I am getting this pop up window of "api not deployed" when clicking on check my application. Has anyone experienced this before. I have contacted OnePlus and they are looking into it. I have tried multiple browsers and different devices with same result.

It's down again. This has happened in the past. Sometimes for hours or sometimes for weeks at a time. I just logged in and get the same error.
You have the option to flash Eu to unlock bootloader, bypassing the token

Yeah, I'm super-tempted to go this way. Every step of this has been just excruciating. Finally got the right drivers installed this morning, got into fastboot, got the token, then the Unlock Token site isn't working—for me, nothing happens on the page even, after I hit 'submit.'
But I think I'll go the MSM conversion to EU to Global.
Do I need to worry about not having an unlock.bin, or is it enough that I have the token ready to submit when the site goes back online?

I submitted mine and then flashed to EU with the conversion. Then went back to Tmo to test something and while I was there, I verified my token worked to unlock the bootloader. Then went back to Eu conversion
You already have the stub to submit later, that's great. You probably won't ever need it again but it's good to have just to have.
I've been on Eu oos11, flashed my modem back in, rooted, magisk, unlocked bootloader, everything works great. You always have the option to go back to Tmo at any time with the Tmo msm tool so there's no real risk here. Other than standard flashing disclaimers

One thing I forgot to mention. Crazazn said you need to unlock your bootloader while in Android 11. Either right after flashing the EU conversion or after taking the 11.2.10.10 OTA update. But before you go to 12/13 as those will require the token from OnePlus again. Even for Eu/global 12/13, they apparently noticed the oversight and fixed it in 12/13. And 13 doesn't need the modem flashed back in as that was also fixed

Hey, thank you for this. Silly question time—does the conversion roll me back to A11?
Currently, my phone (LE2127) is bone-stock but fully updated to Android 12 (Build C.21). My idea is to do the conversion to EU using craznazn's tool, flash the firmware, update through Oxygen Updater to current and "convert" this TMO to LE2125. So, any bootloader unlock should be done right after the conversion, right? And that can be done directly in fastboot without an unlock.bin (which is the point of the conversion), if I understand things correctly.

Yes, the current Tmo->Eu MSM tool will roll you back to 11.2.2.2 if I remember right (or 11.2.3.3 if not) And the regular Tmo MSM tool also rolls you back to 11, I can't remember exactly where but definitely 11.
Correct, after conversion, enable developer mode, enable adb, toggle OEM unlock and then head to fastboot like normal.
From there to get to 12 and then 13, there are various ways, none of which I've done.
It seems to be if you stay on Eu, you update to C.47 then c.65 (oos12) and then F.72 (oos13). But if you go to global, it's c.47 then c.66 and then F.17. Definitely double check that, as I'm going from memory and not my own experience on that.
C.xx is oos12
F.xx is oos13
I haven't done it because of the issues of oos12 and hesitancy for oos13 but I found some good information, including the firmwares/OTA zips and boot Images in the first and second posts here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/guide-magisk-unlock-root-keep-root-oos-13-f-72.4252373/

A couple months back, I finished rooting my phone and installed a custom ROM, now I'm looking to sell the phone and I need to get it back to 100%
After following Uziphi's post, but when trying to relock the bootloader, I'm now greeted upon a "You device has loaded a different OS" warning, and I'm hoping to get rid of that so I can sell the phone.
It's strange because when you go into fastboot, it even says that the "Software status: Official", and after locking the bootloader, it's changed from "bootloader unlocked" to "flashing_locked" which I'm assuming that it means that it hasn't really locked the bootloader.
Basically, how do I get my phone to 100% stock, enough so that you can sell the phone, and have everything work.
Thanks!
I dunno the answer to your question, but perhaps you could just leave bootloader unlocked and flash a replacement logo.bin over it? I doubt anyone who bought it would ever notice. Either they'd never care about bootloader like a regular person, or they'd notice when they try to unlock it that it's already unlocked and not care. https://forum.xda-developers.com/z2-force/development/remove-bootloader-unlocked-warning-t3702353

I'm not sure if that goes away, someone else might know better. It was discussed somewhere in the threads, and I believe what happens is that when you unlock your bootloader the stores that info and you get a corresponding splash screen. When you re-lock your bootloader, the phone stores that info as well and stores it as unlocked and relocked. What command did you use to lock the bootloader?
Note - re-locking your bootloader should be done with caustion. If you don't have everything official and in it's place you could brick your device.

The flag is saved in DTO. Oreo OTA reset that flag somehow but most of us unlocked after or had unlocked so it stayed 1
Just an FYI on this, in this state it won't pass Safety Net, at least as far as Google Pay is concerned. That's when I really "felt" the issue. The splash screen didn't bother me so much.

Right. The flag SN checked is "bootloader unlock=" there are 3 variables. 0=never unlocked, 1=unlocked, 2=relocked. If that flag isn't 0, then CTS will fail.

after a lot of trying to install the stock via fastboot or LMSA, the OEM unlock option simply unlocked and now I can leave the bootloader unlocked and use root
So I bought myself the Motorola G10 phone just today and I'm interested in getting it rooted.
Is there a guide pasted somewhere for this phone? So I don't mess up my phone. There's Guides on Google but I don't trust any of them. Would prefer to get it from this forum.

You wouldn't happen to know a way to get the OEM part unlocked? I hear from google results and a couple of XDA threads that it's some sort of security feature and that it'll be unlocked within a couple of days but I'm kind of impatient. It's been about a day now and I really want to get this phone Rooted as soon as possible.
The oem part being grayed out is putting a halt on everything. I've already gone through the process on the motorola website to attempt to unlock the bootloader with the access key and my phone can be unlocked... but can't tick the oem box...

You have to wait something like 48/72 hours and OEM unlock option will "unlock", then you can proceed with fastboot oem unlock *code*. It was driving me crazy too, then I found out some people on Lenovo forums saying that it magically un-greyed out after some days, so I just waited 3 days and it was actually true. Unfortunately chinese phones have their own "particularities" when it comes to unlocking bootloader.

Hi my Oneplus 9 pro is bricked
I tried to use the MSMM Download tool and it throwing the follow error IMEI is Incorret! report is not generated!
first I tried to flash this https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/convert-t-mobile-oneplus-9-to-global-or-other-firmware.4277169/ but I didnt noticed it was for oneplus 9 version and not pro. but it never work.
the steps were,
unlock the bootloader with the unlock code rom oneplus and tmobile.
tried to install twrp, I managed to boot it with fastboot boot twrp.img. but when i tried to flash it it get me errors.
tried to install a global version using fastboot flash script i found but it was for oneplus 9. i really didnt tried to executed the .bat file to run the code. just read the code inside but it executed and mess up the phone, i must have disconnected my phone previously.
because the phone didnt start anymore, and only was recognize with the qualcomm drivers I tried to use it with the https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/op9pro-repository-of-msm-unbrick-tools-tmo-eu-glo-in.4272549/ guide.
I look into option and checked save flash report. and i start getting imei incorrect error.
if i removed that option i got stuck in the sahara comunnication error always in the sec 18 when it start download the firehose. but i tried to all the trick here and none of that works. I using the original usb cord, window 10, have the qualcomm drivers installed. I downloaded the MSMM tool for oneplus 9pro tmobile version

Exactly he must have tried the other methods first that you lose your IMEI
Did you ever flash using SMT Download mode? That will wipe IMEI
I had the same issue, bricked TMO oneplus 9 pro, found thread that said to use the India MSM tool, then had to use a modded msm tool to get back to TMO but now my TargetID is IN and stock TMO MSM tool fails with the IMEI is Incorret! report is not generated! However I checked my IMEI and it is correct. Sometimes I get "unsupported TargetID IN" what do you guys think. The India MSM tool apparently changed something on my phone and I am having trouble trying to find what has been changed and where on my phone!

Unfortunately, once you use that tool, your phone is irreversibly marked as Indian model. There's no way to change it back, at least for now. Read the thread for the modded MSM, it says the same thing and I've had to do similar. This is the best you'll get.

Rooting is different than unlocking BL. Install twrp and flash magisk 25.2 apk using twrp, reboot into rom, install magisk 25.2 apk, turn on root in Magisk app. Then you'll be rooted
This might be a dumb question, but will my phone still be unlocked if I decide to flash a custom rom?

Yes. As I understand, if your bootloader is unlocked:
* You should be able to flash any 7t ROM. However, you can't relock bootloader on a custom ROM.
* If you flash official global Oneplus ROM, you can either leave your bootloader unlocked (and gain root access with magisk etc, but caviot is 'device is unsafe' display message on boot), or you can choose to re-lock the bootlader and make it like stock but without root.
To recap, you're King if you have an unlocked bootloader, plus you're phone is already sim-unlocked (can't unlock bootloader without sim unlock). Happy flashing and someone correct me kindly please if any of the above is wrong/misleading.

Ok so i've spent the past few days flashing different roms. When i flashed a stock t-mobile rom, in the settings under unlock status it says my phone is permanently unlocked but I cannot use a sim, it has no signal and I cannot send or receive calls. Do you think this is a hardware problem or it just isn't compatible with my carrier? Im from jamaica and I use a network called flow.

Hey would backup my data if I were you. Then run the unbrick tool, I could give you the link on XDA forums but I'll need to go look for it in my documentation. But easier way is to go to the https://onepluscommunityserver.com/ download the following unbrick tool.

Select OnePlus 7T
Click on T-Mobile HD63CB/
Click on Q (Know you want to stay on R, but you can upgrade from Q to R once you've converted from T-mobile to Global Firmware)
In my experience OnePlus 7T T-Mobile OxygenOS 10.0.3.zip works.
Once you've reset your phone Android 10, you can now do the T-mobile to Global Firmware conversion. I'm assuming you have used the MSM tools previously. If you need any help about that please let me know. Done that quite a few times now. I prefer the last step on Manjaro Linux as I don't have to worry about the drivers for the ADB interface. But I get the idea you have that sorted out. BTW my OnePlus 7T runs OxygenOS 11.0.9.1.HD65AA. I'm not locking the bootloader as I do root it and use it for Kali Nethunter from time to time.

Have you tried reset network settings? Should be a place to do that in settings. It'll also drop things like paired bluetooth devices and saved networks.

I haven't tried that, but I've flashed so many roms and factory reset so many times it probably won't have any effect. I eventually will try it again and I will keep that in mind. Thank you for the reply though.
I also have HD1907 T Mobile Version of Op7T.
It had global version installed when I bought it (Used device)
It was bootloader unlocked but when I flashed original t mobile rom using msm tool, bootloader got locked as well and I had to apply for bootloader unlock code from Oneplus and wait for 7 days.
Then, after unlocking bootloader again, I tried flashing global fastboot rom. It was unsuccessful and phone was almost bricked
Got errors like 'cannot write to critical partition'
Again had to flash stock t mobile rom after much difficulty.

I'll need to have a look, but think after the first reboot if you reboot into Fastboot and not FastbootD you'd get those problems. Certain .img files only flash in FastbootD. Lol bricked this phone multiple times, but the MSM Tool and EDL is a life saver.

I'm pretty sure I recall that you need to flash the global 7t rom (not the TMO version) IF you intend to flash anything but the TMO stock rom. In other words, don't go from TMO stock firmware to say the pixel experience. So if your bootloader is unlocked, go grab one of the global ROMs (10 or 11), flash that, then factory reset your phone. Your device should report HD1905 in settings as the variant (non-tmo).
I suspect if you're having trouble with multiple roms, you just need to wipe data/cache, then use the link above to flash the global, then factory reset again just to be sure no tmo footprints are left behind. Verify HD1905 is your phone variant, then flash away with whatever you desire. And after that, it wouldn't hurt to factory reset again.
I wouldn't think Jamaica would be a problem, but I truely don't know, maybe someone else here could comment?

Hello,
There are currently cheap 9 Pros on Aliexpress, but they are Global versions LE2127.
I've searched the forum and found a thread to convert a LE2127 to LE2125 EU. Is there such a guide for converting to Global instead?
I intend to stay on Android 11 using the Jaguar rom.

You can use the conversion tool to go to Eu and flash the modem back in and stay connected fine. Or you can flash global.
They're not real horror stories because we have msm tool available and can (almost) always get back to working devices with that. I stay on oos11 EU and flashed the modem back in, everything works. I do have a modem crash issue when I get download speeds over 500mbps on 5G but I rarely use 5G anyway.
Since you're going custom rom, it may depend on what it was built on, whether or not you would need to flash modem back in. Regardless of that possibility, it is fixable and do-over-able

Thanks for the reply!
Didn't the modem have unique information that if overwritten would render it useless?
From what I've read, I'll need to contact OnePlus to unlock the bootloader of that phone, even though it's coming direct from China with a Global (non TMO) rom.
Once I get clarification on that I shall jump ship and order it!

Thanks for your message. It is LE2127,hope you could understand. If there is any other question , feel free to contact us. Wish you have a sweet day. Best wishes, Inma
Dear customer, Thanks for your message. the phone comes with OxygenOS based on Android 11. and no need to contact oneplus to unlock bootloader any other question, feel free to contact us.
Is it possible an LE2127 not require contacting OnePlus for unlocking the bootloader?

Modemst1/2 do have unique information. Modem_a can be shared. Modem_a/b is different from modemst1/2 and modem_a/b is the one in question for this device.
However, you should back up modemst1/2 and efs/persist anyway because then you really have nothing to fear if something goes wrong.
As of right now, while in oos11, it's already possible to unlock the bootloader of the le2127 without contacting OnePlus or t-mobile. By converting to EU, while on oos11, you can bypass the OnePlus+Tmobile bootloader token requirement and unlock the bootloader.
It sounds like they are already on global anyway.
What I did may give you peace of mind also:
Rebooted my device into edl mode with msm tool open and took backups of partitions I wanted (modemst1/2 efs/persist and boot)
Used One+TooL to make OEM Unlock toggle available in developer settings. (This was needed because I was not sim unlocked at the time. The tool or adb can be used to bypass that and make the toggle visible)
Got my bootloader token in fastboot and submitted it to OnePlus website. I know it takes a week (I've since heard it is faster using support chat or email and the automatic tool is providing wrong unlock bins).
Knowing I will be waiting a week, I did the Tmo->EU conversion, unlocked my bootloader, rooted using the boot.img I made a backup of, flashed my modem_a (not modemst1/2) back in and set everything up. Staying on oos11, this is no problem. Updating to oos12/13 after the conversion, you will need the unlock token again. As I understand it, the unlock token bypass is only present in oos11 so it's advised to do it then.
This is the furthest you'd need to go most likely, you can go from Eu to global. The connectivity issues I've read, seem to come for those who upgrade Eu to the latest versions of oos13. They solve it by going to Global instead.
(A week later I received my unlock.bin from OnePlus. I used the regular Tmo msm tool to go back to stock Tmo. Verified my bootloader unlock token worked in stock form and it did. I unlocked it, rooted again, and set up https monitoring to see the exchange happening during sim unlock. Then I requested my sim unlock and eventually found someone not dumb to help me out. I logged the request I was interested in and went back to Eu again, rooted/unlocked bootloader again, flashed my modem_a again and have been here ever since)
I can't speak for custom roms or oos13 but I can say for sure that on OOS11, it is possible to bypass the sim unlock requirement for bootloader, possible to unlock the bootloader without the token, it is possible to have unlocked bootloader, root/magisk and retain L1 DRM for netflix/disney+, google pay works, android auto works and I'm showing up as device certified in play store. So long as you install the appropriate magisk modules of course.
The LE2127 is a lil bit different than the others but it's definitely not a nightmare or very risky if you take precautions. Take backups of your partitions, keep the msm tools handy and you'll be just fine. Every one of us who have done any flashing on xda, have had to redo or start over at some point on some device. Luckily, there are a lot of us in this section that have the le2127 to help ease your mind and assure you that it's gonna be ok. We have been blessed by a few guys who did the hard work before us and figured out the bypasses and fixes to various issues.
Since this phone is currently the last OnePlus device to have real MSM tool and custom rom development, it's looking real good to be a 9P owner. This phone has a lot of good hardware, specs, options and support. I think you've done good to research beforehand. I think you'll be happy with the device when you get it set up how you want it also.
For taking backups in the msm tool, you put your phone into edl mode and connect it with msm tool open, press F8. That will bring up a list of partitions you can backup. Select the ones you want (especially modemst1 and persist), type the password "oneplus" and press readback. It will save the partitions to C:\. I suggest making a backup of the backups but I'm extra cautious. Don't sweat it tho, you'll be fine with le2127

Wow..thank you for the detailed response!
You are correct that they are already on Global!
I found a deal too good to be true yesterday on Ebay: 9 Pro brand new Global version US Version for 175$USD. I pulled the trigger without thinking. That one might be a LE2127. Seller has decent feedback so who knows:

Find many great new & used options and get the best deals for OnePlus 9 Pro 5G Global Version Smartphone 12GB RAM 256GB ROM NFC Mobile Phone at the best online prices at eBay! Free shipping for many products!

Before that happened, I also contacted the 3 sellers on Aliexpress that are selling some 9 Pros.: OPPO store, OnePlusStore and HWMall. The first 2 said they only have LE2127, which is why I had asked here.
The third one replied yesterday evening and confirmed he has LE2125s. Pulled the trigger on that one too (in case ebay is a scam).
Let's see what ends up in my hands!
Thanks again, I am now less worried about getting a LE2127 if that ends up being the case
