I have recently been using PPui 4.2 and later 4.3.
The 4.4 required a clean install so I did that.
However I am doing something wrong, I can't get it installed now.
Can someone tell me how to do it.
I have now done:
Miui.eu
No Oss Vendor
vbmeta
Pixelplusui 4.4
if i do this then it starts recovery again.
If I flash only miui.eu then it does work.
But I would like the Pixelplus rom.
Between all the files on my also have Diable verify forceencrypt stan.
Don't know if I had to use this one too.
What am I doing wrong, or am I doing it in the wrong sequense?
Very strange, Other roms I can just install.
Have CrDroid running now.
Too bad because PPui was my favorite.

I just flashed the ROM and Everything is working great except poor battery life and live wallpaper section missing
UI is also a little laggy. Other than that great ROM

I was hesitant to use this rom but overall it is a very good experience.
The issues so far:
1. Widewine Certification is at L3
2. OTA screen did not said that I have the lastest version of the OS but it shows i have to install the most recent version.
3. There are some slowdowns and stutters sometimes.
4. Lock screen clock is not on the center
5. No dedicated Camera App
6. I cannot change the individual signal bar icon on the customization when I change the custom icons.
7. My phone immediately press the power twice to open the camera app despite I only press once.
I hope almost all these issues will be able resolve on the release of the next version....

Hi, I have a little problem with Android Auto.
it disconnects by itself or I don't connect at all, changing the cable doesn't change the situation.
Otherwise, the ROM works perfectly

Instagram app is unavailable from gplay store.. Otherwise the ROM is absolutely great props to the devs for the good work

Hey y'all, it's the first time using a ROM as a common driver, I have a question, I'm using Huawei health app with my wearable, but it disconnects from the app and the app starts a specie of “doze mode” and the app closes. I select "no restricted mode" (battery settings) but the problem continues... In A12 PPUI and A13 PPUI. There is any solution? Sorry 4 my bad English

I will try on Sunday and let you know. I think I read somewhere on github that it uses FBEv1, not 100% sure though.

It is FBEv1 based, tested it on curtana (Note 9S in Europe), working fine and decryption as well (had crypted /data partition with passkey on Project Elixir and OFox Recovery decrypted it with PIN code)

I flashed this ROM with orange fox fbe v1 recovery but can't find any camera app, any solution pls?

Yes, but it is crashing, no idea why. Installed working GCam 8.6 by MGC/BSG and it is stable. Only issue on that GCam port is that there isn't telephoto camera or macro camera support, but otherwise it is perfect for my usage.

For a second time and for an another OP, the source of your kernel is not indicated.
You need to complete your thread under the current GPL rules on xda (I think that you need to read this post)
Maybe it is just an another oversight on your part.
Even if we search to all the repositories from this link, I haven't seen no link for the kernel source for this Asus Model: Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1
You need to post the SPECIFIC LINK TO THE KERNEL SOURCE for this specific model, but in your case I suggest you to post all the specific links for your Asus ZendfoneMax Pro M1, and not a link for all models.
Members do not have to search, it is up to you to indicate the specific links to the model.
If in 5 days, I have no answer from you regarding the upload of your kernel source, I will be forced to close until the update.

Found the solution. Data partition must be formatted as F2FS type for most of Android 13.

Smooth and fast rom, no camera problems at all. Love it! Thanks OP!
Only missing double tap power button for torch.

3.6 is missing the torch button on lock screen, and slightly more buggy in general than 3.4.
Still no double tap power for torch option.

1) Not every time it loads to OS. (partial bootloop)
2) encountered weird behaviour one time: screen started to turn on and off every 2 sec. the app on screen was working when it was on. no navigation buttons. some kind of quick tip showed up on the top about "full screen" and "got it" button. But i could not get back to normal OS. reset helped.
I have 3gb version of m1 pro. maybe android 13 struggles too much on my phone. no extra apps except a voice recorder.

3gb model can't run 12/13 well at all. 6gb runs them pretty well.

I found maybe a bug? When play music after 3 second or less it's always stop on there (not like a pause), just a silent not going to end even my volume is 100 .

Did you fix this? I have the same problem on my Redmi 9T. Whatsapp calls work and everything is fine , but with Google Phone - no sound.

I have encountered so many fps drops while playing games and videos.
