after re-hard-resetting the phone, it came back to me.
but the softwares that i installed on the device seem to have not affected by the hard reset and stay inside the memory.

HI All, have an intersting problem, was surfing the net via wireless when the unit locked up. Soft reset and now all I get is a white screen. The unit seems to hard reset with the startup sound that the unit makes when you first start it up out of the box, but the screen stays white.
Any Ideas?
mmm.... Hard Reset
HI Xeon,
tried that and still comes up with white screen, but does all the correct things re sounds but all you can see is a totally white screen.
You could try leaving it with the battery removed overnight but it sounds like a hardware problem to me, could be the lcd has died or the connection has come adrift for some reason.
I suggest u Upgrade or reinstall the ROM , maybe something happened to one of the files that should not be modified , anyway , u won't lose anything , u already Hard.Rstd .........
i had the same problem before..i did an upgrade that fixed it. but still have a backup even if its a white screen..after i upgraded i had another problem with the Storage Folder missing..and the list goes on..dont wory you'll know what i mean when you get it..
It happened to me the second day I got my O2 XDA IIs. Hard reset didn't seem to do anything... The unit didn't response to a soft reset either... It was just frozen... I removed the battery, boxed it up and was ready to return it. The next day, just before I was about to drop it off, I was curious and did a reset and everything went back to normal... It never happen to me again... Don't know what happened :?
I have the same problem...
The phone shows white screen white it can recieve & make calls, activesync can recognize it.. But the screen still white !!
Any other suggestions for helping solve this problem..
Is this means that the LCD is dead ?? or the problem in its connectors or it's a software prob. ???
last week and now the screen turned white. I cant see anything. I did a hard reset several times but still nothing happened. Does my BA need an LCD replacement? OR maybe I could work it out by opening the device and check for the loose parts inside?
if your screen isnt cracked and the screen is white, but the back light is on, my guess is that the screen is ok, you might need to do a full hard reset and try and boot it a few more times, see if you can get the device into bootloader mode.
if your on WM5.0 try and get the the bootloader and format and clean the hive and stuff. wipe it totally clean, then see if taht works. if not, then screen might be shagged.
Have sent it back to o2 now, but wondering in the 2/3 week anticipated for repair,if any one else has had this problem.
All running well, then turn on to only get this white screen. No soft or hard reset options,or entering bootloader.Battery out overnight.Only sign of life was flashing phone signal light.
Had recently installed spb insight, but can't think this could cause such a major problem.
Any one else had this?
Also got white screen issues with HTC P3300
I'm getting white screen issues with HTC P3300. White screen then vertical stripes. Hungry programs involving wi-fi or gps seem to trigger within minutes otherwise can be hours. Also soft reset never works. Hard reset does not work with key combination ever either. Have managed to do hard reset with clear storage option. Need to leave battery out for an hour to be able to turn it back on. Rom is original. OS 1.12.0.0. Been all over the web looking for possible causes. Suggested culprits are loose connections inside or overtightened screws. Is it too early to get the torx screwdriver out?
HTC are offering an official upgrade to WM6 13/07/07 for the P3300.
What will I do?
I have the same problem some times.
The phone has it's original software and rom.
It isn't software problem.
After a hard reset does the same thing.
I am waiting the service to come back from vacations.
Hey guys, hoping you can help me with a problem with my harrier.
It was was working perfectly fine, and I replaced the touch screen (original screen was cracked) and it seemed to be working perfectly fine.
However one time, the battery fell out, and when i put it back (and ever since then) it showed the Pocket PC 2003 startup screen, and won't go any further then that.
Reseting didnt work, so I tried discharging the internal battery (by leaving the the battery off it for several hours), and then charging up the battery and charging up the internal battery.
That broke the cycle, now it showed the Welcome to Pocket PC, please touch the screen to continue - however touching the screen did not have any response. I tried hard reseting, and what do you know, back to the boot up screen only cycle.
Another thing, the boot up screen as soon as you turn it on, and then you can't turn it off and it's completely unresponsive.
I thought it's possible there was a loose connection inside, from when i took it apart, but i took it apart again and plugged everything in again, but it's still doing the same thing ~_~.
Does anyone have any ideas whatsoever?
Thanks!

Soft reset to your BA, before the red software letters appear in the splash screen push camera and record buttons simultaneosly , if you do correctly simultaneosly three labels gonna appear, with camera and record buttons you can choose the labels and set "yes or no". set all to "yes" exept KITL, after do it press message button and your BA begin to boot, dont afraid for the white screen it take a moment
did you sort it? - I have been through this exactly. Pressing the camera and record buttons does not do anything in wm2003 and there is almost no delay before the boot screen appears.
I reflashed mine with ship roms and in all cases the BA froze at exctly the same place. Amazingly enough I fixed it by letting the internal backup battery go completely flat (took the main battery out for a few days), flashed with fresh ship rom and all was fine. Even works great with WM6.1
Worth a try, I tried so many things and none of them worked I was going to throw it in the bin, amazing how easy the fix was.
thanks for the replies.
Currently trying to find a rom for a CDMA blue angel.
Try this post, it does work on Vista.
I know that it is an o2 rom but will be fine then follow the steps to upgrade as before

Hi,
first this is a great forum even the roms are great.
I am coming to you with a big Problem and i don´t know what to do anymore.
As me was given back my ipaq it was completly empty. When i put it on the cradle it began to start. After 2 seconds booting the orange light flashed one time (sign for loading) and after this the screens shuts off and the hp loo is like burned into the screen.
I had this before when i had an error bei updating my rom.
So i thought to hard reset or clean reset or to put it into preboot mode to update the rom. But nothing works. He is not taking any kind of reset.
So i thought i have to charge the battery. But didn´t help it even did´t get warm after one night charging. But when i am trying a reset, after some tries puting it on the cradle back, he tries to boot but the same happens. I have win 6.0 installed.
Does anybody has an idea? I need it on Friday for my holidays, if not i don´t have any navigation system and i am traveling by caravan over 5000km, it would be hard without.
I am counting on you guys, thnx a lot for helping
As far as I know - there is nothing You can do.
There is a problem with motherboard. And it seems that this problem appears just after a drop. Some inner component become loose.
I do have a one hx2490b motherboard with the same problem - it starts to load and then turns itself off. Trying to do a reset does not work as well there is no bootloader.
