hardware acceleration of 720p avc [email protected] cabac/4 ref frames

does this phone support hardware acceleration of 720p avc [email protected] cabac/4 ref frames using native player or dice player? here is a 2 mb sample file:

i heard that maximum hw acceleration support of this phone is 720p avc [email protected] cabac/3 ref frames, so i wanna know the truth.

[Q] Problem with Galaxy S4 MP4 playback on other devices

I recorded a video using my Samsung Galaxy S4.
The .mp4 plays back fine on the S4, but stutters on just about every device I try to play it back on.
Audio seems fine, but video freezes periodically on playback on those devices.
Is there something about the S4's .mp4 recording format that I need to change?

Video Camera Confusion

So, correct me if I'm wrong, we can use the following:
(I've marked the ones I'm unsure with)

- [email protected] + [email protected] Slow Motion

What seems to be the best bet here? I'd say [email protected] Stabilized for every day stuff, [email protected] Stabilized if you fancy the extra details and bigger files are no problem.
Also, is there going to be an "AI" assisted option for the 960 slow motion to be triggered on movement in the frame?
