I have 2 year old MI 10T 5G, i encoutered a bug, where the headset icon is still on even though im not using it.After rebooting the phone only black screen is showing and cant do nothing the MIUI logo didnt appear after the MI logo powered by android. I did a wipe data and after doing so it asked for my MI Account password, i tried to type my password but it would'nt let me since the keyboard wont show and it keeps on doing a boot loop, im even stucked at fastboot.
Have you solved the problem? Gotta the same

Hi there guys,
like the title says: my screen turns black after booting.
I see the mi logo, the 5g logo, miui logo, i even can see the recovery and the Fastboot, but after that the screen goes black.
The Phone is fully funciontal bootet.
It reacts to any input.
U can unlock the phone if u know where the pattern is and anything.
I could make an phonecall and anything, if i would know where the app icons are.
The phone doesnt have any damage, doesnt droped to the floor or anything.
No Update done. It just happend one day to the next.
I wiped the cache via stock recovery but doesnt helped anything.
Got u guys any idea?
The phone is a christmas gift so i start to run out of time.
What rom did tou flash?
Hello everyone,
My Redmi Note 9 Pro (M2003J6B2G) freezes after the MIUI logo, while it tries to load the lock screen and then it reboots. I have tried to soft reset the phone, boot in safe mode, let the battery drain and charge again but nothing changed. I also tried to connect the phone to Mi Assistant (from the volume + and Power button menu) but the phone isn’t recognized for some reason.
The only thing I can do is to boot in Fastboot mode but unfortunately, I never unlocked the phone (didn’t even used a Mi Account, just my Gmail), so I can’t do much from there.
The phone is still in warranty but before I sent it for a replacement, I want try to save my data.
Is there anything I can do to recover my photos and videos? I thought of trying to wipe all data from the boot menu and if that fixes the boot issue, then try to recover anything that can be saved with a recovery program.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
Have you install twrp before, it might help.. If none, check are your phone bootloader unlocked already? Flash twrp if yes
Today my phone (Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro) performed a reboot out of the blue without me doing anything (phone was on).
It is stuck since with the Mi logo, the Mi logo appears (like in usual boot), then after 1-2 minutes the screen goes dark for a second, the phone vibrates and goes back to the Mi logo. It appears it gets stuck somewhere in boot and tries to reboot - sometimes (after few reboots) it boots into Main Menu of MIUI Recovery 5.0.
I can enter Fastboot mode with vol down+power but the bootloader is locked.
I can enter Recovery mode.
It is the stock rom installed and no customizations were made.
Is there any chance to get the phone out of the bootloop? Is there any way to save the pictures on the phone?
Thank you so much in advance for your help!
a Something similar happened to my girlfriend and it was the power button that was the problem, it had melted inside or I don't know what stories, they changed it to a Chinese piece for €25 in total.maybe it's not the case, maybe it's just a software problem, you can try factory reset from recovery but forget your data.

Supposed you are on stock ROM, you could try to use the Xiaomi flash tool to flash the current system. With wiping cache but not data, your system should then be like before (the bootloop)

Sorry im a newbie is it required to unlock the bootloader?
If you´re on stock ROM and stay on stock, there is no unlocking necessary.
To gain root acess or to install a custom ROM or recovery, you have to unlock the bootloader.
Since a few months, I'm facing this problem. The phone is working OK when I can get to the system, but If I turn it off or the battery runs off, it gets stuck on a loopboot: the Mi logo shows and restarts itself after a few seconds. Can't access the recovery mode (it just restarts again to the Mi logo), fastboot works tho'.
The only way I have to get to the system is to start the Fastboot Mode, keep the phone on it to drain the battery and once it's empty, plug it to the charger and try to boot 15-20 times until it magically works.
I've never unlocked the bootloader or tried to install anything, the ROM and Recovery are the Xiaomi's stock EEA. I'm on MIUI 13.
Any ideas about how I can fix this weird behavior? Anybody has faced the same problem?
Thanks for reading/helping and happy new year to you all!
