i am using Blue Angel english OS version, and localized to both of Jpannese and Chinese.
Now i wish to use Chinese T9 input in my Blue Angel.
Means planning to the Chines T9 SIP on Windows Mobile Baseed Smart Phone convert to my Blue Angel.

where can i get the OS and how should i do it?
would there be any problems with the carrier? im in the philippines and we have globe and smart carriers here. would there be any problems with carrier wifi, mms and sms connections if i upgrade from wm 2003 SE to WM5?

That's normally true but...when M$ were developing WM5 they tested it on a couple of PDAs including the Blue Angel. While not officially released by M$ - it has leaked out and you can use it at your own risk. One of the developers of WM5 has a blog where all this is explained. On my BA I have possibilty on hardware Keyboard of 2 languages English and Arabic. When I upgraded to WM6 I lost the Arabic. Based on information here I tried by editing the registery but I was not successful. Can someone direct me to CAB or step by step solution. Or did I loose forever this feature on my BA?

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with WM6 on a Blue Angel so the only solution I can suggest is a Downgrade.
But: why you want patch your Blue Angel to WM6. It's designed for WM2003, with WM6 you lost the certitude all features work properly.
Moreover you lost a part of your screen area (Softkeys) plus the direct menu items in most Microsoft applications. For encrypting excel sheets you need additional software.
.net works properly under WM2003.
