Sim undetected - Samsung Galaxy S20 / S20+ / S20 Ultra Questions &

My S20U (G988U1) was able to detect my french carrier's sim Card until I update to (FVK1) (Tried using my sim card in an other phone and it worked but trying an other sim card in my phone didn't work)
Tried to downgrade to previous version (FVI6) but my phone for some reason doesn't connect in download mode nor I'm being able to successfully run adb devices on my pc (my device doesn't show up in the listing nor show up as accessible storage on my computer)
any suggestions and help would be appreciated
Regards

If you can't get into download mode, there's not much you can do. Disable developer mode, restart your device and re-enable developer mode, and reconnect your device by pressing both volume buttons and at the same time connecting the original cable.

did you load the "USERDATA" file in Odin? You shouldn't have done it if you used a Firmware SPR, VZW, AIO, ...

I'll try it but like I said, I was unable to connect my phone to my pc (not even in file transfer mode)

Galaxy S9 Upgrade from Android 8 to Android 10 Memory Problem

Hi guys. I'm clearly a rank amateur here amongst the experts. I did my research and used Frija and Odin to upgrade my ageing unlocked Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960F XEU Dual SIM) to Android 10 from 8 so that some of my apps will still continue to work. All went well and my phone is still fully functional other than my phone memory has decreased from 256Gb to 32Gb. I followed all the instructions and right at the end deleted the cache partition in recovery mode. I didn't at any point mess with the partition settings etc so I'm puzzled as to why the data 'disk' has reduced in size. I followed the requirement to use HOME_CSC and not CSC.
Could anyone shed any light on what I'm sure must be a newbie error. Can anyone help me recover my 256Gb data 'disk'? I did make a full backup of all my data, apps etc with Samsung Smart Switch before I started.
TIA

Thank you.
Duly noted - my apologies.
I would have used 9 instead of 10. Better app compatibility and less complicated. About the same as far as security which isn't a issue.
Thanks everyone, but I have now resolved this by reflashing the phone and re-partitioning the drive. Have my 256Gb back and Android 10. Thanks to all the advice in these pages.
