ZTE Axon 9 lite(rooted), is that a thing? - ZTE Axon 9 Questions & Answers

I recently bought Axon 9 lite as the phone describes, the thug is every thing on the phone looks different from the original phone online
Can anyone help me fix this as it says its rooted
