Can't Pass "No Command" - Google Pixel 3 XL Questions & Answers

Hi everyone, I'm currently trying to enter to recovery mode but every time I try to it says "No Command". I have read online and everywhere it says just hold power then press volume up quickly, but this doesn't work. I have tried this so many times and still doesn't let me pass it.
Also I tried this on my Pixel 2 and 7 Pro and both let me go pass with the button combination.
I cant root the pixel and have flashed a new version of android from Google's online rescue mode but nothing has changed it.
I can't enter the phone because my Dad had it and forgot the passcode and cant remember his email. So I cant enter through ADB.
I understand this is a lot but any help would be great!

[Q] accidentally flashed a ext4 rom on f2fs galaxy nexus problems..

My volume buttons were broken on the device to begin with so after the flash i was stuck on the Google boot screen and couldn't enter recovery or boot-loader so i tried using adb but it would show the device listed as Unauthorized perhaps cause it doesint get past the google logo.
So today i paid $35 to get the volume button fixed and when the repair was done i tried to enter bootlaoder mode at the store but still couldint so i figured perhaps i really messed my phone up so asked the store owner who did my repair to set it to download mode using the USB Jig he has in his store
Came home and flashed the " Odin.stock Gnex_wipe I9250 4.2.2" from the following link :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-nexus/general/guide-restore-to-stock-unbrick-galaxy-t2065470
but now my phone gets past the google logo but gets stuck at the galaxy nexus boot screen so im left with a few thoughts and dont know how to approach this because i still cant enter recovery or bootloader via vol + - and power button and i cant find my device listed on adb even after i tried messing with drivers from Wugs nexus toolkit etc..
So either the volume buttons were never fixed correctly which i have no way to confirm atm -___- and thats why i cant enter the bootloader mode without the use of the usb jig which i dont have a hold of cause the store owner only has one and doesint want to sell it.
Or i some how bricked my phone so bad i cant enter download mode by pressing the buttons
can anyone help me with this please im so confused

Sounds to me like there I'd still something wing with your volume buttons.
Also you phone won't boot because you need to wipe data.
is there anyway to get to adb mode from my current situation i want to try the adb restart boot-loader command
so ive gotten the device to show on device manager and installed the driver it shows as android adb interface but when i try using adb no devices are listed

Might be because of the secure adb (example).. You have to accept to connection on your phone which you cannot do..
You might be stuck buddy.. Sorry

[Q] HELP: need different ways to get into recovery

I'm having a serious problem with my note 2.
I'm running omegaromv30, and for some reason i seem to encounter a returning error (com.android.systemui stopped working) and it keeps looping. Normally i just booted to recovery and reinstalled omegarom. But now i have another problem on top of that which is that my power button died and is unusable (ordered a new one).
So i cant boot into recovery with the 3 key combo, i cant boot into recovery with the use of some app, becasue my phone is unusable with this error loop. I'm trying to use adb, however it tells me "device not found". I'm not sure if it should find my note 2 when it isn't in recovery mode and is having some error loop. (edit: found out that i must enable usb-debugging, which i'm unable to do) I really need to get into recovery mode to fix at least this error.
Any tips how to get into recovery in a different way?
Or how to enable usb-debugging without being able to go into settings...
many thanks in advance!

Major Problems. Please Help !

I have an Asus ZenFone 2 4/64 w/ a 128 gig card. In the middle of watching a YouTube Video, the screen stopped responding to touch. However it would respond to Google voice commands. I restarted it a couple of times with no luck. I then tried to boot into recovery mode and it gave me the android guy with the open stomach and an error message. I then tried to use Asus PC link and was able to navigate the phone that way. So I decided to do a factory reset. Now I have the android guy with the open stomach with his guts turning around and it says erasing. It has been like that for at least 20 minutes. I know it doesn't take that long to reset the phone and whenever I reboot it, it goes right to that screen. Also, on the initial screen when you boot into the system, it says that my bootloader version is unknown, the HW variant is not listed, and the "signing" and "secure boot" both have question marks next to them. Someone please help ?
when you see dead android guy hold volume up and press power button see of that works.

[Q]Turn on LG G3 with broken power- and volume-down-Button with ADB installed

hello everyone,
the power button and the volume-down-button have both little or even no more function. I did not turn off the phone for several days now, knowing that I would not be able to turn it on again. I searched the internet for help, enabled usb-debugging and downloaded adb-files. I was able to connect to my phone and did the reboot command to see if it was working. it did.
my question is: once the phone turns off for any reason, will I be able to enter a boot mode (recovery, fastboot, download-mode: whatever they call it, I couldnt tell the difference) that allows me to turn on my phone or do I have to do additional steps..? At one page in this board (http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-lg-g3/general/how-to-boot-lg-g3-fastboot-mode-t3087445) I read that isnt as easy for the lg g3 as it is for other android phones to get into the right boot mode. is that thing necessary or can I use that "download mode" for using adb and starting the phone.
what commands do I have to enter to start my phone once it is in that respective mode?
hope you can help. looking forward to your answers..!
regards
silvan

Can't use buttons in Recovery mode

Hey all
I've recently joined the bricked, "stuck at Google logo" club ... I have a locked bootloader and OEM unlock disabled so there's no chance for flashing anything. At first, I wasn't even able to go to Recovery mode, every time I tried that it'd just show the Google logo and freeze there. After following the instructions from this thread, I am able to enter in Recovery mode (though not always), but none of the buttons work. I can't move through the options and I can't even select the "Reboot system now" option with the power button.
I can't seem to find anything similar with google search so, here I am, posting and hoping someone knows what's up.
Thanks
