Additionally, unless you already know Telegram is not accepted on XDA as a filehost because a download of a ROM would require a registration on Telegram.

So how do I start... I'm scared this thread will be removed because of my not good knowledge about the rules anyways I'll be still supporting anyone on XDA who replies. So i made this telegram group. I don't force you to join it it's up to you and the mods if they'll close this thread as always. This thread will be about how is the TWRP development for Android 13 going so far I'll update you with anything
