MDA III - the T-Mobile next XDA - is out. Anybody got any unlock info or tips?
I would also like this, as I got my T-Mobile one today.
I just want my O2 sim card on it!
I had to pay T-Mobile £15 to give me the unlock code for my UK MDAIII

I'm on TMo US with German MDAIII, can you guys upload your ROM image? What version do you phones have? Did they come with a BlackBerry Client on it?

I am planning to get a XDAIIs in a very short time coz I will be travelling overseas 1 week later.
Because of that I need to unlock my XDAIIs......anyone tried to approach O2 and get his IIs unlocked (for a fee or whatever)?

PS: I can't see MDA III from T-Mobile UK on its website, or in shop few days ago, is it really released in UK? If it is unlockable for 15pounds I am happy to pay for it, but I like the black colour of IIs more.

Hi all, newbie to the forum here.
I too like the black casing of the XDA IIs as opposed to the MDA III, PDA2k, etc. and would like to know if it's possible to unlock this phone.
I'd also like to know if, once unlocked, it's possible to put a different ROM on the device, like the imate PDA2k ROM or the UK MDA III ROM.
In reading through the forum, it seems that there's not much information about the XDA IIs yet, but any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

I got my MDA Compact iii yesterday, and I unlocked it this morning through

Unlocking mda compact III?
Alas we still couldn 't find a free or atleast cheaper unlock solution to this telefoon.
The trustworthy site is www.erlan.nl (guaranteed).
Can someone help me restoring the icons like that of battery status and screen landscaping (horizontal) etc. I bought some 2nd hand mda compact III and this misses these icons. i only tried some tiny cab programs like that of spb etc but the original icosn of the taskbar r never recoverd althoug i upgraded to wm6 black and even tried the tray launch but i dont know as to wich path like windows/??? should b girven to place these icons onto the taskbar of today.
Second question i failed to change the flash of tmobile while using the artemis uspl and artemis flash screen program.
can someone help me.
