Why didn´t allow the Phorum linebreaks???

Hello XDA-developers....
Noticed today, that when you´re posting without HTML-Code all the text is shown in one line....
I´m sure this wasn´t so all the time and i don´t want to turn on the HTML-code.
it´s ugly enough receiving HTML-Emails, so I´d like it more without HTML-Code in the postings.
Also it´s very ugly to read the postings, when much text is in it....
Maybe you can have a look at it...

you are right, that should not happen.
this is something that has recently had some code changes.

probably something to do with our new usergroup HTML.
I'll ask pp tomorrow.

Noticed today, that the preview shows all correct.
Only when you submit the post, this strange thing appears...

I think all should be well now: old messages that were posted when stuff was broken now have line-breaks fixed, and new messages shoud work OK.

Notification e-mail links broken

Hi guys, since some time yesterday, the links in topic reply notification e-mails have stopped working. Every time I click on one, I get the following:
Sorry, we encountered an error processing your request. Please go back and retry or wait a minute.
The Administrators have been notified of this error
Am I the only one? Is there a workaround?

What, 90 views and nobody knows whether or not their notification links are working correctly? I'd be interested in knowing if I'm the only one whose links don't work, too

Hah, mine are back too!
Looks like it was just temporary. Strange through - it was happening on 3 different networks (home DSL, university WiFi and o2 mobile data), with 3 different devices.

They're aren't all in the gnex forums are they by any chance??

Just tried one from the Desire/Bravo forum and that works... so you might be on to something.
-edit- I've tried a few more and it seems you're right. Only the GNex forum notifications are broken...

Another member reported a couple of issues in the Galaxy Nexus forum too. Smells borked to me...

As far as i know.. its not possible this way.. while subscribing to you a thread you get options in browser not on app.. or in user cp you will find options..

Something like this is in the works, we hope to release it soon. Basically, when you are @ it will send an email to let you know.

please do it soon it's so anoying to receive 100 e-mails a day !

Yup, just doing final testing before rollout, perhaps tomorrow or the next day it should be live. As long as we don't find any bugs.

MENTION EMAILS
Check this box if you do not wish to receive an email whenever you are mentioned in a post.
Disable Mention Emails
Dont tick the last option ... that will send you mail when someone quotes your posts..
Or copy paste the sentence in google translate and read it in your native language..

I dislike translaters, many times they say ****s ^^

24h format

Hello!
For some reason the 24h format is broken on this website. No matter what I do, the website shows "am" and "pm".
Is this a bug on the site or in my profile?

I have this problem since yesterday too.

Can confirm this too. Tried setting mine to 24HR yet I am seeing 12HR format.

I must have missed something, did not visit this forum for a few years now. I have an account back from 2006, but it looks like I got 0 posts, no thanks, no helps etc etc?
Did it all get resetted? If yes why?

Well your account certainly goes back to 2006, but there is no record of older posts. We record ones that are deleted too, but there are none.
There is no automatic clearing of old posts.
Is it possible you might have had another username?

I am quite sure that my username here was always Sinned.
I idd saw that I had 0 posts.. where I thought something must been resetted, hence I ask.
Uhm.. well, seems strange. Dnno then.. I lost like all my settings aswell. I guess I start over..

Mike, I just happen to find some old posts of mine, and you are right, the username there says: pnxsinned
Uhm to which email was that one linked can you see? Or can you merge them?

That account email has "den" in it, it has a dot and it's a gmail address.
If you get in, send me a PM and I can delete this account.
If it's complicated then write to me at webmaster[at]xda-developers.com
