is there a way to change the back ground/ menu like i can on my c500?
also i have managed to put a mp3 ring tone on, but can not find how to change the text msg sound, can this be done?

Yes, download any VGA theme from www.pocketpcthemes.com and save it to your \windows directory and you will see it in today screen settings.

i know that in the ASUS P525 ROM you have made you put a program inside that can control the keyboard layout (the one that i can chose witch kind of keybord i want to use.)
can you please provide a link to that program i realy realy need it since my keyboard is not going up by default no meter what is do.

This one will set RescoKeyboard as default SIP method. You can set your one by changing GUID. GUID for your method you can find in registry: just find IsSipInputMethod. For detail, refer to http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=WM5_Tweaks_Other

Couple of simple steps
Ok here a couple of simple steps for you.
1. copy the attached Areo_Dialer.cab file to your xda (Its not exactly the same dialler skin as the one you posted but its as close as i could find), tap it from there and it will install.
2 if you dont have a registry editor, use the one tabarda has provided.
once you have installed both (the Areo_Dialer.cab & Registry Editor) open the Registry Editor, go to HKEY_LOCAL _MACHINE > Security > Phone > Skin > then change Enabled from 1 to 0.
Then do a soft reset and it should now have the dialpad you requested.

NO, no, they are wrong! (just partly...)
There is NO NEED TO INSTALL ANYTHING! The picture in the first post shows the original WM6 dialer that comes built-in, by Microsoft. But you usually cannot see this, because or HTC either the branded versions put their own dialer skin 'above' the original one.
So, the only thing to do: obtain a registry editor (the posted one is OK), navigate to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / Security / Phone / Skin' and change the value of 'Enabled' from 1 to 0. Then soft reset and voilá: you will see exactly the same dialer like in the picture.
thats what i thought? i think theres a post on it which i asked the same thing in meschles 2.1 touch rom
but if you want to divert back to the other pad do you just edit to 1 again and soft reset?
i just did this and nohting changed? i have the same dialler that you get with the touch 2.1 wm6 mechle's rom?

change the setting. WAIT ABOUT 20-30 SECONDS and then soft reset.
The WAIT is hard to explain, but then you can be sure a registry setting keeps changed.

Hi, may anyone tell me what settings are needed, inorder to save files in "memory-card" during Bluetooth recieving?
I had tried both settings in Connections > Bluetooth > FTP.....
But when recieving files, they all go to Device \My Documents.....
How can i recieve in \Storage Card\My Documents....?

there is a new little shortcut down-right your screan.
double click for open menu, now you must go in option end see SD card than start.
remember deselect 2 option on standard bt options (bluetooth explorer).

Uhhh...you need to go into settings--> personal --> today --> and select "black & blue" as your theme after copying to windows. Sorry I thought this was obvious, guess not

Yes, if you not select program shotcut it will transparent icon ,but if you select program shotcut will show program icon please see picture 2
