Im really new in this ,I got my phone from O2 few days ago shipped from Germany but the problem is it's all in german so i don't know how to switch it to english .I tried this web site http://www.my-xda.com/xdaminis_soft3rom.html but this utility didn't work I get this screenfirst :image version 1.3.4.2 to image version 1.5.4.2
than after it get's connected it gives me this message :
Error [294] :Invalid Vender Id
This update utility cannot be used for your PDA.please check your Update utility.
Can please someone help me ?

I Upgrade my O2 XDAII firm ware from ROM vesion 1.60.50WWE to 1.7.2.00 T-Mobile.
When upgrading to radio about 51% then has got a Error message ID 104 or 144 (I don't remember exacly) and guide include 4 step, summary access bootloader and reinstall.
I have reupgraded but received the same error.
after that I have downgraded the ROM vesion 1.60.50WWE but received the same error too.
Nowaday, My O2 can not start and I cann't doing any thing.
Help me.

I just bought O2 XDA II mini S but got the German version. So need help to convert it in to English version..... I tride to unlock the phone with lokiwiz02B but no luck giving error " internal error- unable to write on disk". Also tride to upgrade the ROM with (downloaded from O2 uk site) but it is not working.
Guys please help me out....
be sure that the rom is made for your device if it's made for another xda it will not work

I tride with couple of ROM available on O2 site but no luck. Phone is in working condition, SMS, Contacts etc are displyed in English script but basic script is Germen. How to solve the issue.
what do you mean basic script ?
as in all other text then the text in those places you mention ?
I mean, contacts, sms I can read in proper English script but icon names, help etc are in german script. I want to convert this phone into English language. Please help me out
Phone is got converted to English with CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE. Thanks for the same. But after installing the said ROM phone has downgraded now tell me how to upgrade the ROM. I tried with O2 UK WWE ROM but while installation giving error " Upgrade Only". How to upgrade said ROM. Also guide me on the keyboard issue : if I press Z it types Y and viseversa.

Hi All,
I am lately frustrated with my ASUS 320 that i bought in Italy from the cellphone provider TIM Italy.I was tol it 'll operate in English however the whole thing is in Italian , i just can hear you folks telling me to got it changed, yes unfortunately its a bit lately for that and quite honest the phone with the functions seems great.
So this is what i am trying to do and where i am failing.
From several memeber (thanks to all of them ) i tried flashing the WWE in diferent ways .First i have been told to use the chinese firmware's autorun.exe (aparently this ain't checking any version ) and using the WWE's bin file in the same folder and flash it.This method unfortunately failed and gives the message that i need to ensure that the language has to be the same as the phone ones.During soft reset at the startup screen , it fails again.
So at this point ASUS told me to sent it to their service center and to be installed with the english version of the windows mobile 6.1 , they said its a licensing thing and i had to pay for it.
So i am really at my last nerve i guess , is there anyone , anyone who can help me out here.Once again the device is from the italian cellphone service company TIM italia the language is Italian and i want to change (flash ) it to English start up screen gives
" ROM 4.10.0_0718_ITA_ITA"

Thanks for the reply , but unfortunately thats the sit where i am getting my ROM's and , again , tried it this morning and still the same problem happens.It tells me to make sure that its the same language , or durung soft reset (holding volume button down while resetting) it saiys failed .
Anyone else please help ?

I just got a prototype of iPAQ Data messenger
The ROM insalled is an old one. I have on HP website and the final ROM is available to download.
The problem is that when i launch the application (hpRUU.exe) an error message appears :
"This version of the iPAQ Update Utility is not compatible with your iPAQ."
My iPAQ SKU ID doesn't match with the SKU ID recognized by RUU.
Do you know if there is a way to install this ROM ? in RUU directory I have this file : OS-1.00.05.00-751-WWE.nbf
