Redmi Note 8 Pro - Downgrade from A10 to A9 (Global)

Is it safe to downgrade from android 10 to android 9 using MIUI Fastboot rom even without authorized account from xiaomi? If possible, can you guys please help me how.

I've tried it and it's safe. to make sure it's safe please first check the current ARB version and make sure it's the same as the ARB version for the MIUI ROM that will be flashed for downgrade..

Bro do you have begonia and was your anti version of your phone 1 also can you provide me the link of you miui 11 a9 rom

The ARB is always 1 in every ROM distribution for begonia. Is ARB a thing in MTK devices?
Anyway, just downgrade via miflash, and never lock your bootloader, i.e. choose "flash only" or "keep userdata", but for downgrading android, you may encounter some issue that solvable by factory reset.

you can find it here https://mirom.ezbox.idv.tw/en/phone/begonia/ and make sure the ROM is in accordance with your device both from the region and the ROM code, make sure you have unlocked the bootloader to increase the MIUI version and downgrade the MIUI version by using the mi flash tool (recommended)

Question Help I failed when trying to flash a room

As the title says... I messed up when I was trying to flash the EUR version on my Global Pad 5... I did't check and the boot loader got loked and now I can't start the tablet....
Is there a way to fix this...

Hello, you can now restore only the bootloader and the system via fastboot. To do this, download the rom ,, https://xiaomirom.com/en/download/xiaomi-pad-5-nabu-stable-V13.0.4.0.RKXMIXM/#global-fastboot ".
You must have previously unlocked the bootloader via MI unlock tool before you can flash the Global rom .
Then you will have the normal Global MIUI Android on again.

Thanks, but the problem is that I flashed a different rom using the flash tool and accidentally looked the boot loader, after this it won't start, the boot loader is locked and I'm not able to do anything.

You should be able to unlock it again using the xiaomi unlock tool, because it should keep oem unlock setting open.

You must boot at fastboot and Unlovk with the Tool. You dosnt wait 7 days. It works Instant and then you can flash fastboot Rom of your choice

You mean you unlocked a global one and flashed a Europe official rom and locked it and it got stuck?? I'm in the same boat, i have TR and i want to flash EU. I'm waiting the 7 days at the moment to unlock the bootloader. Advice pls

Update... The bad I wasn't able restore it (I'm not up to date with all the "new" locks on android). The Good, I was able to return it, thats how I resolved the issue...

You can use official unlock tool and wait for 168h. It's almost same with all Xiaomi devices.
But rmn8p has old mtk chip. So you can unlock bootloader instant with mtkclient. You can find it on Github (hard for beginner) or some YouTube channel (easier mod one).
Advantage is that you dont need to wait or losing data.
Disadvantage is that random bugs can appear. But can get rid by flash some Miui fastboot or custom rom. And some mod one maybe contain virus or something look like it.

Yea but my phone is redmi note 8 t not pro and it has a QC soc, so i have to wait. I posted my question here, because i couldn't find a section for my phone.

Question Permanently Convert Global - Re-brand Change Region

as per my research oplus tool use ocdt to detect device model, this method works for me, to convert device permanently.
Everything Working
Steps to Follow
unlock bootloader
fastboot flashing unlock
flash ocdt
fastboot flash ocdt ocdt.img
lock bootloader
fastboot flashing lock
Flash Global ROM
Download Latest CPH2449 ROM https://romprovider.com/oneplus-11-cph2449-firmware-flash-file-stock-rom/
Open Oplus tool with ID (use any suitable method or contact someone who have msm auth access)
import firmware (CPH2449) no matter which device you have
Start Flash & plug device
Now oplus tool detect your device as cph2449 and start flash as soon as it complete Auth
once done, your new global device ready

Mine is 44:UNKNOWN lol (Flashed a CPH2447 with CPH2449_GPDR) but I've flashed the phone using EDL like 10 times and haven't flashed the ocdt for a while.
