John
Hi,
I think you're posting your request in the completely inappropriate forum. The T-Mobile Sidekick II is manafactured by Danger (called the Hiptop 2) and is not an HTC device. Advice would be to search for an appropriate discussion board for your phone. A quick Google search will find something, as I just tried one and found a forum for your device. Good luck!
Kind regards.
Has anyone done it? seems toneed some kind of "vendor unlock"
hm...

As they are selling the hermes like hotcakes, please invent a new forum for us!

As a couple of posters above pointed out shouldn't it be a Hermes forum ?
HTC released the device as the TyTN so I think this is fitting....

Hi, was searching google for ipaq parts and cama across this in the Wiki, i had presumed that it was a HP made device, so I didn't bother asking for a forum for it, the HX4700 forum on other sites are simply DEAD, no activity at all! loads of people here have iPAQ's, and we would appreciate a forum instead of the 210 page thread
Much thanks

EDIT: My mistake, good luck!

Sorry, it won´t happen
This has been requested many time before and the answer remains same
This is an HTC devices only, non HTC will not have it´s proper section.
That is the position of the Owners and Admin.

I agree!
We need a forum, too.
