looking to buy an inexpensive O2 XDA IIs on the cheap - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 General

I'm loking to buy one of these beauties, but I'm on a very limited budget. I can't spend more than $200 USD/including shipping+tax+insurance. I looked all over ebay this past month and saw that they averaged around $340 to $445 here in the states. If anyone can sell me one at that price - that would be great. If not, does anyone know of another website I can go to for a better price? Thanks for your help.

eBay's one should be the cheaper (if not cheapest) available with the same amount of risk. I'd bet that if you were to get cheaper than in eBay, the risks of it being a scam is relatively high. Even it eBay itself, if it looks drastically cheap, beware.

ebay.co.uk has been selling them for around £150 ($270), but on occasion you get them cheaper, I managed to pick up a two week old XDA IIs two days ago for £100, boxed, all bits'n'bobs etc.. so keep looking

I was wondering about that. Should I worry about voltage compatability? How does a UK version work different than a US one? Does everything work the same way? Sorry, I never bought anything off of ebayUK before.

afaik the voltage isn't an issue as the power charger that converts your mains to the required voltage (that's why Palm sell kits with adapters for all the plug types US/UK/EUR with one charger) I'm sure these are the same

Just want to say that I got for 250 off of ebay
Had it for a week and I love it - still learning how to use it though

OEM Moto Wall Charger $3.46 shipped :o)

Just wanted to share this. I always drag my charger back and forth to work. I decided I didn't want to do that anymore. More often then not I don't even use it, but nice to have in case I want to flash something or if I actually need a charge. Anyway, found this and ordered it. Had it in 2 days and it is OEM. Just passing on a good deal.

Several reviews from unhappy ATRIX customers ranging from wrong cable to only the wall plug shipped to used product to doesn't work. I think Ill pass.
Mine crapped out on me so I'm giving it a try. I just ordered the one that's fulfilled by amazon ($3.50) since I have a prime account. I'll update about the quality/condition once I get it. For that cheap I'm not too worried.
The one I got works fine and appears to be brand new. For 3.46 I am satisfied.
Well, mine came in today. It works like you'd expect it to. It had a few small scratches (from shipping, I believe) but it seemed in perfect condition otherwise. I only used it a bit earlier because I was about to head out when I got it, so tonight will be the first actual "full charge session". I can't imagine it will magically stop working, but I'll update if anything shows up.
Like I said earlier, even if it hadn't worked, I wouldn't have minded too much. I'd be a little upset but for $3.50 I'd get over it pretty quickly. If you want an extra charger or need a replacement, I'd recommend going for this unless you can find a better/cheaper alternative.
woot thanks i needed the extra microusb cable
I ordered mine before you posted this. It had a scratch but it is fine. The people complaining most likely didn't buy it from Motorola, probably opting for the cheaper option. I'm a student so I have free prime (and man i love it!), and this looks like the exact same charger they pack in the atrix box. Even has that 'ECOMOTO' tag.

Official Samsung Desktop Dock Supports Verizon Model

http://androidcommunity.com/verizon-galaxy-nexus-desktop-dock-available-from-samsung-20120221/
Looks like we're finally getting some official accessories from Samsung themselves. And as the article states, it clearly lists compatibility with the Verizon model. Is it too much to hope that the elusive car dock with pogo won't be far behind?
I'm an accessory junkie, but that price is not even close! I don't need to use the 3pin connection that bad.. Damnn..
For a desktop dock that doesn't do a data connection, $40 is my upper limit and even then, it would have to be awesome. My $15 upright dock I found here and picked up from Amazon is still working just fine.

Those have been the rumored prices all along. You're paying for convenience.
I'll be buying both the desk dock and car dock thats for damn sure.
This is the one thing I am quite disppointed in Samsung. The Accessories should have been available when the phone launched. One of the reasons I purchased the phone was for the quick pogo connection, I hate having to plug and unplug usb.
It's a little pricey but I really like the idea of not having to physically connect the usb. I just bought this..

Very happy with it so far, but it does require 2 hands and a bunch of monkeying around. I would like this dock but $89.99 on top of the $20.99 I already spent on the other one makes the whole thing a little expensive.
This dock has a "line out" port on the back, so like the Pogo car dock, I'm guessing it'll be a Bluetooth dock (maybe with autoconfigure with the middle pin of the pogo?)
Must not order..... ordering ..no. yes .... arghhhh
This has got to be a joke - 90USD for a freaking charging dock? Anyone buying this is, with all due respect, a moron. Value your money people.
Pretty crappy if this is truly going to be the price.

Extended battery?
While it does seem expensive, there's not much detail listed. Anyone find any info on the compatibility with the extended battery & cover for the Verizon GN?
*sigh* I miss the time when Google partnered with HTC, made the excellent Nexus One, and launched it along with a pogo-charging, bluetooth-media-connecting desktop dock, which cost $45.
Can't believe this is $90, looks like I am going to buy some legos and build my own
Yea $90 bucks is insane...
Hopefully some aftermarket manufacturers will make a similar dock for a good price...
I wonder if that is just the "Samsung" price. And the actual retail price will be lower?
I pre-ordered the dock for my GSM Galaxy Nexus and it is "only" $60. Which I thought was a bit expensive even at that price.
Hopefully the street price of the CDMA dock is also lower than the suggested Samsung price.
I ordered one yesterday and it will arrive on Monday, probably the most expensive accessory I ever bought. Coming from the Thunderbolt, whose official dock was 50+, it is a lot. However, the constant plugging and unplugging of the Micro USB cable takes a toll or your micro USB port.
I like to keep the phone in good condition, since I usually sale my phones after a year or so to trade up for something new, so I might be able to get $50 for it when I sell it. All in all I need a dock, and I'm tired of waiting for these other stores to start selling. I will probably have to stay off the Starbucks for a couple of weeks to recover that extra cost.

sad, but seems to be true:

I'm under the impression that this dock is for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus and not the GSM version.
I think I will stick to the vertical one from ebay, at least I can also use my MHL cable out the back of it for when I install Ubuntu
Here £6.99
I could justify a car dock for that price since my car is my office, but there's a difference between justifying it and being willing to pay it. For people that would actually use it every single day for a good amount of time, I can see why someone would pay that much over someone that just wants a dock to charge it on while they're sleeping. It's still pricy though.
At night, I use the plastic dock/holder thing that comes with the Verizon spare battery charging kit. Pop the phone on there, plug a charging cable in, and put it in Clock Mode. It works just fine for me.
$90 is really steep. I know Samsung said that they were waiting on response to decide what accessories to make, but they should have inquired about price point as well. If it's any consolation, prices will come down with time. I guess I understand the business aspect of it, I know that at least the LTE version will probably never be a big seller, but it sucks non-the-less.

[Q] Externeal Batteries - Amazon black Friday deals in phone acessories

Hey guys,
I want to buy an external battery for my Nexus5 since I use a lot of gps and locations for Geocaching and it drains a lot of battery.
So, I was searching Amazon and they are having a black fraiday deal on Phone Acessories., and I found a couple of a brand called Anker.
http://www.amazon.com/Anker-Astro-L..._1_1?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1416767085&sr=1-1
http://www.amazon.com/Anker-6400mAh-Portable-External-Technology/dp/B00EF1OGOG/ref=pd_cp_cps_1 - This one has a very cool feature where you shake it and it show how much power it has, check it out
I wanted to ask you a few questions:
Is this Anker a good brand? Have you used it?
What's your experience with external batteries? Are they easy to use and carry around? - I imagine if your a women you just put it in your purse, but (unfortunately xD) I am not a woman, so.... pocket?
Which one of the two would you recommend?
Is this a good price tag?
Thanks for your attention
I actually own the first one so I can give some input. It is the second Anker device I've bought, the first being 2 spare batteries for my old GS3. All reviews I've read are positive and I haven't had a problem with any of their stuff. I can fit the battery and the included micro-USB cable in a front pocket no problem at all. In my opinion, it is worth every penny but it is the only external battery I have had experience with.

[Hardware] Replacement for battery and 2G/3G antena (from other model)

Hi,
Im from Poland, We didn't have released that model in our country. I rebought my own device from a Importer. Now I need a replacement for battery and 2G/3G antena, we have less than minor market of used parts for i927 here, almost nothing. Can You tell me from what other Samsung model I can get parts for fixes?
Thanks for all.
hello
you can buy battery from aliexpress https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20170507073621&SearchText=i927+battery
eBay
I've had excellent luck finding parts for both my Samsung Captivate [AT&T version of the original Galaxy S] and my Galaxy S4. I had to replace the speaker, the SIM/micro SD card board and the ear phone jack on my Captivate. I had never worked on a phone before. I used several tutorials on this site and videos on YouTube to show me how to do this stuff. I would suggest as a first step, you obtain a set of tools to work on your phone from eBay. Several years ago, I purchased a 23 piece tool kit from an eBay vendor in China for $2.99 [that includes shipping]. I paid $7 for the speaker, $2.99 for the SIM/micro SD card and $4 for the ear phone jack. All prices included shipping from China. I've purchased many items over the past 6 years from eBay vendors in China. Typical delivery times to the south east USA has been 10 to 21 days. I've been happy with all the items I've purchased. I would highly recommend you look on eBay. I bought a new, genuine Samsung battery for my Captivate for $5. I paid $10.57 for 2 extra batteries for my Galaxy S4.
