I have a Axim X3 and you know Dell, won't release the upgrade for WM2003SE. Is it possible to upgrade my PPC with a WM2003SE rom? If possible, can somebody tell me how to do it?

ipaqs don't really have any upgrade options, oem or not. unsure about the 4700, but every other item never received upgrades i don't think
the old ipaqs where the ones that had upgrades, when hp bought compaq their ipaqs stopped having major upgrades
My h3800 or something had wm2002 but i upgraded to wm2003

I'm already seeing that minimum requirements O2 XDA II / HTC Himalaya WM2003 enable to upgrade WM6.5 & O2 XDA II Mini WM2003SE enable upgrade to WM6.1, so how come & why I'm still didn't see for hp iPAQ h6365?
