I installed the latest TWRP 3.7 image on my OP 5T. But It failed to decrypt my A11 version of DotOS. Does TWRP 3.7 work on A12 and above only?? I had to reinstall TWRP 3.6 to keep using recovery.
Is Orange Fox a more usable option right now for Android 12, 13 etc on the OnePlus 5T?
Hi there,
Hope you're doing fine. Can you share that image file (3.7.0) for OnePlus 5T?
Thanks.

Which twrp version are you using?
You shouldn't need to be flashing DM verity zips or anything
Literally just download and fastboot flash the very latest official twrp for sagit and use that...
Currently my redmi note 5 pro is on miui beta pie build.... When im trying to install pixel experience rom with twrp it showing errors and the rom is not getting installed....
Previously when my phone is running on oreo based miui i didnt faced any problem while installing.
Please tell me how to install pixel experience in rom...
I also could not install the rom pixel by TWRP in miui 10 beta foot. Now I'm back to stable, can I?
I just installed PE(Pie FW) yesterday with orangefox from MIUI Pie Beta, CAF version. OfficialTwrp is not completely supporting Pie Roms so use orangefox or use modified TWRP which supports Pie.
I'm using OrangeFox-R9.0-2-whyred-MIUI-Pie which works perfectly fine Pie FW & don't use it on Oreo FW, there's a seperate one for Oreo.

get PIE TWRP recovery.
boot into Fastboot mode.
boot into PIE recovery using "fastboot boot TWRP-Name.img" in cmd.
Format data.
boot into Fastboot mode again.
again boot into PIE recovery using Fastboot Command "fastboot boot TWRP-Name.img".
If you want to install Latest PE then grab PIE FW.
OR
If you want to install Older version PE then grab Oreo FW.
Flash FW.
Flash Rom.
Wipe Cache/Dalvik.
Reboot.
I have MIUI 12.0.7 android 10, but before i installed a unofficial TWRP but miui always parched the recovery and i coudnt do it by myself

well 9-0... I think it's Android 9 max....
Hi,
I was trying to update my Redmi Note 8t from 17.1 to 18.1. I ended up in a boot loop. I tried with the update from 22-4-4 and the previous one. I also updated the recovery image. I cleared all partitions and installed again. Nothing works.
Switching back to the latest 17.1. works.
Anyone else having this problem? How can I find out, what the problem is? Can I enable any logging?
adb logcat is not working during startup.
Regards, Sebastian
i can confirm this.
i tried with the 2022-04-18 build on redmi note 8T
I have the same problem.
Do you know where can i get 17 ?
I broke my Redmi Note 8T (Willow) by updating LOS 17 -> 18.1
(Bootloop, without even seeing the LOS animation)
In /proc/last_kmseg I saw that the underlying issue was caused by a fatal error in the modem.
I.e. something kernel<->modem broke the thing.
Through recovery, I flashed a modem update from
Xiaomi Firmware Updater
The ultimate script that provides firmware packages for Xiaomi devices.
xiaomifirmwareupdater.com
and everything is working again
Finally, I installed the latest official Miui version (12.5 I think it was), then I installed LinageOS 18.1 recovery and latest nightly from 23.5. again and it worked.

the MUI Version i downloaded i got from : https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/willow/stable/V12.5.4.0.RCXEUXM/
willow_eea_global_images_V12.5.4.0.RCXEUXM_20220218.0000.00_11.0_eea
i needed to use the fastboot method and reflash all ROMs with the "flash_all.sh"
Hi,
My OnePlus 5t is on android 8.1 with OxygenOS 5.1.4. I'm working on getting it fully updated, but I need a TWRP that supports treble. The oldest version of blu_spark TWRP I can with a working download is 9.91, which I'm afraid won't be compatible with Android 8.
Is blu_spark TWRP 9.91 compatible with android 8? If not, where can I find a version that is (for example, 8.83, which has a broken download link in the forum)
Thanks
