nbf --> SD card

Hi...
I i'm new i the game of uploading ROMs to my Qtek 1010.
I have tryed to load an WM2003 final, to my qtek. And well done. I did it over the SD card.
I want to try theWM2003SE, but i can only get i in a form of .exe. I can't get this to work. Then i tryed to extract. And got an nbf file.
I tryed to load this file to my SD card, but the OSImageTool came with an error. Something about the file size don't became the right.
That can i do?

Until someone "patched" the OSImagetool you just can flash the WM2003SE via EXE-File...
What error do you get when using the exe?
If you have installed a t-mobile ROM (e.g. 4.01.16) you have to downgrade first via SD-Card to 3.17.03 and then use the exe-file....

Hi again...
I have cooked some different ROMs based on 3.04.00 ENG Microsoft for the WM2003SE, and 4.01.12 ENG O2euro for the WM2003 final.
Every time i try to load it, my Qtek restart and the loading program came with an error, about it can't see my qtek, and I must check the USB connection.
I just tryed it again for see the error, and now its write something about my ROM versions not are compatible... So now i think i have to downgrade it... Is that right?
But how am i doing it?

And when i install the WM2003SE .exe file.

Then it shortly came on the qtek display [upgrading] or [uploading] or something, then it reboots.
And the install program came with this:

I just installed windows mobile 2003SE on my xda2 replacing 2003, i had lost com ports 4 and 5 and didnt know how to get them back.
That worked great until i flashed the Ext Rom with my own medley of software. I am now getting messages saying that the sofware i am installing was written for an earlier version (2003) and may not work. Pda then locks up until i do a soft reset then starts without my stuff.
Cut a long story short i want to reinstall factory version of windows mobile 2003... Anyone know a good link to download it?
P.S Tried o2 website but no luck

OK..... So all copies of wm2003 has been banished to hell !!!
Next plan !.. I have another xda2 with wm2003 installed... all i have to do is get a copy from it and install it back on my other xda2!!
Only one problem... dont know how?

Is this file self loading or do i need some other software... cheers!
NOTE: That file has just come through corrupt... going to try again !

Its self loading after connecting device via activesync but its a much older rom - trying to put my hands on your rom.

It looks like the 1.72 was an upgrade to an older rom

You could run the rom 1.31.139 and then the 1.72 update

Rom Flashing Help SPL/Update Utility Error

Ok I"ve gone blind for a Day Searching for this and to no avail. Hoping Somebody can Help me. So Info Right off the Bat...

I used Hard-SPL-V7 to Update my SPL and since the Update When Ever I'm in Bootloader mode It will see the Conntection Via Usb. IT will Say Serial No matter if there is a CAble in my 8525.
No Matter What Rom I try to upgrade or Downgrade to I get this message

I have EXACTLY the same error screen when I try to flash to HardSPL/2.10olipro. I just can't get this done. What can be wrong?

Yes The Connection Works Between Herms and Active Syn. I can Explore Hermers And it's connected And Synced Contacts,Folders ect. And Still when It's about to Flash I get the Connection Error.
If I go into Bootloader mode it WIll say Serial And when I plug in the USB it Will remain Serial And not Change to USB Don't kno wWhy ? It did b4 I Upgraded to SLP-2.10
Am I Doing somethign WRong ? Am I suppose to do more than Just Sync And Double Click on the RUUWrapper.exe and Follow the prompts ?
I Just got this Herms ... I used to have a Wizard I figured When I read the Wiki I missed something on how to Change Romz....
If I try sspl And force it , no Matter What rom I get the Same Error

Son of a Monkeys Uncle ! I rebooted my Machine and my device and Magically the SSPL Worked !
Freakin Windows and there reboot hungry Operating system. I read the WIki errors for 240 and 260 And rebooting was the Remedy. I got it to Upgrade than guys for the Help.

I've read many threads about this issue without success.
My device is an O2 XDA Diamond (DIAM300).
I have test it with Olinex HardSPL 1.40, 1.93. I hvae test it in tricolor-mode.
SSPL bevor HardSPL just makes an softreset.
Has anybody the same diam-model, and had success in installation HARDSPL?

Is there nobody out there, who had the same problem????

i had some connection problems with the same DIAM300 at first, but it may have just been
down to pressing the wrong button.

[SOLVED] Hard-SPL on DIAM300 (+newest original HTC-ROM)
In that while, nobody could help me, i've got it !
1. I download "diamond-hspl-1.23-and-1.24"

2. I download "Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex" (Signed may also work, what's the difference?)

3. I connect the diamond with the pc (activesync-connection)
4. I start "diamond-sspl.bat" from "diamond-hspl-1.23-and-1.24"-package, the diamond goes in black screen, the usb-connection shortly disconnects and connect back again
5. I start "ROMUpdateUtility.exe" from the "Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex"-package (diamond is still in black screen an connected=> usb)
6. Now the update-procedure runs throu
Newest HTC-ROM
However the update to the newest HTC-Rom for the diamond from www.htc.com does not work (Error: Fehler [244]: ungültige Modell-ID)
1. I download a modified version from here (only german):

But if I start the "DiamondCustomRUU.exe" in that package, an error occures (something wrong with this exe).
2. Now I copy the "RUU_signed.nbh" from that package into the folder from the "Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex" (rename the existing one first).
3. I set my phone in tricolor-mode (softreset + volume-low-button), start the "ROMUpdateUtility.exe" from the "Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex"-folder with the HTC-ROM inside and it works!!!
Hope I can help someone with that ... it is possible that that instruction is not complete, cause i wrote it out of my mind

Hard SPL your phone BEFORE you change roms...
Fundamental rule that people with bricks seem to ignore....

But I can't hard SPL my phone... it stays at 0 % and then it shows and error and nothing

how is it that you are ateempting to hard spl your phone? Hopefully you are doing it through active sync. Ensure you have the latest windows mobile device center version and that you unpack the Hard spl and running the correct option from there. Like ultramag69 mentioned, if you keep attempting to flash your device without hspl, you may have no device at all.

I am using sim unlocked htc.
My IMEI is PM me for this

attempting to flash.
downloaded ,installed windows mobile device center
connects.
attempt flash with Rhodium-HardSPL_V2_00R3.exe
automatic flash doesnt work
attempt manual flash
picture of my phone comes up, instruction on flash come up, i agree, continue.
window comes up with 0%
phone screen is still showing 0%
after 6 minutes or so it comes up with UPDATE ERROR.
If you want i can make a video of what i am doing

Better if you eliminate your IMEI from post for security

Anyone help? i love my tp2 but I also want to customize it... at least to change the language...
