Hello all,
I have a now redundant Holux Powered cradle and GPS receiver for sale if anyone's interested.
A bit of info:
http://www.totalgps.com/Holux-Powered-GPS-PDA-Mount-for-XDA-Series-I-Mate-Q-Tec-2020.aspx
I used it with my xda2s - I do NOT know if it works with other XDA's.
It powers your xda2s, and is a powered GPS receiver all in one. No more cables all over the place! It's offical name is Holux CR-100.
It cost me £90 but it's just taking up space here now so any reasonable offer will be considered.
It is in perfect condition, still with the box and all bits and docs.
HOWEVER!!!!! I had it hard wired to my car.......SO, either hard wire it to yours, or re-attach the cigarette bit, which I still have.
Payment via paypal please.
Any questions I'll be happy to answer.
Cheers
HPJ
I am interested, but why do you say redundant. Did you change your phone or was it made redundant due to a upgrade of some sort.
I live in London and need to know the price you want for it and if you dont live close, then how much shipping would be.
Thanks,
Farhad
I dont know if this is acceptable use of the Accessories forum but I figured that fellow Prophet users might be interested. If it's not, feel free to remove it. These GPS units feature the SiRF StarIII High Sensitive Chipset with 20 parallel satellite-tracking channels for fast acquisition and reacquisition. I just picked up the 236 Both of these GPS receivers are very well known, and both units come with a Free Universal PDA/Phone vent mount.

That coupon will work for any of the other GPS units as well, I just like the Holux ones
Try this website that was listed here, the prices are much better or you can try ebay.

Nice web site, thanks for your share.
A couple of months ago, I purchased my WBT-200 Bluetooth GPS/Logger from Semsons.com.
They are quick and reliable.
The WBT-200 GPS is awsome, I use it a lot off and on the road.
My favorite GPS programs are:
iGuidance 3.0
VitoNavigator 2.0
and GPS Tuner
The best accessory for my Prophet yet!

Rayan
anyone know which one on that site is good? BTW, I'm cheap.
That is pretty cheap. I think ebay is even better. I got a holux slim 240 bt gps the size of a lipstick for $60 with shipping (here it is $75)and it works very well except I have not tried with voice guidance software but just google maps. If you don't mind a bigger one then the holux 236 I've read is good but mine is much smaller and compact.
Yep i agree Ebay is much better i got two and run tomtom and Oziexplorer in tandem when offroad, they both track with their own units with no dropout in realtime . Best of all Hp ipaq gps reciever $65 delivered and the second 32 satellite reciever $75 delivered tooo easy!
I use ROYALTEK 2210 Sirf Star III/LP in my Qtek S200 and it's works fine. In this web cost 59 Euros http://www.impextrom.com/tienda_producto.asp?id_tienda=12&id=11956 .
Free active car mount for anyone in the UK.
I have a car cradle for this device. It has a built in speaker, charges the device and has an output to connect to a Bluetooth GPS unit for charging.
Shame to throw it in the bin so happy to post it free to anyone in the UK. Just ask that you pop the equivalent postage cost in to your favourite charity tin.
