Widcomm Bluetooth Stack Build 1900--Anyone Have it? - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Has anyone been able to extract as a .cab file the Broadcom / Widcomm bluetooth stack found on the XDA2s (not the most recent ROM) which is build 1900?
I have found newer versions but desparately need this!

WM2005 Bluetooth to WM2003SE?

I've read somewhere that BT from WM2005 is working good, is there any change that we could use it on WM2003SE?
I am not a programmer but some people here probably can make it to work....
Mamaich, Sin, Buzz_lightyear, itsMe, xda2jojo, toenailed, softworkz, edsub, Dr, XDA-developers that's the people on the top of my head right now who make things happened.
Is there a way this things could work?
I interest in Bluetooth from WM2005.
it has many profile such as Handsfree, external device,...
I extract Bluetooth registry from WM2005
And I found that Handsfree-Profile has another file that's name Handsfree.exe.
But I still have problem that I can't extract any files that .dll
Even I use resco or explorer or via Activesyc. It sad that they are in used or in ROM.
Anyone has an idea that How to extract those files.
This is Bluetooth-registry that I extracted.
and Here's the file that name "Handsfree.exe"
I have no idea about this file.
But it seem to be involved with "Handsfree Profile"
In WM2005, Handsfree-Profile is work well such as callerID function.
Anyone has idea about this Bluetooth from WM2005
Thank for advance.

That's why I just wondering why seems nobody trying to get this to work? People are tying to make Broadcom BT to work on XDA-2 but if this is a working MS BT stack this should be a little bit easier I think, BUT I am not programmer of any kind so I cannot back-up what I am saying wouldn't I?
Please make this possible.
Tumtum thanks for trying keep us posted with your progress.
i still interest in Bluetooth from WM2005.
I try many ways to extract file .dll that involved in Bluetooth.
But it always error.
I try a lot of ways such as delete all registry and try to copy.
but it doesn't work. It seem liked those files are in ROM and cannot copy or delete.
Does anyone have idea about it?
One more thing. I try to import Bluetooth-registry from WM2005 but it doesn't work.
It said like this registry is not a registry file.

REQUEST: Registry entries MS Bluetooth stack (ppc2003SE)

I'm looking for the registry entries for the microsoft bluetooth stack on a ppc2003se device and maybe the bt dlls in the windows directory. I downloaded a imate jam rom, but I can't figure out how to extract the information I need from it If someone could provide me with a copy of their registry entries (i think all the important ones are stored at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\), I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time!
Jason
P.S. In case you are wondering, I'm trying to restore full bluetooth functionality to my crippled samsung i730 verizon phone (mostly I want the DUN profile). It uses the ms stack and the main (only?) problem appears to be that some of the registry entries have been removed. If I can compare my registry entries to working entries, I'm hoping I can find the solution!
you can extract all files from ROM with dumprom tool, then convert default.fdf to defailt.reg with fdf2reg.pl script.
The BT DLLs from jam's rom would be useless for you - they are XIP.
Thanks for the info on the dlls, i didnt know what arcitecture the jam used. As for the dumprom tool, I tried it multiples times in different configurations to no success (nk.nbf, nk.nba, different passwords). The rom I grabbed was 1.12 from the "How to upgrade with the latest I-mate Jam ROM --GUIDE--" thread. any suggestions for one that will work?

mp3 ringtones?

Anyone know how to modify the sx66 to use mp3's as ringtones? I downloaded a patch from here but it didn't work.
Have u upgrade ur rom yet?...
then try this...works 4 me on XDA IIs, may b it'll work 4 u either
no i have not updated yet. Any suggestiosn on which rom to update to? if i update the rom should I update the bluetooth and the radio also?
I don't know if I have missed the point re: updating roms, but...Place your mp3's within windows\rings and select your mp3 via start>settings>phone - ringtones. Works for me!
u should upgrade 2 rom ver. 1.40 or earlier.then u can put mp3s on \windows\rings folder 2 make it ringtones without my patch.the patch that i uploaded fix the registry so windows media player become the default file association for mp3s (caused by third-party mp3 player).4 radio n bluetooth upgr8, depends on whether or not u experienced lack on using bluetooth conn.but upgrading it, won't hurt u.there could be some bugfix on it that u haven't realized yet
Any suggesions on what to upgrade to for an SX66. Right now even if i put an mp3 in the ringtone folder it does not work. I think i'm goign to update the bluetooth. I have a bt800 that i think may benefit from an upgrade on my sx66
Try installing this patch on your SX66. I'm using it with the 1.40.125 ROM from the SX66 Standardization Project, and it works for me.
I've ran that patch alreay, no luck. but i will check out the standardization project, thanks

I mate's bidirectional voice patch does not get installed!!

I own an I mate pda2k and a qtek 9090. i have installed imate's bidirectional patch on my pda2k and works perfectly but it doesnt work on my qtek 9090. Although I run the .cab file on my 9090 the problem of (can't hear the other person) still exists.
any hints?
you must manually extract the .dll file from the .cab file of the patch and then overwrite it in the windows dir. this will fix the problem

Restoring FM radio app

Recently I was exploring CAB files for the latest build (14393.693) on Microsoft Update Catalog.
I discovered that there're 4 CABs with 'Microsoft.PhoneFM' signature.
1) microsoft.phonefm.cbs_58f813d59a6244b89dbed465f42116e9beceb1fb.cab
2) microsoft.microsoftphonefm.platformmanifest.updateos.cbs_39275c2208681d5ef62b399100582cadd6ff0f5d.cab
3) microsoft.microsoftphonefm.platformmanifest.efiesp.cbs_e820f921692dc5d1b3abfc35894dc17dc40bf262.cab
4) microsoft.microsoftphonefm.platformmanifest.mainos.cbs_91bdbd15b805bcb52342306932d833c8db7a30bb.cab
I unpacked them and found out that there're manifest files inside.
Can't they help to restore stock FM radio app?
