Please help me updating my Xda mini S

hi everybody ,great web site by the way.
Im really new in this ,I got my phone from O2 few days ago shipped from Germany but the problem is it's all in german so i don't know how to switch it to english .I tried this web site http://www.my-xda.com/xdaminis_soft3rom.html but this utility didn't work I get this screenfirst :image version 1.3.4.2 to image version 1.5.4.2
than after it get's connected it gives me this message :
Error [294] :Invalid Vender Id
This update utility cannot be used for your PDA.please check your Update utility.
Can please someone help me ?

country error code 120

hello all Im trying to install the Helmi 3.5 Rom
I get a country error code 120 ?
any help would be awsome
Iv replaced the files in Country_ID_Error
but the error still persists
so then I soft reset the phone and its the same old rom ....

Urgent Help required

How can i degrade my o2 mini s ROm
My current rom version is
Rom version:2.21.4.3 Ger
Rom Date:3/9/06
Protocol version:4.1.13.09
ExtRom version:2.21.4.106
When i try to degrade i get Error (294) Invalid Vendor ID" any ideas?
i tried lokiwiz2b to unlock i get ERROR: ITWriteDisk - An internal error occurred.
i want to upgrade it to latest wwe version
can anyone attach that version pls or email me url my email id is [email protected]

when i am trying to install WM6 i get error
error 120 : country id error
and i look on the web(here) before and find topic but the download
link is not working and i dont know what to do
btw i install all file need before install the WM6

Installing new ROM on iPAQ Data Messenger

Hi all !
I just got a prototype of iPAQ Data messenger
The ROM insalled is an old one. I have on HP website and the final ROM is available to download.
The problem is that when i launch the application (hpRUU.exe) an error message appears :
"This version of the iPAQ Update Utility is not compatible with your iPAQ."
My iPAQ SKU ID doesn't match with the SKU ID recognized by RUU.
Do you know if there is a way to install this ROM ? in RUU directory I have this file : OS-1.00.05.00-751-WWE.nbf

ideas to hack that sku id check? searching goole leeds to no uesful sites...

Did you ever find a way to hack/bypass the check?

Sth new? i have one of them and sku id are diffrent...
