SIM card missing, cm13

My phone can't select automatically my phone provider anymore, I have to do it manually.
Already did a factory reset twice now and still same problem.
I had it fixed before by downgrading it but that doesn't work anymore.
Can anyone help me with this?

Sim toolkit issue.

Whenever I try to open sim toolkit the phone crashes. I don't know if this an issue of the latest updates, cause I bought the phone today and its updated thrice. Sim toolkit is pretty important in my country, any help?

Hi. My China Realme X2 is now on RMX_11_C. 13, and when I try to install last version of Whatsapp Aero Mod, always get this message.

I keep getting this message in my phone many times a day and I tried many things to fix it but with no success
tried to go back to an old version of Xiaomi cloud updated to the latest
cleared the app cashe even clear its Data
any has any suggections?
