Xiaomi.eu Anti roll-back firmware

Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm currently using Xiaomi.eu MIUI 9 stable (V9.5.14.0.OEICNFA) and planning to update to Xiaomi.eu MIUI 10 stable (V10.0.1.0.OEICNFH) and I read that Xiaomi.eu ROMs doesn't trigger anti-roll back as the firmware folder is removed but in the MIUI 10 (V10.0.1.0.OEICNFH) ROM zip file, there is a firmware folder with these files?
Also, I haven't triggered ARP as my anti is 3.

How to install The Installer as China ROM on Global Stable ROM?

I use Redmi 7 (onclite), which has rooted and installed TWRP. I want to use The Installer in China ROM, not The Installer of Google. Can anybody help me to create a Patch install via TWRP?

Upgrade to android 10 from android 9 HMA-L29

I cannot upgrade android 10 from android 9 with ota update, after downloading the update package, the device restarts into update status and says "software install failed". I tried upgrading with hisuite but the result is still as So, please help me

I am having update installation problem for months

I updated my device to Android 10 when it first came out. Then after few days I received the update shown in the image which said it was only for device running on pie. I though I would get a new update soon but it's been 3+ months and I haven't received any new updates.

is there a way to install it anyways? e.g. by modifying the oem name in the somewhere in the Zip file?

I guess your device have global rom W30.... there is no way to do because you first have to unlock bootloader, then maybe change rom... but first obviously you need to install A13 then downgrade A12...
But A13 beta only have CN (W10) and (asian global W20) version

Tought in CN the OriginOS will be used and FuntouchOS is just for the global market. Will this be changed with A13?
