[Q] Smartwatch 2 connected notification

I would appreciate if anybody could give me a suggestion on how to get rid of this "Smartwatch 2 connected" notification tile which can't be dismissed. It's especially annoying now with Android 5 as it's always visible on the front screen. I have LG G3, but I don't think it relevant to phone model as the notification used to be visible on my Nexus 4 device too.
I can agree with you. Today I updated my paranoid android to paranoid with lollipop and it is annoying to always see it there. I have LG G2. I would be really greatfull if someone has an solution.
EDIT : Done. In notifications hold your finger on "Smartwatch 2 connected" and then will appear "i". Click there and check block. So easy in lollipop
On Android 4 for all app you can chek/uncheck the "show notification" on app paramater like you said or in app list, so not harder than android 5

@dersie, you're a star! Worked like a charm. Thank you very much, the annoying notification is finally gone.
Hello All,
And do you have any idea how can I hide only on the lockscreen? I want to see that the watch is connected or not, but only on statusbar.
Thanks in advance!

Multi Window options

Hi all.
I just watched a YouTube vid about muli window on galaxy tab s 8.4.
The option menu seen in the video are different from mine. On the video the menu consists of bubbles/circles popping up when tapping on the blue circle in the divider.
On my device, i get a bar menu attached to the divider. I also missing the option to switch windows (scroll)...
I have the SM-T700, Android 5.0.2.
I really hope someone have an answer about this. I really miss the option to switch windows.

Reminds me of a multi-window browser I tried out a few months ago. I got it on Play Store. Hope this helps.

Huawei and other Chinese manufactures have a lot of preinstalled apps and system features. One of them is power management. This will kill any suspicious background process and so you will not be able to communicate with the watch.
Solution:
This app is developed by me on a huawei just for this purpose - use brutal mode

Seem nice But can you provide the actionable notification like we have in Wear system ?
Ex : Calendar (Calengoo) have snooze option (Snz 5, Snz 10, Snz 30......) and we have not this option on all notification system for the SW2. Aquamail Extension offer the "Mark as read", it is nice but just for this app.

Sorry I dont understand the question. Are you refering to options on the notification? Every notification you read on the smartwatch has 2 options. One is to dismiss the notification from the device and smartwatch(delete basically), and one is to open it like you would have clicked it. For example your can open a Messenger notification and when you unlock the phone the app si already present on the screen, ready to type.
Also "mark as read" is present on the app and can be used for multiple smartwatch notifications.

If you link your app on XDA, you should provide a free version for XDA users.

Ex from Calengoo : Notification options are :
- Dismiss
- Open in phone
- Snooze 5min
- Snooze 10 min
- Snooze 15 min
(all snooze that you set in Calengoo app)
On Wear or on "pebble notification Center" I have all this option. On SW2 I have only the basic notification :
- Dismiss
- Open in phone.
For Aquamail for exemple, on standard app notification for SW2 I have also standard notification
- Dismiss
- Open in phone
but not a "mark as read"
so we can dismiss the Aquamail phone notification but the mail is not marked "as read" in mail app.
We can also set to have "archive" in mail notification option. We have all this option in Wear but not in all SW2 notification app

Installed and tested your app. It do not works, when read or dismiss notification from the SW2 with your app, the Android phone notification are not dismissed et stay on phone status bar. So app do not do the job and can not be used for notification system on SW2
Echofon Pro, Stopwatch&Timer+ -> dismiss from watch and even with "Erase" on watch -> notification stay on phone.
Maybe you can correct before I leave a review on PlayStore ?

Hello,
Sure we can talk on skype and see whats going on there. First I would recommend to enable brutal mode from the settings window.
Also, there is a option that will NOT allow notifications if the screen is turned on.
There are some apps on the notification screen that don't have any action assigned to it.
But to dismiss everything should work.
Please provide more info about the android system version and the device you are using
PM with your skype and I'll add you
Thanks
Sony xperia Z5 compact android 5.1.1
allow notification with screen off
brutal mode on.
but nothing to do with dismiss android notification
All smartwatch can erase notification from phone status bar, otherwise no need smartwatch
Just try timer app : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sportstracklive.stopwatch
start a timer, you have notification et dismiss from SW2, notification still present on phone.
Try other notification app, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.shuisky.notify do the same and notification dismissed also from phone, it is like this app must works

What you are asking cannot be developed so easy.
I tested the stop watch app and the notification that its using is custom. So the notification system for the smartwatch will work for all standard notifications from the device. It cannot guaranty that every app can be supported.
But I'll give it a try. Basically you want the dismiss option from the phone notification to be accessible from the watch. I'll do a update in a few days

Yes simply dismiss phone notification when erase/dismiss from the SW2.
SW2 system have serious issue with notification maybe to old ? other watch : Wear, pebble, Samsung Gear...can dismiss phone notification in same time dismiss watch notification.
Got my SW2 since three months and it has some flaws with my P8.
The SW2 app sometimes does not launch despite the fact I protected it from the RAM optimiser, some apps won't launch and/or install, notifications sometimes won't sync (Probably because of Informer...), watch won't connect to phone until I reset it sometimes...
That's quite sad because it's an amazing watch. Because of that I might get the Huawei Watch in a near future.

Bubble View

Previously i had a samsung galaxy S8 and it had bubble notification/floating notification in it and I've loved that feature. But now I've switch to Note 10 plus and it has similer feature name smart pop up view and its nothings good as compare to S8 feature. Yes it has option of bubble notification but it only work for messaging app or maybe telegram. Is there any way i can use bubble notifications for all my apps just like before?
