom - from german to english. I ws downloaded english rom but cant install coz i have problem with COUNTRY ERROR -ERROR 120 atfer that i install in qtek "MaUpgradeUt_noID".exe and after that my qtek go to hell.
when i done hard reset on the screen write only: Serial and v1.00!!!!
..............qtek is dead...................
PLzzzz people help meeeeeeeeee
what can i do now for repair my qtek?????

Your Uni still alive
Try to download "Exit Bootloader.exe" from wiki, conect the uni to USB and Run the applcation...
If you uni is death when the Bootloader is lost. I brick my Jasjar when the Bootloader was gone, dont worry Try to read more in the forum Universal WM6.

My Problem is, that i can only choose Com 1 to Com 3 in mtty 1.42 - Because of this i can't use the methode which is explained. - What i am making wrong? - I use a Sony Vaio Laptop for booting...

if you have the rom try tis out!
1.unzip the file!
2.put the rom-extended rom-radio(or whatever you need!) in this folder
3.when you'll connect the phone on the usb,on the screen you have to see "usb v1.01".
4.run the "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe"
5.wait till it will finish flashing!!
6.enjoy the new rom!!

please big help / i just try to change language on my qtek 9000 and when the phone finish. and the screen freeze. and i off it and on it .and still the display show but freezing. and it can't connect to the active sync and pc /please help

Try a soft-reset first.
If not, you may have to hard-reset. You will lose all your data and programs you've installed and it will revert to factory state (or last flashed ROM).
