Hi all
Anyone know how to get my IIi to talk to my Merc ( I dont have bluetooth in the merc).
Is there a lead that will plug into the standard merc Nokia kit from my xda so I can use my xda instead ?.
Thank for any help in advance.

Most of you will be familiar with the charging problem that the XDA II has.
I was wondering if it's possible to modify my original XDA I carkit so i can use it with the XDA II. Now my XDA II loses power when using GPS.
Can I replace a part on my carkit so it will output more power. (2000 MA instead of 1000 MA)
Does anybody have an idea regarding this subject ?
i bought a used xda from ebay. Someone knows if i can upgrade it in italian version.
thanks.
if it's a xda1 aka wallaybe

Hey guys,
I just placed an order for the following item which is Miricast pre-certified: http://www.netgear.com/home/products/hometheater/media-players/PTV3000.aspx#
As per several articles online such as this one http://www.theverge.com/2012/9/19/3356512/miracast-certification-wifi-direct-video-streaming , the Galaxy 3 is already Miricast enabled (I assume the technology is similar to its allshare cast).
My question therefore is how will I be able to enable/use that feature once I get my new Wireless Display Adapter? I assume it's an app to use, but as far as I'm aware there is not one yet on the market. Is this something we have to wait for Samsung to release as an update?
Thank you in advance for any help.
I belive you would use wifi direct to connect to the unit

Makes sense, I'll try it out as soon as I can and report back. Thanks!

Tried it out but it did connection failed, although it did identify the adapter and try to connect. I thought it was a WiFi direct problem with my Rom on my phone but I just tested it with my co worker and we can send stuff to each other no problem.
Any ideas?

Okay just got off the phone with Samsung and they're saying only the International Galaxy 3 is miracast certified? Can anyone else confirm? I really only got the PTV3000 for this feature =/
Any ideas?

Hi guys,
I'm interested to know if there's a cable that can do everything that the smart dock does as I don't like the fact I can't use the smart dock in landscape mode.
I want to connect the Note 2 to a screen via HDMI, keep it charged/charging and have a female USB port so I can connect a hub/PS3 controller/Memory stick etc.
Also, I've read online that I may need to root to get all this functionality working?
Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm new to the Android community, just finished using BlackBerry.
Thanks
That's the dream. For now an non existant one...

Has anyone bought or tested this APT-X headset? I assume the actual headphones are similar to the free ones we get with the HTC One. Any views welcome as I use a Samsung HS3000 at the moment and I am wondering if this HTC APT-X verison is better. Thanks in advance
Bump. Hoping someone can help me
