go to xda-dev ftp under Universal get Qetk 1.30 wwe or Dopod 1.30 wwe rom and flush it

I have been given a Russian P3300 and although I can speak some russian I really need it to be English.
Can I change the ROM?
How do I find out what ROM I have loaded. I have TOMTOM on it but I don't know if that's standard?
Should I just load a factory rom?
It is not network locked as I have put a vodafone sim into it.
Can anyone help please?

Same problem. I have a Russian language P3300. The HTC web site will only allow the WM6 upgrade in Russian language. Is there another way to get this unit upgraded with English ROM?

On the hp page there is a new ROM 1.12 (english) for my ipaq. I am interesting with this due to a lot of fixes... The problem is that I have the polish ROM (plk). I have nothing against polish but I would like to upgrade the ROM and I prefer english How to do this?
I would be greteful for your help.

It's possible. After unpacking the ROM upgrade replace hpRUU.exe for attachment one. It's don't check language and model of device.

i've just got a toshiba e350 ,the rom version is 1.0305.0404, dated: March 5 2003, the problem is that it is in portogues,how do change it to english. i can bearly find my way around. i tried micosoft but could not get any language service packs on the site. someone please HELP!

First, sorry for my bad English.
I have used this hpRUU to upgrade mi hp iPAQ 6815 from English to Dutch
version and i used Sp35820.
So my Office is Dutch on this moment.
And everything on my PDA is Dutch.
I am very happy with this, it runs like hell...thanks.
But now i have a problem.
I attempt to upgrade Office to a newer version but when i use Dutch then i have an error.
Now i was looking in the hpInventory in the PDA and there i can see:
language: English(WWE) (Taal: Engels (WWE))
Is there a possibility to solve this ?
I want to upgrade Office with the Dutch version.
Or maybe there is a possibility to put WM6 Dutch version on my PDA.
On this moment it is WM5.

I currently have TG01 in French and i have also installed SPB Mobile shell 3.0 in English. But still the menu's inside messaging and all are in French. How to globally to change it to English. Even if i change it in regional settings to English it doesn't work.

surely if you had a registry editor installed you could edit lang settings?, or even try global settings

Toshiba TG01 WM6.5 Voice Quality Issues
Does anyone know how to edit the registries of a TG01 updated with WM6.5 for better voice quality. Everyone is complaning that my voice cuts in and out while I talk. This wasn't a problem on older builds of 6.1. I think it may be background noise reduction software being too sensitive? Or perhaps something else. I'd love any suggestions on what setting to change and to what input.
