complete backup are not recommended, but you can try...
if you've got problems after, make a Hardreset.

Can you please give me the cab and explain how you do ?
I have asked this quesion but no answers at all. I want to use it on my company and I don't know how to manage it. May I have to change my ROM ?
When i'm tring to to create a BB accoutant, it tells me that my PIN and/or IMEI is incorrect.

Hello,The BBC in Trinity Only work with this ROM ROM 1.23.707.4_TEST DOPOD
If you wont work with BBC you need install this ROM....
Lo siento es la unica solución, o instalas esa ROM o no te funcionara el BB en la Trinity.( es una lastima, pero de momento no hay mucha demanda de este servicio en la Trinity, tendremos que esperar, o hacernos Maestros, jejeje, eso si esta dificil........)

Que es esto de la BB?
Thanks for the ROM, thay I have just installed.
I am trying to say to Outlook to save the attached documents in the Card, but when I mark this option in the configuration of Outlook, it says that there is no Card un-blocked.
The card is in and I can surf in it with File explorer, so the Triny see the Card.
Any sugestion?

The BBC is the BlackBerry Connect tool. It works like Push Mail but it takes less datas to run so it is faster and less expensive.

Yes have GPS and all work very good, the videocall good, the GPS good, the BT very good with my parrot car, I'm happy with this ROM, but I liked more the WM6.

Gracias voy a intentarlo.
Con el WM6 es mejor pero es que lleva no se cuantos problemas. Por mi parte, tengo la ultima en frances. El bluetooth y la bateria es una tortura cada dia.... El resto es verdad que va bien, rapido y muy bien de presentacion y todo.

I am new in this forum. I have a new htc and I first of all I made an upgrade from wm5 to wm6. It belongs to Vodafone Spain. I need to unlock the phone because I want to move to another company. the HTC_SIM_Unlock doesn't seem to work with wm6. Some help wolb be great. Thanks to all.

Hi Pepito.
Did you try to go back to the branded wm5 and start it over?That´s what I did and I live in USA but I´m from Spain so I´ve a Sim card from T-mobileUSA and another one from Movistar (Spain) and they both work.
Try this and let me know,could be some kind of step you are skipping.

Has probado a volver a instalar wm5 original y empezar a desbloquearlo desde ahí?Eso es lo que hice yo y vivo en EEUU pero soy de España,tengo una tarjeta de T-mobile USA y otra de Movistar (España) y las dos me funcionan.
Intenta esto y me dices como te va,a lo mejor es algún paso que te falta al intentar desbloquearlo.

Hi Developers, Im have a HTC S621 Excalibur with WM5 with messaging and Security Pack.
I did install the SmartToolKit 6, 7, 8 and 9, great , great program to change the appearance of the phone, but, all this versions stuck my phone, that I must to get out the battery, cause all keys doesn´t working.
Is there some fix that I can apply to my phone to avoid this stuck situation?

I had the T-Mobile USA Rom which had the same problem with Smarttool Kit.
Once I flashed the HTC Rom to my phone and installed Smart Tool Kit I haven't had it freeze once and it's been a couple months.

Hola Tizana, mi Excalibur se "tranca" cuando ejecuto el SmartToolkit en todas sus versiones, mi pregunta habra algun tipo de "fix" o parche que pueda aplicar al sistema operativo para que la aplicacion se ejecute normalmente sin trancar el equipo?, alguna configuracion en el registry del sistema?

Im not currently using my Excalibur, but I believe you hit the start button> control panel> general> options> last one down is "global system skinning", uncheck and reboot. works great for me.
I don't know what version i'm running or where to tell for that matter but it's a newer one as "global system skinning" is a recent feature and crashed my device first time so i turned it off
I don't know what ROM you are using right now, but I'd check that first. I got the ROM here
Just make sure you read the whole thread there's quite a few steps involved. Depending on the rom your using that'd make my decision on upgrading or not. My T-Mobile rom was overweight and buggy - so the HTC Rom solved a lot of problems.

Hi theformula, nothing my friend I did the changes according with your recomendation but the behavior when SmartToolKit starts is the same, totally freeze the phone....!

I would say you could back up your info, hard reset, and try reinstalling smart tool kit OR
download a new rom.

Bueno amigo to tuve los mismo problemas preferi no instalar el SMART TOOLS uso FACADE sin problemas y mi telefono es digitel liberado y con WM6.
Adicionalmente cada edicion de SMART TOOLS trae algunos bug que dependiendo del equipo lo poden mejor o pero pero eso cambia mucho y es una pequea cantidad de equipos que sufren estos problemas
smarttoolkit 8 is better than 9 dont know why but I have less problems than the newer version so install smartoolkit 8....

Install it on your Phones memory not your Storage card. The storage card can lag causing phone to freeze. Since most of the time its loading (Smarttoolkit) when the device starts its not a good idea to wait untill the storage card is activated (its the last thing the system starts). I've been using it fully enabled with both the stock T-Mo and Kavanas 6.1... no problems at all
I adapted the voices of Sygic, with a second of silence at the end that's what young generation Archos 8, I do not know why it does it and now I do not care.
At first he got a second to the end of each sound ogg, and not cut, but between each word had a second of waiting, so that seemed to say what a fool ... in order to filter a bit and have only silence the sounds they had just phrases, so if the sound is placed in the middle of a sentence you will notice a silence of 1 second.
What are the indications are very good, would not fault any stunt that makes the browser (turn right at the second round exit, etc. ..). When you have to assemble a sentence from scratch, sometimes you understand anything (example: take the national 666), but I give a 90% clarity.
They are in 5 languages, sorry for the Czechs, Arab, Croat and other non-adapted language users, but do not give for more.
Needless to say that if you use some trick, like the first start Copilot, or do not have the problem cuts, these voices can lead to inconsistencies in the information.
You can also use any other device that has the same error (which is long, as seen above)
Nothing more, try it and if you find any mistakes please do not hesitate to say so.

Al principio le metí un segundo al final a cada sonido ogg,y no se cortaba,pero entre cada palabra había un segundo de espera,a modo que parecía que se lo dijese a un tont... en fin que filtré un poco y solo tienen el silencio los sonidos que acababan las frases, así que si ese sonido es puesto en medio de una frase se notará un silencio de 1 segundo.
Lo que son las indicaciones van muy bien,diría que no falla ningún montaje que hace el navegador(gire a la derecha,en la redonda segunda salida,etc..).Cuando tiene que montar una frase desde cero,a veces no se le entiende nada(ejemplo:tome la nacional 666),pero le doy un 90% de claridad.
Están en 5 idiomas,lo siento por los checos, arabes,croatas y demás usuarios de lenguas no adaptadas,pero no doy para mas.
Ni que decir tiene que si se usa algún truco,como el de arrancar primero el Copilot,o no tienen el problema de los cortes,estas voces pueden provocar incoherencias en las indicaciones.
También se puede usar en cualquier otro dispositivo que tenga el mismo error(que los hay desde hace mucho,por lo que podido ver)
Nada mas,a probarlo y si encuentran algún error no duden en decirlo.

I appreciate the work you have done for this, as it is a bad bug. However, the proper solution is to contact Sygic, as I have, and report this issue so they can address and correct it. I will give your modification a try though, at least until I hear back from them. That is, if English is one of the languages provided...

I tested your English voices, and it did the same thing - cut off prematurely.
if it really changed are the only Spanish, I feel the error and hope to find files quickly, otherwise I will have to rebuild again

used pakExtract pair to extract files to compile paku ogg, adobe audition add a second to ogg I think they finished a sentence, leaving the final number with +1 seg and others no

Hello, it's a pleasure to greet you, I already made my respective presentation since I'm new to the forum, I haven't worked with mobile phones for years, but recently I bought a galaxy s20+ g986u verizon, this mobile is used, however I realize that an application appears like device manager which can NOT be deactivated, disabled or uninstalled. It should be noted that this application does not appear as if it were installed on the computer, but it restricts me some silly functions, what annoys me is that it has access to a lot of information and above all it can delete my data or block the imxx... I imagine that for adb could be removed but has this happened to anyone? do you know this app? in google you can find information about this company (blancco) which is in charge of selling support for deletion of massive data to large companies or corporations in order to reuse electronic equipment. but unquestionably I am concerned about the security of the mobile. I would like to be able to delete that app but with as little risk as possible, it should be noted that I was dedicated to telephony years ago, it has easily been 5 years without knowing anything about the technical news of smartphones so I am totally lost, it is as if I did not know nothing! Cabe destacar que dicha aplicacion no aparece como si estuviera instalada en el equipo, pero me restringe algunas funciones tontas, lo que me molesta es que tiene acceso a bastante informacion y sobre todo puede borrar mis datos o bloquear el imxx.. me imagino que por adb se podría eliminar pero a alguien le ha sucedido esto? conocen esta app? en google podran encontrar informacion de esta empresa (blancco) la cual se encarga de vender soporte para eliminacion de datos masivos a grandes empresas o corporaciones para poder reutilizar equipos electronicos. pero indiscutiblemente me preocupa la seguridad del movil. quisiera poder borrar esa app pero con el menor riesgo posible, cabe destacar que yo me dedicaba a la telefonia hace años, facilmente han pasado 5 años sin saber nada de la actualidad tecnica de los smartphone's asi que estoy totalmente perdido, es como si no supiese nada! agradeceria cualquier ayuda ya que tambien me da miedo borrar la app y que quizas el equipo luego no encienda.
