Hey Guys,
You must have get this question asked several times. I am thinking of buying a t-mobile mda pro, but due to nature of my work i might have to use my Orage simcard in it. SO in a nutshell can this be unlocked i have read about the Lokiwiz02b.zip. Just wanted to make sure if this can unlock the mda pro i wanna get.
Any help would be really appreciated and again i thanks all the people here .

Why not have a look in the artemis forum?!!
Unlocked it!!!
I had to pay £20 but it was quicker than looking for a free unlocker.
I got my MDA Compact iii yesterday, and I unlocked it this morning through

HI Do you still have the software that IMIE check sent you as we could work out how they unlocked it....

Unlocking mda compact III?
Alas we still couldn 't find a free or atleast cheaper unlock solution to this telefoon.
The trustworthy site is www.erlan.nl (guaranteed).
Can someone help me restoring the icons like that of battery status and screen landscaping (horizontal) etc. I bought some 2nd hand mda compact III and this misses these icons. i only tried some tiny cab programs like that of spb etc but the original icosn of the taskbar r never recoverd althoug i upgraded to wm6 black and even tried the tray launch but i dont know as to wich path like windows/??? should b girven to place these icons onto the taskbar of today.
Second question i failed to change the flash of tmobile while using the artemis uspl and artemis flash screen program.
can someone help me.

I have been trying to find in this forum a straight forward yes no type answer to the following question ( but have been unable too ) :
My wife has just bought a T-Mobile(UK) MDA Compact III (ARTE110), there seems to be some confusion (maybe it's just me ) as to wether it is possible to enable wi-fi on this device. Is this possible ?
And before someone try's to Flame me as a none searching n00b I have searched and the results are somewhat confusing.

I don't see how it can be that confussing, everytime anyone asks they either get told to search, or they get told NO, THE UK T-MOBILE MDA COMPACT III HAS NO WI-FI HARDWARE IN IT.
The uk O2 XDA Orbit has, as does the HTC P3300, and funnily enough the Dutch T-mobile MDA Compact III.

OK maybe I should have said "Mixed" instead of confusing.
The o2 Orbit is a different spec than the MDA Compact III, it has less memory !
Anyway without wishing to get into symantics, thankyou for your answer.
Hi am a virgin to ppc and windows mobile devices but i bought mda compact iv.
What i need is an idiots guide to unlocking it for either
1. unlocking for any network plus any rom
2. simple unlock for just simlock and use existing rom.
I guess i want to have it unlocked and load it up with the manilla rom or better (open to suggestions)
But i dont want to kill it in the process. If it looks too heavy ill just opt for sim unlock.
P.s virgin poster too so be easy with me lol

Your device is the HTC Raphael (I think). You should direct your questions here for cid unlock (use any rom)
Sim-unlock- you should call tmobile and tell them you're going out of country and ask for the unlock code. Tmobile US is pretty good about it, so tmobile in europe should be ok too.

Thanks for your speedy reply. I have the mda compact iv where as the mda raphael is the htc touch pro . Mine doesnt have the slide out keyboard and is same as diamond only has a smooth case.
In reply to ringing t mobile what should my angle be ? i mean should i pretend to be a tmobile existing customer and ask or just say i got a tmobile locked phone? i just wanna be sneaky enough to have an answer to everything they may or may not ask. And is it wise to have a real tmobile say pay as you go number in case they ask for a number ? what do you think?

Hi guys, I could do with some help please lol.
I bought this phone the other day, only costed me £20 so i thought it was cheap lol.
Right the phone is unlocked, but it still has T-Mobile branding any idea's on how to remove it?.
Also i been looking on XDA Developers and they have Roms ect?, this is upgrading the phone?. If i upgrade it what will i benfit by doing it. Also anyone know how to do it?. Got a tutoral on how to do it.
