HTC Homeplug text color

Does anybody knows where and how i have to change the registry file to modify the color of the operator and date text in the HTC Home plug?

yes. would like to know that as well. I tried to use white background and those text color from HTC home is unreadable.

there are some entries on registry; I tried to change them pointing to a specific font on windows dir, but no success.
nevertheless, since my version don't have the tab entry on registry, I don't know if it is reading settings from registry...
Try yourself to see what you get and please report.

I am doing the same also if i think that this could be embedded in a DLL.

I think that the touchpad that pops up to insert sim's pin at start-up was very nice, so do you think could be possible have one like that to dial?

i have a small request may be you can manage ....
is it possible to have exactly this in black but to have the grey bar up to the dialer ( when the dialed number you are taping appears) bigger or increase the size of the numbers to see it better and to mek difference with the already dialed numbers below .... it will be great .....

Hey guys
in order to modify this, go to the following registry path:
HKLM \ Software \ HTC \ PHONE\highlightColor = xxxxxx (hex) or xxxxxxx (dec)
You can find the list of HTML color codes and names here

The values are in hex

There is no hex code, just icons.

Removing Horrible Green Hilight

Hi,
Can anyone advise of a cab or regedit which removes the nasty green hilight when you select things from the menu's and in touchflo?
I have searched this fourum and others for days and tried various cabs and regiedts but nothing seems to work for the Touch HD. I would like to make the Dialler and all selections red (looks nice on black) but cant find a way of doing it.
I know how to edit the .tsk theme to get the colour I want in the wm6 menu's but the dialler, large startmenu and touchflo remain green.
If anyone can help please post back.

Ok, But I have HD tweak 0.5.3 and it appears that 0.5.4 is only availiable in french.
As it is in French can you please confirm which setting allows it to be changed? (In French)

i think i have seen a thread about changing the highlight color in TF3D, search the forum
for the enlarged start menu, i don't have a clue how to change the highlight color for it
but for the dialer, i have found it somehow:
use regedit, go to:
[HKLM\Software\HTC\PHONE]
highlightColor="0x5AA200"
highlightTextColor="0xFFFFFF"
well, pretty self-descriptive.
just change the hex code to the color you want.

Sorry for the late reply. HD Tweaks 0.5.4 is now available in english. You can changethe green highlight.

incoming call button change colour

I like the standard black homescreen of manila tf3d and dont want to change the look. But i would like if the incoming call button on homescreen (under the big clock) would change its colour. So i could see with only 1 short look if a phonecall arrived. Now only the text change, but letters and symbol stay in same white letters. How could i change this? (similar as the SMS or mailbutton: if message arrive symbol change to green colour).
Dont know, maybe already a new theme exist with this feature, but i dont want to change the complete theme. (checked the manila editor thread but could not find solution)

Forecolor of Hometab text

Hi,
Currently i've got a white background on my Blackstone. The problem is that the forecolor of the appointments are also white so I can't see the text anymore. Is there a way to change this somewhere in the registry?

No... not a registry entry!
But... you can change the colour in the _manila file for the home page.
Open the file "1c684cd8_manila" in m9editor, and look for the sections that relates to things like "Carrier Network", "HomeZone", "MissedCallText", "VoiceMailText", "Appointment0_Time", "Appointment0_Subject", etc., etc.' (there are quite a few).
Change the colour value if it appears.
Add a colour value if it's not there (default is white if no colour value exists).
