I have Imate PDA-N aka HTC Galaxy aka Qtek G100 ,device is in spanish language and i need an english update...

I've an i900 English, Can I install Italian on it?
I try to update to new official rom but doesn't start (I think there's a CID or SPL that lock this)

for that, you need to install t9 English.cab on device

thank you Hakim Rahman and sorry about my late reply, I installed the cab file and the deceive restarted but no thing happened , still the start menu and system runs in dutch lang
