Help me pleased!! My new XDA II is dead

Hello!
The screen on my XDA went black and phone botons are always ligth. It won't switch on.
I have tried a soft reset and removing the battery but XPA II no work.
Can anyone help?

can u put it in bootloader mode by pressing power+camera+action and soft reset? can u post the picture here?

What´s the actiin botton?

That's the "select" button on the D-Pad... When you press directly in the center.

I tried put in bootloader mode but the pda not work. Maybe it´s a rom´s trouble?

When I put in bootloader mode, it show the work SERIAL V1.09.
Can I make a update the firmware without sync?

After Uprom my XDA Exec does not Start up.
When I press reset Button, my XDA does not run.
And my XDA doesn't manage to get into bootloader.
But if along time (3-4 h) my XDA again start. But I press reset Button, my XDA does not run.
Please Help me !!!

looks like a battery issue maybe?

Battery = 96%.

try to flash bootloader 1.2

you must have to up a new bootloader.

How to try to flash bootloader 1.2 ?

try going into reset menu 1st
(2softkeys+reset)
if it comes to the soft reset screen press 0
then use bootloader
I kno it sounds crazy ,but this worked 4 me

I can Hard Reset but I press Reset Button or Press 0 then my XDA don't start.

To log in to boot loader press: backlight+power+push in to soft reset hole
then try to re uprom againt! good luck!

yea i had the same problem with Ivan's rom
just go into bootloader and
reflash with previous working rom
for me I used the official O2 rom

i try update bootloader 1.2 ! But when I updated Ok ! My XDA don't work !

I had the same problem after upgrade the ROM, my Exec screen now all black, After the hard reset then chhose 0, it say clearing now then the screen go off..... Help... Please...

It looks your device is stucked in bootloader mode.
Disable ActiveSync, set your device in bootloader (by pressing Light Button+Power Button+Reset Hole) and you will notice some gray text on black screen. Now connect your PPC to the desktop using the usb cable and execute the attached file on your pc. It will help you to back to the normal mode.
Hard reset your device...

Hi Tuyen,
My Exec is work now, Here how I did. Cold Boot by Press"-" +"-"+"Reset Hole" at the same time, when the screen appear, I didn't press "0", I Boot Load by press "Light Button"+"Power Button"+"Reset Hole", the screen look dark or Grey, but if you look carefully you will see on top " Serial" at the bottom " Ver 1.0" connect the USB cable to the Exec and PC, you will see on top of screen
"USB" then I start The "Exec Rom Program" ( See Attach File ). It put Exec back to original.
Hope this will work for you.

I think theRom which you up is not good for your Exec. Because of this, you should reboot again and up the Rom of O2(1.30.162 or 1.13.188).

[Q] Something went really wrong

So, I have rooted Desire that worked perfectly for the past 4 months. Not a single problem, until tonight. First it starts powering up screen on it's own while locked which I try to fix by reseting. When it booted up it started vibrating like mad. Turns out that volume down button is now stuck. Try to fix it by reseting, again. Now it boots up to safe mode. After some googleing it seems that this sort of thing happens some times so I figure I'll try factory reset and see how that goes. This doesn't help at all, but rather f*** it up completely.
Now it keeps booting in recovery mode but none of my buttons are responsive. It just loads the menu and no matter what I do it won't select any of the options. I've tried searching google and this forum for help but I'm coming up short. ANY advice is welcome, please help.

Put it into bootloader (volume down and power) then flash a ruu

Yes, it does seem that the hardware keys are stuck but it's realy weird since I can turn on the phone with power button but I can't use it to select anything on the menu.

I havent used my x12 in over 6 months and when i tried to use it today ive forgotten the pattern lock (entered over 20 wrong guesses) and i cant remember the answer to my security question, ive tried putting my googlemail details in but its saying their the wrong combination. I have no idea what the details are.
How do i do a hard reset when i cant get into the phone to use the settings menu?
Ive tried:
Back & home button whilst turning on
Back & menu button whilst turning on
Back & volume button whilst turning on
All three buttons on bottom of phone whilst turning on
and nothing is working :crying:
please please please say someone can help!
ps. im a noob, i dont understand the technical bits sorry

In your phone, open the dialler and enter *#*#7378423#*#* to access the service menu.
Go to the last option.. I forgot the name. And click on reset configuration.. It will do a factory reset.
Note : All data on internal memory will be wiped.

You could just reflash using pcc or seus using the repair function when phone is in flash mode.
This will install new software and delete all files of phone.
If all else fails try this.

[Q] Can't boot phone, niether enter bootloader mod

Hello everyone,
I was running twrp recovery and cyanogenmod rom. I had htc sense backup and when i tried to restore from backup it said unable to mount /data but it wiped all the stuff from my phone. I tried to reboot and now i'm stuck with blank dark screen after quick htc boot animation and red text. I tried hard restart and holdin vol down and power button but it didn't work. Is there any way to get it working again without going to my carrier?
Please help. :crying:
P.S. Sorry for bad english.

Reboot = power + volume up
When the screen turns black switch to power + volume down !

Apparently timing is important fact. Somwone told me trick to plug it in pc and when you hear disconnect sound after hard reset then press vol down and up
