as mentioned I need help returning my Moto G5 to an original Version as received by OTA in the past.
Can someone please help me how to to do so or is there a tutorial somewhere how it can be done?!

I have just bought a new unlocked XDA IIS . I have three questions regarding that ...
1. I would be upgrading the rom to the latest version. Will upgrading the rom lock the phone or will it stay unlocked.
2. Which is the best rom to upgrade to. I read someehere its the Asian Rom.
3. Can someone provide a link to me for the latests rom for this model

Can any body tell me please which firmware I would need to flash please I'm on o2 UK my phone is carrier locked atm I'm on sense6 4.4.2 I'm not rooted yet as I'm trying to gather as much info as I can before proceeding any advise is truly appreciated thank you in advance

I recommend You all firstly Flash
android 6 firmware,
then the Ruu.zip
then u can go updating till android 8.0 OREO
from software updates option in settings
IN CASE U FIND ANY DIFFICULTY REPLY ME!!!!

i want to downgrade my moto g30, i have the last update (android 12) but i dont like the OS, battery life, display colors, etc.
when i try to flash the system by fastboot it tells me anti rollback downgrade, 12 vs 14
How can i fix this? i need unlock the bootloader? thanks in advance
PD: I downloaded the firmware from lolinet. My country is Argentina, download the one that says RETAR, is it correct?

you will have to unlock the bootloader before downgrading, I have a file ready (just run flashfile.bat) but it's ZTO, do you want me to send you the link?
