Bluetooth interference with Activesync via cradle - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 General

When my bluetooth is on with a Nokia HDW3 headset and I try to activesync via the cradle, then activesync cannot connect. I have to always manually turn off bluetooth first and then I can active sync.
Just wondering? Is this normal on the blue angel or is it only by me?

ActiveSync over Bluetooth help!

Gentlemen,
I need your help, just steps please how to connect ActiveSync 4.1 to O2 WM5 (Ivan's ROM). I have tried evrything and still can't get connection.
I can use wireless modem over BT (without setting any com port - kind of mistery for me!) and brows internet on my Laptop via PDA. But no luck with ActiveSync.
I'm lost and need very simple instructions what to do ) Thanks.
WM5 Does not support Wireless sync as MS$ have decided that this is a security issue.
truly, MS is a black magic.
somehow I did manage to establish activesync via BT, and sync my contacts. I think, trick was to activate BT discovery mode on PCat exact moment when activesync start searching on pda.
nevertheless it is running now on my desk.

Sometimes it
MS only stopped sync over wifi, not BT.
bluetooh active sync
I found that I had to get my Bluesol working first (bluetooth hosting program) then I would start active sync on pc then start bluetooth manager on ppc then start active sync fron list of blue tooth short cuts this was after setting com ports on Bluesol it was a lot of mucking aroud to start with but once it was setup it connects fairly easily now hope this helps but it is important to set up a com port with bluesol first so that active sync can look for it then set up the same com port in active sync on the pc

PC's bluetooth initiating activesync? W/out pda intervention

Does it always have to be pda starting activesync using bluetooth manager? Or can it be pc's bluetooth initiating it without pda intervention?

Since you can start activesync (that is after connection !) on the PC using MS Activesync (The application). I think there could verry well be the same option on BT...
Put more important: What do you want to do, and why ?
It's difficult to get cellphone signal in our area. I have to leave cellphone by the window sill to have signal. I'm currently using Jeyo Mobile something, to send receive sms through pc. Once I remove cellphone from the window, to enable BT, phone signal will be off. I plan to leave it there as soon as I get home, and use PC to initiate BT connection, and use Jeyo immediately. I don't want to get the Blue Angel and start activesync via BT.

You could chose for the option to try activesync each xx minutes, that would cause a connection to the PC when it gets in range....
Do you cradle it in the window ? Maybe you could set 'activesync when cradled' to BT ? It would also start a connection...
You mean I can start activesync from my pc as long as my blue angel's BT is on? Without me having to press anything on the blue angel?
no, you will have to set "sync every xx minutes" on the PPC..

activesync over bluetooth (Vista)

Has anyone got this to work. I got a bluetooth dongle for my laptop and although they see each other and I have the activesync set for bluetooth it says they are not connectted.
ANy thoughts would be great.

HTC P3300 Freezes upon Activesync

Problems with p3300 when plugging it into the computer to sync with Mic Outlook 2007. No problem with version of activesync or office.
Does work occasionally, but when you disconnect and try and reconnect it freezes up. Forced to turn off and turn on. (Which is the only function it recognizes)
waddafak is this?

Maximum number of bluetooth connections?

When I'm in the car I have the TP2 connected using bluetooth:
-with the car as a car kit
-with my laptop to share my internet connection
-with my laptop to synchronize my outlook items
This all works, but not at the same time. So if I get in the car the head set mode is switched on and I can share my internet connection. As soon as I startup ActiveSync to synchronize the bluetooth connection for internet sharing is closed.
If I want to start internet sharing again I get the message that ActiveSync needs to be closed before I can share my internet connection.
At work (obviously I don't have headset mode for the carkit switched on) it is possible to have both ActiveSync and the internet connection over blue tooth at the same time.
Any idea to why this is happening? I would think perhaps 3 bluetooth devices can not be active at the same time.
With sharing internet you mean internet to your phone, or internet from phone to your laptop? Makes a diffrence, because internet to your phone and synching is the same bluetooth connection.
I mean sharing my internet connection off the phone to the laptop. This has been working fine on my mda vario III (Tytn II)
And again something new: if the phone is just lying on my desk it is impossible to have internet shared and Active Sync connected at the same time.
As soon as I connect the device to a mini USB (either another computer or the charger) it is able to have both connections over bluetooth.
With my device I can connect to max 2 connections. one i use for my mbw-150 watch exclusive and the other data connection with my notebook. If i activate a third for example to another phone the connection with my watch is seperated.
