I tried Pixel experience but it was giving me issues. Currently on PixelOS and it is working fine. I have not tried any other ROM as it is hassle to backup, restore and then entering password of apps.... Not sure, but perhaps most of the ROMs does not come with Gcam or ANX. So which is the best A13 ROM for Mi 11x with a working ANX or Gcam?

I run the AMAZING Evo-X 7.4 rom, its solid as a rock and works brilliant for me.
I would suggest to check out the Evo-X thread, you might even find me on there
Now the Pain with switching rom is having to re-install all you apps and loosing their data,
as far as i aware there is no A12/A13 Recovery that backs up the complete phone like the Clockwordmod days.
I use a great program called Migrate-GPE it comes in three parts and is FREE, its available on the App store but i have uploaded the version i use, you need to be ROOTED to use this app.
Migrate-GPE saves most of your apps including their data, excluding Banking and Magisk apps,
I love it as it save all my offline maps, battery stats, ect.
Have fun.

Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, I came across EvoX and yes, also migrate GPE. Will try after listening to more suggestions
I also tried Evolution-X, but it has a major drawback. If you go back to MIUI it gives you the "find device storage corrupted" error. Also makes your device uncertified. I eventually fixed both these but it was a massive pain.

Apparently it does but "find device storage corrupted" error it`s a easy fix as long as you have Twrp Recovery,
As for "Device Uncertified" i might flash MIUI Stock to see if i encounter this issue before return back to EVO-X.
I feel there is no advantage returning to stock due to firmware limitations,
if and when your device needs warranty repair, sending it in with non Miui Firmware installed shouldn`t affect your claim.

Wish I knew that. Can you explain how it's done? I tried flashing persist using twrp but that didn't fix it in my case.
I went back to miui because I was experiencing battery drain on Evo-X. And maybe it's just me but my eyes felt strained on Evo-X for some reason.

Hi,
You could check out my post, it worked for me:
Could someone send a dump of persist partition?
I have the error device is not certified with locked bootloader after reflashing the persist partition when it was corrupted (I took persist.img file from fastboot rom). I think that a dump of persist partition from the other poco f3 may solve...

With TWRP/OF Recovery installed download and install TWRP Recovery 3.6.2 12 POCOF3 v6.3 A12-alioth-skkk from recovery,
download and unzip find device storage corrupted your device is unsafe now please note this is for EEA Firmware only.
In TWRP Recovery tap on the "New Persist image from Original Rom" folder and then open Persist.img folder and then from TWRP tap Install Image, select Persist.img and then tap the Persist.img checkbox in TWRP and swipe right,
Reboot,
Job done

Well i actually switched to crDROID for about a week, while using crDROID and replying to posts on XDA a user pointed out the "Device Storage" issue and portioned the blame at the Evo-X rom, as a test i downgraded from crDROID back to stock "eea_V12.5.6.0.RKHEUXM" firmware and yes i received the "NAG SCREEN"
Using the above method I installed a new Persist.img and the nag screen disappeared.
As their was a rumor still going around blaming Evo-X,
again as a test i downgraded to "eea_V12.5.6.0.RKHEUXM" over the top of Evo-X V7.4 that i`ve been using for a week and the nag screen wasn`t present ,
I the Evo-X rom its AMAZING

1. Does it support turbo charging?
2. How is overall battery life?
3. Which cam application does it use? Basic or something like Gcam or MIUI stock ones?
4. What other issues you have come across?
Thanks
Hi,
1. Fast charging works great, but then i use a QI wireless charging adaptor, check out my post on the Poco F3 thread.
2. My phone last me around 9 hours, as i`m not a massive phone user,
I charge my phone from 45% to 65%, this give me enough charge for a day and generates 0.02 cycles of battery wear, the amazing Evo-X rom has the "Smart Charging" function.
3. Not to Shure about the stock camera as i have three different apps running,
it think it`s org.lineageos.aperture Version code 33.
4. When starting from a clean install Every thing works great, I haven't encountered any FORCE CLOSE issues
5. THIS ROM IS AMAZING, IF IN DOUBT CHECKOUT OUT THE OFFICAL TELEGRAM PAGE,
EVO-X SIMPLY AMAZING

I`ve been playing/experimenting with customs roms for over 10 years starting with the HTC Wildfire, i then moved on to the early Samsungs Pre KNOX and then on to LG phones, i still have my LG G7.
I have seen the evolution of Android over the years and it`s been mind blowing and the quality of Custom rom`s and their Dev`s is outstanding.
I choose to upgraded my G7 as LG unfortunately left the smartphone market and custom roms were getting scarce, so i settled on the F3 because it was easy to unlock, had Great specs and dev support, also being one of the most popular xiaomi phones on XDA helps and it was great value for money.
I have run maybe 6 major roms as my daily driver over the last 13 months that I have owned the F3, I have also tested maybe another 10 - 15 roms out of curiosity.
I have found that EVO-X is the most polished rom that i have come across with all the major feature that most users need and i like to give credit when credit it`s due.

Do u by any chance know of MIUI13 ROM which allow smart unlock feature? I know through custoMIUIzation module i can do it, but i was just wondering if someone has optimized MIUI13 for Mi11x with such features unblocked to save the hassle.
I have installed EVO-X and it is good. But i miss "Themes" feature of MIUI which changes over all skin of the phone with so many options to search for. What i like the most that it changes wallpapers, icon, system setting, lockscreen, colors etc in one go. I tried to find an alternative app and even tried installing MIUI's theme module but to no avail. TBH i am only missing that feature.
bliss Rom allows it, I am on 16.2 build and it's perfect for me. My favorite rom in general is crdroid, but last version of bliss Rom hits all my criterias (hbm, power toggle for torch, really smooth and good battery backup...). It is a pity it lacks visibility here

Hi everyone, I have mi 5s over a month now and, my device got so slow after I unlock and try to install different roms. I ve tried almost every possible rom now RR, Los, Epic and the official global roms both stable miui 8 and beta miui 9. None of them work as good as I bought the phone, my rom back than was stable global rom 8.5 and I remember everything I do was so smooth. My biggest problem is with the game I am playing (marvel future fight). I ve even tried Guyver kernel which seemed to improve at first but then, it went back to the same old issues. I can also see problems in daily use as well (for example scrolling on pages works laggy). I am guessing the best performance is on chinese roms as I could tell even from the first setup which had no lag at all unlike the other roms. Unfortunately chinese roms does not have Gaps and I dont want to use everything in chinese. I really hope to find a solution for this, I can flash any rom, any kernel just whatever it takes because, having SD 821 and encountering these issues feels so frustrating.
note: I always wipe system, data etc (except internal storage) when I flash a rom.
You do not like to use everything in Chinese? Are you sure?
I could try to use it if I can at least have gaps and, the performance would be back to normal. My other issue right now is, I can't make vulkan work whatever I do. I remember having it on a rom (I don't remember which one specifically) but now, I cant make it work again.
i'm pretty sure it doesn't matter about unlocking the bootloader. It is about "personal feeling" only, when you get a new phone and comparing with the old phone, you are usually have a "this device is amazing faster than the previous sh*t" feeling

You got me wrong I think, I am not comparing my new device to the old ones. And I know my performance drop has nothing to do with unlocking bootloader. It was just a turning point for me. I just want to use my phone without having any lag issues.
i have same problem i feel my divice its very slow now im on rr rom too .... i dont know way.... i have idia maby its a google apps problem
I always use gaps pico, now I'm on lineage with guyver kernel. I can say this is the best performing rom+kernel right now. (marvel future fight is still laggy though, better than before but laggy)
temp can be the reason .. try to changing temp max setting
There are custom miui Roms with Google services pre included and also with all the unnecessary Chinese stuffs removed. You can try one of those and see if the problem still persists. Xiaomi.eu is noteworthy among such

Hello!
I would like to know what did you choose to put on your Mi6, and how you're experience has been any of the three specific versions of the ROM. I am getting my Mi6 this week, and then, I'll be requesting the bootloader to be unlocked which would take a few more days.
I have been reading threads related of the three options that are available, but it would be good to have a thread which compares and discuss potential benefits when it comes to making a decision about which ROM to flash.
1. MIUI 9 Global ROM (Stable Version or Developer Version)
http://en.miui.com/download-326.html
This would be the more straightforward choice, and probably the Mi6 will come with it for me (unless it will have a fake ROM from GearBest then I will need to change it anyway). Therefore, either I could choose to stay on the Global ROM or consider the two options below which I want to.
2. MIUI 9 from Xiaomi.eu (Based on Chinese Beta)
https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/7-9-21-22.41658/
I was strongly considering installing this as Xiaomi.eu has been around for a long time, and they have been compiling their ROM without any bloatware from MIUI 9 Global ROM. It sounds like a great option for long term use with regular updates, experienced developers and not having to keep trying different ROMs.
3. MIUI 9 (Epic ROM) by Mr. Raines (Xiaomi.eu Version or Global Version)
http://www.epicrom.pro/#sagit
Going by the description, it seems that there are lots of optimisations and features included and retained from MIUI from Xiaomi.eu while removing the bloatware further. And I am converging towards wanting to go for this ROM.
i.e, MIUI 9 with DOZE enabled, New apps added to OTA and MODs, Optimizations on TWRP installation and GAPPS, Better Intelligent CPU management and RAM. Gapps Pico pre-installed.
Now, it seems that this ROM has two variations now. If I understand this correctly, first they take the above Xiaomi.eu ROM and tune it further. But I also noticed that they started another thread with Epic ROM based on MIUI Global Version which offers the same tuning but from Xiaomi Global ROM.
Summary:
If we can just get some experienced feedback and recommendations in, and keep the discussion going then it would make the decision a lot easier. And I do wish to set my phone up and then, not really have to deal with changing ROMs every few months or so.
Let me know! Thanks.
p.s. Given that the kernel is out, and when a stable official Lineage OS ROM makes its way to us, then that would be an interesting option too, but I don't mind the MIUI interface as long as it is optimised as much as it can be.
Firstly sorry for my english, but i want to help you. I tried all these roms multiple times. Because i think my phone's standby battery drain is awful. I started with global beta and with this rom battery drain at night %6-8. And then read couple of thoughts about xiaomi.eu rom, i wanted to try. Yes, there was no bloatware, similar performance, little bit worse camera quality and a few differences(cause based on chinese beta). But my phone's standby drain was %5-6. Not a big difference. Then i saw epic rom and i tried. Again, no bloatware, similar perfrmance etc. and some extras like built-in ads blocker. Roms info said better battery performance, doze enabled etc. but unfortunately im disappointed again. Battery drain was %5-6 at night(wifi, gps, nfc etc. everything off). Although, I have friends who say they are happy with epic rom. My suggestion is, you should try global beta first and then try epic rom for benefits. Now, i am on global beta cause i dont to want to try anymore different roms and custom roms benefits are not that important for me. İ hope i could help.
I've got the exact same problem as ozguremek12 with battery standby on all roms... it seems like the phone doesn't enter deep sleep state on miui.
There's not THAT much difference between them tbh, I'd go with the global one just because it saves you the hassle of having to unlock your bootloader. I've yet to try Lineage, which I will once Oreo build is available for this device.
well, I have tried all of MIUI ROMS (dev, stable, china, global) and also MIUI.EU and to tell the truth global dev suit me the most but with root
If you uninstall few bloatware you will achieve ca 2 days standby and 6h SOT
I was only with MIUI because of FBE (which MIUI.EU didn't have), but now when most custom ROM offer encryption , to tell the truth, I can't see anything to stick with MIUI(maybe if someone need bootloader locked)
I found more bugs in global dev than some custom ROMS eg Lineageos from @xiaobai112220 is really nice and stable
At theese moment I am in Mokee ROM and I am happy.
PS.I wasn't able to get lower than 0,6% battery drain per hour during the night.
I`ve been using epic rom for about 2 months now.
It is very stable, absolutely everything works and I also get around 4 to 4:30 sot everyday - which is quite decent imo.
The only bug I experienced is on the stock calendar app - when I choose the "all day" option when creating a event, it switches to the year of 1969 - so I installed google calendar and now everything is 100%.
The camera quality is stunning as well.
This is my recommendation.
Global stable has too much bloatware.

Hi guys,
I'm starting this thread hoping it will help someone. I personally searched all XDA and Google for an answer as I play heavy games one of them is Free Fire. I like playing the game at MAX FPS and Graphics. I was on the latest OOS 9.0.6. It was awful to me. As i got game lags and my phone got extremely hot. That's when it ventured in the search for the best rom or stock firmware to give me the best performance, stability and battery life. My battery life on 9.0.6 was really poor. I had battery drains of about 10-12% on idle overnight. I searched everywhere and all the threads were outdated and I needed a recent solution to my problem. I mean there's been a lot of newer One Pluses after the 3. But for the hardware that it has I was sure I could get more off my One Plus 3.
I tried Havoc , Evolution X , CR Droid, Lineage OS, Pixel Experience and all the OOS that where rolled out for the one plus. Yes I did alot of flashing and formatting. Since I never flashed just the OTA. I always flashed the firmware on that version and did a clean install always since i wanted a final verdict and didn't want to have a doubt on the dirty flashing. I used each rom and Stock Oxygen version for 4 days since i wanted to give the battery a couple of cycles before getting my final verdict on the rom.
I wrote the SOT time for every firmware or Rom that I flashed to not forget.
Finally I wont disrespect any rom developer out there saying there rom isn't good. As I for myself wouldn't be able to build one. Less without being paid. On the contrary I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU!!!!!! to all the developers that take their time and build roms for us. I greatly appreciate every Developer here at xda. A big round of applause to you guys. You all are great!!!!.
All the roms are awesome and unique. I'm pretty sure it suits many, many, many users out there. As we're all looking for something different and different features in roms.
I tried all. And TADA!!! I'm on Oxygen OS 4.1.7 Android Nougat. Yes its far from the newest Android Version But the battery life on Idle is the best I have 0-1% battery drain overnight on idle with WiFi on all night. Game performance is awesome. I play Free Fire at Max FPS And Graphics with absolutely no lag. I use Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger and camera all day for my work and i'm able to reach back home after 8 hours work day with an average battery of 67%. To me it can't get better than this. Second in of the OOS was 4.5.1 a little better performance but battery drain was little higher. To me the exchange for a little performance difference to higher battery drain wasn't worth it. Again this is just my humble opinion and experience. Your results could be different. If you want to know my procedure and settings to get this on my One Plus 3. Feel free to ask. And as soon as i have a little time i can reply. Thank You XDA for the Best Forum on planet Earth.
Best regards,
Chimpzilla

Hi Chimp, thanks for writing your experience here. I had similar experience but used OOS 4.5.1, now want to switch back to OOS 4.1.7 but not finding any download link for it. Can you please share if you have any.
What do you suggest, using MSM Tool to restore to OOS 4.1.7 or just flashing it through TWRP on unlocked bootloader?
On OOS 4.5.1 I was trying to use Advance Kernel Tweaks but Magisk was not working with ElementalX kernel so gave it up.
Okay Guys. Sorry have been really busy. I installed with unlocked bootloader and TWRP. Wiped everything except internal storage. So that Custom Recovery gets replaced by Stock Recovery. Then I booted to system. And then back to recovery just to make sure I had Stock Recovery before Relocking bootloader. Once I had confirmed that i had stock recovery I booted to fastboot and relocked bootloader. After relocking your phone will be wiped please backup anything thats important to you. Every locking or unlocking of bootloader will wipe your data. Im not responsible. Once bootloader locked I booted back system. All firmware downloads can be downloaded from oneplusupdates website. Hope this helps.
Flashed 4.0.3 through MSM then used local update for 4.1.7, setting up my apps now.

To remove updates notifications (be aware it's impossible to cancel)
activate dev mod in settings and USB debuging
adb devices
adb shell
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.oneplus.opbackup
I was actually on OOS 4.5.1 lol older version are better sometimes than the new ones and not everybody know that i downgraded to 4.1.7 now and im testing it right now because i have nothing to do in home with this problem of virus...

I run the MIUI 12.0.2 by xiaomi.eu. It is perfectly stable and everything works. No other ROM could convince me so far. I really love Havoc OS but the comments indicate that there are still a few problems with Joyeuse.

i agree with @kennymaster. although i cant wait till the day i can get rid of MIUI, for the time being feel like i should still stick to the stock ROM considering the the issues. Havoc, RR had their share of users but still cant convince myself to jump the ship. little old now for this ROM hopping business maybe
Are their any changes in the last days/weeks? I'm also looking for a good working ROM. Mostly, i want to get rid of MIUI but in first, the most important is to get the most functions working without Bloatware and Ads.
After many years with Xiaomi phones and custom ROM's I have reverted to stock MIUI ROM - debloated with ....
XiaomiADBFastbootTools.jar
.... and find it the best compromise for battery life, optimisations, lack of bugs etc etc etc
Yeah thats what i done yesterday after the phone arrived -> i have set it up so minimal like it was possible, then debloated it but got after debloating maximal issues with camera, system freezes and unexpected restarts/shutdowns instead of just kill the mi browser, video and all that stuff

Thank you for the answer mate!
I'm amazed that the situation has not moved on at all since I first got this device over a year ago now I think?
So to be sure, is it still a bit dodgy to even just debloat the device as yet?

Honestly im surprised as well. I bought this phone so early assuming the attention it would get (and i have a track record of pumping out ROMs for my devices but regardless. Im certain there will eventually be bug free builds its the lack of interest and probably with all the other crap going on in the world XDA in general has been kind of slow so on that hand i shouldn't be surprised. Regardless
Il dont mean to come across in a bragging way so excuse me if it comes across like that because i barely consider myself a dev lmao but all my past devices i had dozens of separate threads with at least weekly releases (daily was killing me lol) so i was ready to give our device the same treatment! I just didn't think they were going to raise the specs to what they are now for a PC that can compile the builds
I think that the best Note 9S ROM is the AOSiP port, at least the Curtana version which I am using. I went through four or five of them in a month, starting with Lineage, and had various and sundry issues. Tried going to Resurrection and stuck in a bootloop even. Went to AOSiP and it Just Worked™. Fast and bug free in my experience, too. Rooted with Magisk, extensions to tame the usual (battery life, charging limitation, etc.) and it's my daily driver now.
I'm using Extended, it's a good ROM, stable and with good battery life. It have miui camera and a lot of customisations.
It's my daily ROM.
I tested PE, Havoc, but the best is Extended.

I think its becouse you are trying to open files without third party applications installed. When you trying to open video, for exaple, OS will search the memory to find applications that can open this video, if it does not find it, it opens it via a default application which is MiVideo but it is not there because it has been uninstalled, OS does not know what to do next so it repeats the script and again and again and so on, this is why the phone freezes or resets, so to fix it you need to install e.g. VLC and give it permission when you first time run that app (NOPE for Localization always!xD)
TL;TR: If you remove an application that is pre-installed then you need to install an alternative for that application.
In the picture you can see what's left of the preinstalled apps on my phone (they can't be removed or are not 100% safe to remove or simply I use them) and I've never had freezes and other such problems.
PS: I removed preinstalled Game Turbo its "com.xiaomi.glgm" and I downloaded (apkpure, fdroid, aurora) and installed it manually because I was afraid that the pre-installed one uses cleanmaster which I removed.
PS2: sry for my english
Do I understand correct that no one is posting links to the Roms they us, cause these roms are not on XDA forum?
Than where to look?
Sincerely

I'm using secret technique called "Google Jutsu It" and I can't tell how to do it. But I can tell you BlissRom looks good too

Im using a port just now. One os. Pretty stable. I have joyeuse. There's alot of roms out there. Both a10 and a11. And miui modded roms.
Howcome there's no official TWRP for RN9Pro?
I just bought my Poco F3 (8/256), and initially I never really gave any thought about flashing a custom ROM, since at this level, the phone itself is amazing, and I can use it well and reliably.
But I came across people being really passionate towards the EU ROM over the Global one. And they aren't doing it for the sake of customization, they're doing it for literal quality of life improvement.
With that said, as the title suggests, my interest is piqued with the topic, and just wanna ask if it's worth doing so?
I hope you guys could give a conclusive, objective list, not just simply because you use one or the other. (Would really appreciate it :> )
Also I have a few other questions;
Is it technically a custom ROM but is essentially official ROM (I.e. it's from Xiaomi directly so practically nothing changes and everything is still optimized and built for the F3)
Can you go back to the default ROM like nothing happened (Literally back to stock, is that possible?)
And is it safe from a I wanna keep my phone as stock as possible, without any modifications (I really just want the EU if it's officially from Xiaomi and really is stock)
Also maybe you guys can throw around tutorials, and instructions (Like with is TWRP?)
As someone who came from the era of primitive Android modifications (Rooting around 2014) I managed to boot loop an old device of mine, and so I'm understandably hesitant towards these things m
Hopefully my questions could be answered by such an awesome community. Appreciate it :>
Stay safe always guys!
Edit: I really value keeping the phone as is (The experience and the technicalities) I just really want my phone to still be reliable and free from bugs and headaches (With exception to the ones caused by the phone itself, not cause I messed around with my phone)
only one way to find out

Not worth it, the changes are very little, like e.g. added Ads toggle directly in the initial Android Setup and probably other very minor stuff.
Unless you're talking about Xiaomi.eu which is a Custom ROM. I personally use it and can recommend it. Latest MIUI from China, optimised for rest of the world. Advantages are more features and in-house apps like MIUI Phone (with Call Recording), MIUI Contacts, Xiaomi Health, etc..

Wait I'm confused?
Xiaomi.eu is different from the EU ROM?
Does that mean that the particular ROM you're using is actually a Custom ROM (From the community rather than from developers/ POCO themselves)
If so, what exactly are the advantages it provides aside from the one you mentioned? How about substance?
And does that mean that it is outside the realm of being official, and therefore not ideal to someone like me looking to stick to stock everything to avoid the hassle and headache?
Thank you!

Yes 100% different. Many get confused about this because of the website's name.
It's very much a Custom ROM, but very stable, since it just takes the latest MIUI ROM from China (China gets the latest ROM first, because Xiaomi is chinese). The community devs also did a few adjustments to make the chinese MIUI ROM suitable for the rest of the world, like adding Google Services which China doesn't use, etc..
I'm not sure if you can flash the Official EU ROM without having to unlock the bootloader. I think you can.
But for Xiaomi.eu you definitely need to unlock it. For me personally it was worth it, but I'm also very specific about my customisations and also always unlock & root my Android devices.

Damn.
Do you personally recommend going through the hassle of switching over to Xiaomi.eu, as someone who wants to stick to stock as much as possible but also want the best ideal experience (best battery life, general quality of life stuff)
I also wanna avoid stuff like bootlooping, issues with my warranty, not being able to go back to the official state of the phone etc.
Can you also comment on the opinions I see mostly saying that there is better battery over at Xiaomi.eu. and if so by how much? Are talking an extra hour or two on your screen on time and general battery life? Or at best a couple of minutes?
Thank you

Hm. Well, Global and EU ROMs are always behind China ROM and Xiaomi.eu Custom ROM.
First thing you'd notice is the Xiaomi apps like Phone, Contacts, and other Xiaomi apps being improved and having a modern Design. You also get new features like Horizontal Recents-Menu, ability to smoothly adjust Font-Thickness. And probably more obvious stuff.
It's been a long time since I last used Stock ROM, but.. battery life is the same.
Also: When people claim much improved battery life on Vanilla Android ROMs or other specific ROMs, take them with a grain of salt, unless these people do scientific tests.
There's always variation, and it highly depends on the features that are enabled, your apps and its services that are running in the background and other stuff like your specific brightness setting.
You may get bootlooping when trying out Custom ROMs, that can happen, but you can always revert back to Stock ROM. You just need to do research on how to flash a Custom Recovery like TWRP, how to flash a Custom ROM and how to revert back to a Stock ROM.
Unlocking Bootloader and using Custom ROM is probably not covered under warranty, but if you can, you can revert to Stock, lock the bootloader, and say "I haven't modified my phone's software", they wouldn't know.
The best MIUI experience is Xiaomi.eu in my opinion, however you have to take time in doing research about TWRP, Xiaomi.eu, Mi Flash (to revert to Stock if sh*t goes wrong), and yeah.
From Global to EU ROM (Official) however, is not worth it at all. No differences basically.

What about OTA? From what I've read in the past, the Updater app in Xiaomi.eu just downloads the full package and we dirty flash the package it in TWRP. Is that still the case?

Yup, on Xiaomi.eu that is the case.
However it only takes 3 minutes to flash the ROM and to reboot. That's literally it.
It's possible for a system to work together with a Custom Recovery, in order to automatically flash updates, but apparently in 2021, we haven't gotten there yet.
I've heard of some Vanilla Android Custom ROMs having fully automatic OTA-updates. AICP or crDroid I think? Not sure..
There's two option with Custom MIUI ROM ( Bare minimum modifications or else there is Highly modifiable MIUI ROM's like OneOS, MIUI MIX, Hellas MIUI, XTRV, MIUIVN, MI-Globe, etc. ) , Xiaomi.eu weekly beta update and a Xiaomi.eu Stable update which are both based on chinese beta and stable as the name suggests. Personally, I use the Weekly update and i have not found any issues for which i would consider it a deal breaker. I am Rooted and happy. I will never go back to Stock ROM because of how poor the battery life was. And also to factor the google dialer and messages app. I do not like it.
I agree with everything @Animesh Singh said, except the Battery life part.
dreamytom said:
Sì, su Xiaomi.eu è così.

Ho sentito parlare di alcune ROM personalizzate Android Vanilla con aggiornamenti OTA completamente automatici. AICP o crDroid penso? Non sono sicuro..

If you really like to more Google default apps than MIUI default apps such as Phone, Messages, Google Discover, etc. then changing from Global ROM to EU ROM from official MIUI site is good to go. Unlock the bootloader first then you can flash the EU ROM. Otherwise just stick with Global ROM, everything is same from performance, battery life, etc. But then again if you prefer a Custom ROM based on MIUI, then MIUI EU from Xiaomi-EU is better, it has better stability and more features as well since it is from Chinese ROM which always release earlier features and bug-fix improvement than the official MIUI ROM. Hope this help
You can check all xiaomi.eu features from the link below (scroll down a bit).

xiaomi.eu
Notable features for me are:
Increased volume in headphones after some tweaking in sound settings, better standby and battery life, wallpaper carousel (it has an anime category in xiaomi.eu), better theme store imo because of the AOD category which i couldn't find in the global but most of the stuff is in chinese so it might not be as appealing for everyone, no ads etc
I have been looking at a Poco f3 5g. It will have the UK (EU?) Rom. Should I still try xiaomi.eu?
I have a mi 9t at the moment with pixel experience but I'm willing to give Xiaomi ROM another go.
I like Google dialer and messages app. I don't record calls and don't understand why people make a big deal of this?
Is there less bloat in the xiaomi.eu ROM compared to the official EU ROM?

I have read somewhere that xiaomi.eu have some significant better stuff, i think it was on reddit. I ordered mine yesterday, my Poco F3 comes with the Global ROM so i am also thinking on flashing it to xiaomi.eu or to the Official EU ROM, i am still thinking more about changing to the EU ROM other than xiaomi.eu since it's official and it's the first time i am thinking about flahing a phone, is it possible to change from official Global ROM to official EU ROM and if so, do you know how can i do it?
I personnly wouldnt bother still got bloat like virus scanner pretty sure it Avast with a diffrent stamp dont care for the music and video apps to much bloat , the themes app sucks to ,, gonna flash something make it worth your while like Arrow
