Head unit stuck on Fastboot mode just the car logo show when the car is turned on and the unit is booting, at first the android logo would show and tapping the screen with all fingers would get it unstuck . Now tapping the screen does not work and its just the car logo. Seller send me a file(I am thinking is a Rom file) and instructions down below in a picture. If anyone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it

I don't think you can. When that screen shows up, you have no rom. You can try using the bootloader and get some stock firmware files, or just throw it away.

If it have download mode then it isn't m8, it's probably an m9 and that issue is most probably a dead nand.

I have the Eonon GA9163A for my mazda and when i use my AUX using the AVIN app, i get the screen shown in the image attached.
Any ideas on how to get rid of it?
