How can I do that?
Can I have the complete procedure please?
Thanks in advance for your answers
If you're on stock ROM, flash latest stock BL+CP+AP+HOME_CSC+patched vbmeta tar via Odin3.
Thanks BlackMesa123 for your answer. Where I can find the vbmeta tar? And for TWRP?

If you have signed zip or factory image (fastboot signed zip) of YOG4PAS8A4 build then you can extract boot.img (stock kernel) from the zip files.
Or download boot-debuggable img from cyngn.com/support for Yureka/Yureka Plus.

When you update to the latest version (v10.0.13.0 from fastboot) on here https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a2-lite/how-to/fastboot-xiaomi-mi-a2-fastboot-images-t3824871 once you set your data connection probably you can get a notification to update to the latest OTA v10.0.15.0 from around 66 mb sized and this firmware can be useful to flash the rom at any time that you need it.

I'm used to flashing from fastboot but I'm pretty sure that only works with an unlocked bootloader. I've read that you can use miflash with a locked bootloader but you need a complete rom and the most recent one is 10.0.13.0
Sorry

Thank You For Time And Reply.
OKay What Should We Do To Fix The (Partition) Problem. ? Complete Stepwise Guide Will Be Beneficial To Us.
One More Question.
Is There A Way To Get Every Month OTA Installed Without Interrupting (Unlock Bootloader , Rooted With Magisk) ? If Yes , So What Could Be The Steps/Guide. I Am Frustrated.
Thanks.

What is the problem with partition? You didn't mention it before.
Regarding OTA and keep custom stuff there is here a thread where is discussed

Thanks For The Swift Response.
The Issue is That , The November Security Patch Is Not Installing. My Phone Is Not Rooted And Bootloader Is Locked Too With Stock ROM. I Read The Queries Related To My Phone Issue People Are Saying That This Is The Partition Issue.

I donĀ“t think that this could be the issue in your specific case if your device never was modified so partition remain as stock as Xiaomi released it.
You can read something like this either update is from Xiaomi itself or a Google security patch https://www.theverge.com/2019/9/4/20847758/google-android-update-problem-pie-q-treble-mainline

He is helping you voluntarily, so we need to help you know how to extract a zip?

If u need the full rom, there it is : https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/alioth/
plz choose the version of the phone
Thank you, I'm done.
Unfortunately, to get the boot.img file and modify this file via Magisk, I had to use the older fastboot version miui 2.5.1.0 rkheuxm, because fastboot version 12.5.3.0 rkheuxm is not currently available for download. Only the fastboot version of miui has a boot.img file in it after extraction, which must be modified via Magisk.
