[Q] Fastboot Recovery - Error

I'm trying to get my Nexus, I think I have a problem of plate when installing the recovery fails, here are some pictures, to see if any know if you have solution.

Problem with SuperSU

Hi
I have the latest TWRP recovery and rooted MM 6.0 on G3-D855 , but when I try to update SuperSU to newer version higher than the 2.52, the following error appears and root access lost:

If i remember correctly, I flashed back to stock and then tried to relock the bootloader and then was greeted with that. Now stuck in a boot loop.

Android security update didn't installed

When I download and update my vivo v21e. Download process complete but it's didn't installed. Screen stuck on vivo logo. What's the problem. For reference I enclosed screenshot of update.

Question Moto g40 stuck at fastboot after root

Hello Guys,
done all the steps for rooting the phone (TWRP & magisk.zip etc) but when I go to reboot system, phone keep looping on fastboot again and again..........any soluation how to solve this.......
