1. VS2013 & 2015 Redistributable Package
DL Link:
http://naver.me/GUDl2gIW
http://naver.me/GPFkms5t
You need to install both of them.
Especially, VS2015 package is not available even in MS official download page,
so it took quite a long time to find it : )
2. Move ARM32-compiled binaries to your folder.
DL Link:
http://naver.me/59N530Xg
put this wherever you want, and register it to your W10RT system's Environment Variable.
PYTHONPATH = C:\python-arm32
(That's what I have registered. You can change.)
3. Modules!
DL Link:
http://naver.me/GxRxMYmb
If this modules and libraries are not extracted, your python.exe will break with error messages.
Extract this to wherever you want, and register PYTHONHOME as Environment Variable just like No.2.
PYTHONHOME = C:\Users\{User Name}\Documents\python
(That's what I have registered. You can change.)
Hope this will help to your ARM-32bit life.

Have You already applied all the Updates from "Windows Update"?
Perhaps ".NET Compact Framework 3.5" is not installed on Your machine?
eryunt is right. This is definitely a .Net Framwork error.
where can I get it from ?? give me a link plz
Installing windows updates will download it, but at any rate, here are two places to download it:
Official Microsoft page
Filehippo Mirror (The download button is on the top right)
Both pages offer an online installer, the installer is about 2.8MBs and then what it downloads during installation differs depending on what updates your system has.
And in the Microsoft page, there's also a link to download a full package (offline installer) which is about 230+MBs.

[APP] VGMPlay 0.40.4

(since I can't post on the development board at this time)
ValleyBell / Maxim's VGM Player is compilable for the Surface RT (as long references to _inp() and _outp() and PortTalk have been omitted from compilaton). This is basically a music file player which can play .VGM, .VGZ (gzipped .vgm), CMF and DRO files, mainly focused in supporting playback of emulated chips such as YM2413, YM2612, YM2151, YM3812, SN76489, AY-3-8910 and various others.
Base application source code are available at the following thread:
vgm DOT mdscene DOT net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=112
Compiled ARM binary (get ini config file from original binary above) :
dl DOT dropboxusercontent DOT com/u/1287967/WinRTexe/VGMPlay.exe
Credits to ValleyBell for maintaining the player code.
EDIT: Here's a screenshot of it in action. Nothing too fancy, just observing CPU usage while listening to a track.

Zenfone cm12.1 device tree download ( other methods )

Hi guys,
Some friends can not download device tree via GitHub.
Lets go
Copy download url
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Open cloudconvert.com(daily 25 convert limit) and enter the download url
Select cloug storage platform and give permission
Start convert
Convert complete and save your cloud storage
Another simple option:
Install Git for Windows (or Git for Linux)
Open Git Command Prompt
Copy the url inside a text box between 'HTTPS' and the Download ZIP button and execute git clone with it as argument
Example, for the repository https://github.com/thuutin/android_device_asus_a500cg
Code:
git clone https://github.com/thuutin/android_device_asus_a500cg.git
I guess it's the most right way to do it, because git will also restore the file permissions associated to some files.
Thanks!

How install app as system app

i try install continuum on my device, but I installed a newer version than I have on my phone. i did hard reset and delete files using cmd. today i try install this package yourself. I copied files, and write small phyton sctipt(to convert xml manifest in to bat) to export registry values. now continuum work fine but dockingHostApp сrashes at launch.
I know continuum it a system app, but i no ideas how install it as system app.
PS. I have problems in other app like Interop tool(from store) and iotDefaultApp, they write error 8007005 (access error)
PS2. if I find a way to make this application work, everyone will be able toinstall and UNINSTALL contunuum without iutools
