we can port it to other devices and because Tizen is also built from Bada OS (and Samsung Linux files) you can say that Bada 3 will be abled to be ported

This is not quite true, as Bada is not based on Linux (it's based on a RTOS named Nucleus)...

Google for 'compile android kernel from source'.
Youl need to pull repo content to your linux based pc firstly and then make a bit of effort.
