Can you post a screenshot? Is it a folder or a file? If a folder, what is inside?

If the contents are hidden that is probably a sign that you don't want to mess with it, but if it was me, I would make a nandroid backup and give the 3 gig folder the axe to see if anything bad happens.
However, if you are not running a custom recovery where you can backup and restore the system, I am not sure I would do anything. Too risky.

Would do the same here. But at first I would check this folder with a file explorer, such as es file explorer. In the settings of this explorer you can activate to show hidden apps and check what is inside this folder.
I make backup with twrp but I can't find files on twrp file inside my storage I need to delete this backup how I can?
I think you should try the es file explorer in root mode and do a sd card analysis to find the backup. It should not be very hard to find the folder.
I try and still not fixed
It's on the internal storage inside the TWRP folder. If it's not there there are no backups.

twrp backup folder directory stored in / data / media / 0 / TWRP / Backups / SerialNumber / here
use root explorer application ,
if no , determine if you ever get into recovery backups , select the restore .
If the backup was not there , it means you did not have his backup

I guess only formatting internal storage will fix this.
Did you try using twrp recovery file manager? Might give that a try

Thanks for the info appreciate it, Number of tries,
1- inbuilt file manager, X-plore file manager
2- recovery file manager

But nothing working, let me know if there is any other way. I guess only formatting storage will work, but I don't want to do it, searching for alternative way......
Redmi Note 5 CN has been changed to Global ROM.
And Rooted with Magisk via TWRP.
My question is How i can backup/restore an app created by Dual App function.
I tried Titanium Backup but It only displays Original app not the dual app.
Guess Titanium Backup could not recognize /data/user/999 than /data/user/0.
Also tried Titanium Backup to be dual app, however it couldn't give root permission on dual app of Titanium Backup.
Any help or suggestion would be very appreciated.
ps. the app i want to restore from other two phone into redmi note 5 CN is KakaoTalk, a messenger.
have you managed?
Just copy all files and folders from /999
Create dual app and restore / paste files and folders.
I do like this with WhatsApp. Of course you need root.
I copied files of '999' to '0' but when I open Whatsapp I don't have the validated whatsapp of dual app.
How I could do this?

Any rooted file manager should work.
You can use miui file manager } storage for dual apps
I'm using solid explorer: root } storage } emulated } 999
Just copy and backup the old WhatsApp folder.
If you like to reinstall backup: create new dual WhatsApp and replace folder with backup folder before you first time open WhatsApp.

Indeed, obb folder isn't in scoped storage, no need of root of whatever, you can normally write in obb folder without doing any manipulation
Try opening it with MiXplorer
3 words... X-plore file manager
